Casa bella con ottima vista. Piccole cose da sistemare ma nell’insieme un ottimo posto con spazi interni ed esterni generosi. La zona e molto bella, con spiagge vicine in una zona sicura.

Wij hadden een heel aangenaam verblijf in dit huis, de perfecte uitvalsbasis om Noord-Sardinië te verkennen (bijvoorbeeld Stintino, Alghero, Bosa, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Palau en het binnenland). Het huis ligt rustig met een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht op zee en bergen. Het huis is ruim en licht, met een volledig uitgeruste keuken met alle benodigdheden om te koken als thuis. Er zijn voldoende buitenruimtes met (lig)stoelen en tafels, een ruime veranda met binnen-buitengevoel. Handige voorzieningen zoals een vaatwasser, wasmachine, diepvriezer, strandstoelen, parasol en tal van details zoals paraplu’s, EHBO-kit en vliegenmepper maken het verblijf comfortabel. De vriendelijke gastvrouw woont beneden, maar het appartement voelt volledig privé. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en een supermarkt dichtbij (grotere supermarkten in het nabijgelegen Valledoria). Een klein geurprobleem in de badkamer (waarvan sprake in andere reviews) is simpelweg op te lossen door het bidet door te spoelen.

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely home, hosted by Jonathan. The space was as described and honestly better in person. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good mattresses and linens, the kitchen has everything and more you could need for preparing meals. The beach equipment and towels was an added bonus. As everyone else has mentioned, the view from the balcony and primary bedroom are simply stunning. The village is so quiet and it makes the perfect place for a quiet retreat and to explore the many amazing beaches and local are which are within easy reach with a car. Jonathan was always super responsive and had great local recommendations, his website with a ton of information was also super helpful. We would certainly love to return, this has to be one our favourite stays and suited our family of four perfectly.

c'est un logement neuf très bien situé ! très calme ! spacieux et bien pensé ! les hôtes sont particulièrement accueillant. j'y ai passé un excellent séjour!

The house was perfectly located, in a quiet environment. It's very well equipped , and very comfortable. Ahmed was very helpful , very reactive and provided all necessary clear instructions for our arrival and departure. If we have the opportunity we will come back again.

Die Villa von Frank, ein sehr herzlicher, freundlicher und stets erreichbarer Gastgeber, ist komfortabel ausgestattet und entspricht exakt den Beschreibungen und Fotos. alles ist neu und funktioniert bestens. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr bequem! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft zwischen den Stränden und der schönen Stadt Bonifacio, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Stellen zum Baden sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Grundstück ist nicht umzäunt, Hundebesitzer sollten ihr Haustier im Auge behalten. Es gibt keine Spazierwege in unmittelbarer Umgebung, für eine winzige Gassi Runde jedoch reicht es aus.
