What a lovely place to stay. The shack is clean, super well equipped and right across from miles of dog friendly beach. It’s a lovely peaceful space. Polly and Alex offered great communication too. Would love to return!

Our trip was short and sweet - but we wish we had booked longer! Location and accommodation was simply stunning, couldn't have asked for more. Lots of little touches that made us feel relaxed and in holiday-mode! Thanks for having us!

Felt like I could just stay forever at Amelia’s place. Was exactly as described and the location was more beautiful than I could imagine. The home itself was very cute and had everything and more to feel at home. Lots of room to move around. I absolutely loved the serenity of the outdoor bath - candles and bubbles are ready to go. Sitting under the stars with a glass of wine listening to the ocean waves was blissfully relaxing. A short 5 min drive into Swansea for any supplies (IGA and Boutique Bottle shop) and quick bite at the local pub. I would love to visit again.

This place has amazing views of the ocean, is comfortable and has everything you need for a little coastal stay. A short walk to cafes and the beach.

We had an enjoyable stay. There are lots of cafes and a supermarket walking distance. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac with a view of the ocean and walking distance to two beaches.

We booked at short notice and appreciated the prompt response and ability to accommodate us. The property was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family (including our dog).

Beautiful place, spectacular view in any direction. Lovely modern and comfy home with everything you need. Quick walk to the surf/beach and suitable for our dog. Easy to find and good instructions for entry. Can’t wait to return!

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

Lovely unit very clean with everything you need. The view is excellent too

Lynette’s place was easy to find, clean and comfortable with wide open spaces, a lovely beach and a great pool close by. We were there for a wedding in Falmouth and the cafe/restaurant was a great place to catch up with friends and family. It is also an easy drive to Bicheno, Frecinet, Scamander and St Helens. If we’re ever in this part of Tassie again we’d be more than happy to stay at Lynette’s place.

Lovely apartment with a comfy bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with a hob which was great for cooking dinner! We particularly loved the outdoor seating area with a sea view which we enjoyed with a coffee in the morning. The location was a great place to stop over between Freycinet national park and bay of fires. Michelle was a lovely host and kindly let us check out slightly late as well.

Couldn’t recommend this place more, we have 2 young children and it was so family friendly, just a short walk over the bank to the beach, a play area, amazing clean pool, every area and the whole room was clean and well maintained We will be definitely returning

We loved staying in Bicheno while visiting the Freycinet national park area. It’s a cute village with great coffeeshops. We appreciated our dinner at the Long Boat, the restaurant next to the motel complex. The apartment is brand new. The 2 bedrooms were extremely quiet and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were both beautiful and functional. Checking in and out was easy. We appreciated all the amenities available on motel ground. There’s a nice family beach just across the street. We had an amazing stay.

Piermont Retreat was a complete delight, from our greeting at the front desk of which was warm & friendly, to then the surroundings, amenities & the cottage was so perfect, the stone on the cottage, the decor, the kitchen, the welcome package was a lovely touch & comfort of every thing, the bed & linen so very comfortable & clean, our stay here has been the highlight of our 3 week trip so far, thank you Piermont what a treat.

Secluded. Peaceful. Great place to remember to slow down and see the good in the world. We spent most of our time watching the wallabies, taking strolls on the beach, and curling up on the couch. Quite possibly one of the best trips we have ever taken!

Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht und sofort eine nette Antwort und die Buchungsbestätigung bekommen. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Seaview ist absolut zu empfehlen.

We spent three days at the delightful Saltworks Beach House in February. It was a fabulous and spacious and comfortable place for us two couples ... and we loved having the sea right out the front of the place! Loved the restoration of the very historic Saltworks Overseers Cottage and the sunroom.. The rest was a little too modern for our tastes but we enjoyed it very much, just the same. We loved being able to walk along the coast, and the guys did some fishing and kayaking. Learning more about the Saltworks ruins was also really appreciated. Two of us had previously stayed at 'Lisdillon', a property that formerly owned the Saltworks complex, so we were familiar with this part of the East Coast, and it was wonderful to be back.

Such an incredible spot! We loved staying here, it was a highlight of our trip. We appreciated how fully stocked the kitchen was so we had no problem making our own meals and appreciated the fresh bread! The bed was super comfy with beautiful linens. The backyard and beach were 10/10. We spent our evenings enjoying the sunset and watching the bunnies and birds hop around the yard. Would definitely come stay again!

Fairly new build, several deck areas, also main deck looks out over the water. comfortable furniture and bed is A+ Short walk to the hotel restaurant, (great menu). Nearby River Cafe do great coffee and meals. Highly recommend Alison's place.

Really enjoyed our stay. A very peaceful and secluded location with fabulous views over the bay. The garden had great outdoor seating areas for all weather. The house was very cosy clean and comfortable and easily accommodated 3 adults. Penny was a very responsive host friendly and pleasant to communicate with Her home made bread and jam and the cheese platter was well received. Thanks again for your hospitality

This was a great place for a family gathering of 2 couples, 4 singles and 3 children. We all found beds (with a bit of adaptability)over the 5 sleeping rooms The gathering areas were good also, with two slightly separate seating areas within the one big space so the chn could play on their screens away from us. The table tennis table was also a great hit. It was lovely that all 11 of us could sit around the dining table for meals. Outside sitting areas were also very comfortable. The beach was just a bit of a walk from the back door through a well defined bush track. Swansea provided a great IGA for meal prep and a nice coffee shop or two. A lovely holiday.
