Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

Absolute peaceful oasis. This home gives you every essence of Virginia Wine Country. The home was quaint and the deer came up every morning to greet us. I can’t wait to come back in the summer when the pool is open! Thanks again

We had an awesome stay at Eiman’s place. We were attending a funeral and 13 people stayed at the house. The kids loved the basement and all the space to play inside. The kitchen eating area were awesome for socializing and cooking. It is a beautiful house. We would love to stay again!

Daniel was an amazing host and extremely responsive the home had everything we needed and more. Quick drive to DC and the National Harbor in a quiet neighborhood. The kids loved playing in the backyard we can’t wait to come back and take a dip in the pool

Great stay for a family reunion! We stayed here for a weekend so the grandparents could spend some time with their grandkids and this house was perfect! The kids loved the indoor pool. House was spacious for a pretty big group, kitchen is awesome for hanging out. There's a walking trail just outside the house that took us through some nice neighborhoods and had a couple great views of the lake. Joan was a great host - she gave us clear instructions for checking in and answered my questions very quickly during our stay. Thanks Joan!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still just a short drive to both Baltimore and D.C. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best stay. Maggie and Scott were very communicative and friendly — even helping us acquire a parking pass which allowed us to park on the streets near the house. The house is charming with skylights and an awesome back patio. Our dog loved sitting in the sun out back and also enjoyed meeting other dogs on walks around the neighborhood and in Stanton Park just to the north. We adored that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The location is stellar for anyone who wants to be in the adorable Capitol Hill neighborhood and easily walk to The Mall, Eastern Market, and Navy Yard. We look forward to staying again!

Stuart’s home is very clean and comfortable at the same time. The neighborhood feels safe and easy to walk; lots of great restaurants in the area. It is also very close to all of the Downtown DC attractions. I would suggest taking Uber or Lyft; it was easy to get around.

Rob isn’t just a host—he’s one of the best hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, his warmth and thoughtfulness made us feel instantly welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even leaving a small welcome treat that totally brightened our day. The house itself was cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated—like a true home away from home. Every detail, from the comfy beds to the well-stocked kitchen, showed how much care Rob puts into his guests’ comfort. It’s rare to find a place that feels so inviting and lived-in, yet perfectly maintained. Dementria had impeccable communication! We had a lot of moving parts to our travel plans becoming delayed due to a big thunderstorm in North Carolina that prevented us from checking in until the next evening. Dee was gracious, understanding and cared about our well-being and comfort. We enjoyed our stay and her place is so AWESOME! Can't wait to come back!

Jennifer's place was perfect for a DC trip! It's a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that will bring you downtown. The neighborhood is safe, and the home is private. The kitchen was awesome, it had everything you would need (including 3 different ways to make coffee!). Jennifer was very proactive with the check-in and check-out instructions, and she was there if we needed anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for an affordable stay in DC.

Hashim's place is a true home away from home. Great for short and long term stays. Friendly host. Would recommend, and stay here again.

Great place, clean, had a little issue with the washing machine but Carlos responded fairly quickly. The House was a little far from the monuments but worth the stay. The stair are a little steep would not recommend anyone with a disability. Other that that I enjoys my stay.

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

Our stay was perfect! A lot of space, beds/bedrooms to accommodate my guest. I would book again.

This home is clean. The complimentary muffins and wine are a nice touch. Plenty of towels and individually wrapped toiletries if you need them along with extra pillows and blankets. If you want to cook there is cookware, seasonings, and dishes. A nice patio with a fire pit, (bring your own matches). Overall a nice home. Cons: The neighborhood or side street is scary. The home sits on an unpaved road alongside some creepy homes. If arriving at night, you would definitely feel as if you want to sit in the car and look around for a few minutes before going to the door. While the patio is nice, you really can’t enjoy it unless the neighbor has there pit bulls in the home. They barked at us all the time and jumped up and high on the fence. Lastly, the beds are very low. I’m 5’10, 250 lbs, sitting/trying to get that low to the ground is too much for my liking. I wouldn’t stay here again. Good place for men. I wouldn’t stay if a man wasn’t with me.

Maryann's space was everything we needed for our stay during the inauguration weekend. we had 4 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect for all of us. it was clean, uncluttered, everyone had their own space and we were able to prepare meals with no issue. ample linens were provided, along with paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap and dishwasher pods. Being close to both east and west falls church metro made it easy to get downtown. We will absolutely stay at Maryann's place the next time we come to DC.

This townhouse is very conveniently located in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and bars minutes away. The back of the house is adjacent to a cute and peaceful park. There is also great off street parking behind the house. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group, the showers were hot, and the kitchen perfectly functional. The interior has a few quirks with uneven floors and a steep, narrow staircase that could be challenging for some but fine for us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

The place was just as described and stocked with lots of towels toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen was also was stocked with water and soda. It was definitely enough room for me and my family of 10 to sleep comfortably.
