We looked at a few other places but are so glad we chose Monica's lakehouse. It's simply gorgeous, close to everything and well laid out with so much space. Our whole group loved it, and my mom and kids said it was their favorite AirBNB ever. It's near everything and honestly worth every penny. We played pool, cooked every day, rented the hot tub, took walks in the snow with our dog, and even went snow tubing at Wilmot. The whole house is recently updated, and just the perfect place for a large family. Monica even helped us with a Christmas tree and decorations, and groceries and shopping are just down the street. We also loved Antioch Pizza, which delivered super fast. There was everything we could possibly need for our winter holiday. We plan to come back in the summer now, to check out those kayaks and fully enjoy the lakefront Boathouse

The house had plenty of room for my family of 10. We truly appreciated all of the extra things to do at the house. The pool table/ping pong table was a hit for the young adults. The fact that they had enough kayaks that the young adults could go out in a group was a huge plus. The only negative I would say is the amount of lily pads in front of the house didn’t allow for swimming off the dock or fishing. Obviously this is not the fault of the owner so we made the best of it.

Very clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood and not too far from our venue. Bikash was super responsive and even recommended a great place to try out Chicago deep dish pizza.

We had a large group staying overnight for a memorial service the next day. They were extremely accommodating as we had family coming from multiple states. It was exactly as described and Craig responded quickly. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

Alex is a great host! Dog friendly places are hard to find and his place made my dog feel super comfortable. Love this place and definitely will be back.

Truly a nice stay! The house is within a convenient 5-10 minute walk of Libertyville's downtown, which boasts a ton of restaurants/bars and boutiques. The only noteworthy thing to mention to future stays is that this is a considerably older (renovated) home, so there are some insulation issues. For instance, the master bedroom on the first floor (with its door shut) was easily 10 degrees warmer at night than it was in the common spaces of the house. Additionally, the kitchen was notably, but not considerably cooler than the rest of the house - I assume this was due to the door that led out to the back of the house. All-in-all, a great stay that easily accommodated our party of 5.

Need to spend a night in the Racine/Kenosha area and stumbled upon this gem! There were four of us and our little dog and it was perfect. I think each of us said, “it’s too bad we’re not staying for another night!” The pictures don’t really do it justice but Mindy’s house is homey, comfortable, and spotless! The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfy, and the backyard/river view is wonderful. Thank you Mindy!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! Especially the thoughtful little touches that made it the perfect place to celebrate your Sailor’s graduation. Will, even went the extra mile to make our pet feel at home, complete with toys and cozy accommodations. Thank you, this was PERFECT! Really a home away from home!

We were in town for Thanksgiving visiting family with our dogs for 4 nights. Communication with host was great. The house was very clean, well furnished (we cooked the Thanksgiving meal there), recently renovated kitchen (huge kitchen island) with high end appliances, and yes there are 6 bedrooms (some small but nice). Rooms are split between three floors so everyone had room/privacy. Backyard with pool was great, lots of space for dogs, everything is fenced in but the front which was not a problem as the house is on a dead-end street with very little traffic. This is definitely a superhost home, all your condiments, lots of nice touches and snacks/gifts. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to family in Chicago. House is locate between 41 and 94 making travel around Chicago easy.

Great house with all the amenities for a wonderful family vacation. Enough room for 10 people to enjoy comfortably. Definitely would recommend!

The host was friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries whether it was a phone call or an email. The location of the property is in a wonderful, gated community and very close to the town area and restaurants. Has a club house on site which was also convenient. The golf course was beautiful, and my sons would love to come back next year to try out the course. We had glorious fall weather and were able to enjoy the screened-in porch when we returned in the evening from our activities. I did not care for the spiral staircase at the entry halls' end to enter the lower level, made me nervous. Was glad that I'm not too old and that my sons aren't children any longer so we could manage them.

We had a phenomenal time while staying at this beautiful home. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. Pulling up the long driveway to the home is breathtaking. We had so many rooms and beds to choose from. The recreation room on the lower level was a great addition to keep our children busy for hours on end. The host was even nice enough to leave the pool open for an extra week to accommodate us. We truly appreciate the hospitality, super fast responses, and the flexibility on a few important things to us. Thank you “Book a Memory” for an amazing weekend and for helping make so many great memories. We will definitely be back any time we’re in the Chicago area.

It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays and included so many amenities. The kids loved the dart boards, games and toys in the downstairs living space. We made very special family memories and hope to stay there again. Walking distance to the beautiful historic Woodstock Square.

We were genuinely surprised to find a place in this location so close to the relatives we were visiting. Genoa City is not exactly the hotspot on the border! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, but no overly inquisitive citizens. Property was perfect for our requirements, with the fenced in back yard that allowed us to let our pet out whenever without having to use a leash. Nice personal welcoming touches were unexpected and truly appreciated, since we arrived late and weren't able to do any shopping before hand. Beds were comfortable and spaced throughout the second floor, with expansion in the lower basement if necessary for bigger families, especially those with older children. School immediately across the street is great for spontaneous recreation of all types if you have the equipment. Our dog has not had the opportunity to enjoy such a large open space for quite some time and it was great to wear him out for the evening prior to bedtime. Abundant TVs throughout the home!

Debbie’s place is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. We came to Lake Geneva to bring in the New Year with two other couples and it was a Perfect getaway! We cooked a feast on Jan. 1 and were pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen. This place is great, highly recommend!

Booked Jack’s place with some friends to celebrate my birthday. Jack was very responsive, the place was spotless & everyone had such a great time! Would definitely book again and recommend to others!

The little blue bungalow was the perfect getaway for a weekend! We are new to the Midwest and enjoyed a snowy picturesque weekend at Chelsea and Cale’s awesome place. Very cute decor, environmentally friendly, lovely hosts and great location. We’ll have to come back in the summer sometime!

Our stay at Jaime's place was perfect. We worked a convention at Donald E. Stephen's convention center and it was about 15 minutes from there, which was perfect. we felt right at home and Jaime showed us around the place, eventhough we got there late. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable, I didn't want to get up from it 🤣🤣 I loved the window in the shower. She gave us a lovely recommendation for breakfast that we loved. I would definitely stay here again.

I think this was my fav Airbnb yet. Convenient, very clean and a great kitchen! My dog enjoyed the backyard and the neighborhood was nice. Brought a group of kids up to lake Delavan to ice fish. Great house just a short walk from the lake and a 2 min drive to get to the parking lot where you can walk onto the ice. Fenced in back yard with firepit was a big plus for our winter stay. Host was very responsive to messages sent through the App. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing host! Gave plenty of information about the airbnb prior to purchase, and since we had the whole airbnb to ourselves (our group), we had privacy and were able to have fun! He was very responsive and very clear!

This home was lovely made so by the lovely owners and caretakers. Everyone was responsive and very kind. I was traveling with my mom, who is not typically comfortable staying in hotels or anywhere outside our home, and even though we had so many questions, the team was always there for us, were helpful and did not judge. Thank you so much for everything.
