A cozy stay if you’re looking for a place to relax and stay over night. Host was very responsive on any communication I needed. I would recommend this cottage :)

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely cottage. It was clean and very comfortable with plenty of space. We loved using the private hot tub in the cool mornings and private pool in the afternoon. Hedging on the fences provided nice privacy. We only used our rental car once to make one run to target for s few groceries ( many beginning supplies were provided). Otherwise, we enjoyed walking to many restaurants. The owners were very communicative during the whole process. Very relaxing time.

Staying here was wonderful! We felt right at home as soon as we got there! We were always comfortable there after a long day of traveling and having a pool just steps away from the house was a great bonus on days that we stuck close. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay close to Orlando but also needing a central location when traveling the state!

Sherwood Forest is our favorite place to stay in Kissimmee and Diana’s home was comfortable, clean, and inviting. It was well stocked for linens, kitchen supplies, seating (indoor and out!), and beds for the family. I especially enjoyed the view from the back deck of the lake and wildlife. The home, while a one bedroom, felt spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and community amenities, as well as many restaurants, are all within walking distance, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. Thank you for opening your home for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!

Great stay nice and clean has everything that you would need for a stay in the Disney area. And very safe area where the air bnb is located :)

The place was wonderful. Well kept, clean, well decorated, it felt like home. Everything was exactly as expected and described and actually even better. The place is truly amazing!

The unit was very clean and felt new. The photos accurately show what the place looks like. Host Daniel was friendly and very responsive, always answering my inquiries quickly and efficiently! Would stay there again for sure.

Christopher’s place was very clean and affordable. The cottage is older, but the paint and decor had been updated. The cottage is very close to the WDW parks and shopping/restaurants. The pool was close, but we didn’t use it. However, it did look nice. The cottage is small, but it was plenty big for my husband, me, and our fur babies. The neighborhood was a great place to walk the dogs. I didn’t feel unsafe at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Better than the description! The bungalows are perfect for a small family. My son really enjoyed the playscape that was literally steps outside the backdoor! The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfy. Best one yet for me!! I hope to return.

I agree with all of the favorable reviews...good location, pet friendly resort, nice amenities, clean etc... but when things don't go exactly perfect is when the actions of the host really stand out. Daniel did a fantastic job at that. We stayed at Daniel's earlier this month and had one of the kitchen appliances not work correctly. Daniel was very responsive and gave us a choice of options to take care of the problem. Because of Daniel's communication, the problem was resolved quickly, and we had a great week long stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic! Plenty of room to relax. Really enjoyed the private pool and water views. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Daniel was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

My stay at Daniel's place was just wonderful. We had a great stay. Clean place, close to everything. I hope to stay here again and again. A word of caution, the stairs to the 2nd floor don't have a landing and are straight up. There was a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor so if someone in your party can't do stairs, that would be a great solution. I wouldn't hesitate to book!

Place is beautiful and well located. Nearby you will find plenty of restaurants, grocery store, and entertainment. Place was clean and had all the amenities you need. Unfortunately we were not able to use the hot tub after a full day of walking through parks, as it seems it was not properly sanitized. We communicated with Daniel and he responded immediately. Aside from this hiccup, we had a pleasant stay. We would stay there again.

A small place in the Disney area secluded away. We enjoyed our visit. Everything was as it was described. Really liked the private resort park. Plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores within a few minutes drive, and the ability to cook our own meals was a plus for us, that's why we chose to stay there instead of the amusement park property. Ride-sharing was able to easily find and drop us off for our days out, to save the hassle of driving to and from and was affordable with the close proximity to the parks. We would stay again.

Annabel’s place was perfect for my husband and I for our honeymoon. The place was extremely clean and had extra cleaning supplies just incase of accidents. The washer and dryer in the Airbnb was also a plus. This Airbnb was located right next to several restaurants, stores, and attractions. I’m talking an 8 minute walk. While It was close to these things, the actual location was normally quiet all day and night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Kissimmee.

We reserved this cottage for five-night trip to Disney. It was perfect - great proximity to the parks while still allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle after a long day. The cottage was quiet, cute, clean and more than enough space for my party of two - would still be comfortable for four or more. It was also very SAFE, which was my biggest concern. There were manned security booths at the entrances, security personnel that patrols all night and very well-lit parking. There's also a lot to do within walking distance if you need a break from the parks. Host was extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend and would rebook this place.

The cozy little cottage was our home for the weekend during our stay. The home was clean and the instructions provided by the hosts helped with the smooth transition into the home. While everything was amazing there is only a small thing I feel could be improved on. As a parent of a toddler who loves to elope I feel a lock on the back door or even a baby gate would have been nice. We brought handle covers from home but were unable to use them for the back door. Back door had a turn lock on the handle that for an older toddler would be easy to get out of. Other than that small issue on a parenting outlook the home was perfect.

Home is in a perfect location, particularly if you are visiting the Disney parks. Close to various restaurants, grocery stores and shopping outside of Disney. Great neighborhood for walking our dog. Felt safe when walking her late at night and waste disposable boxes in several areas. Daniel was incredibly responsive and flexible. Had a little bit of issue with the AC, but he was quick to come out and troubleshoot.

We had a great stay! Everything was nice and clean. We felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Just 20 mins or so from Disney Parks which was so convenient. I’d definitely book with Josean again!
