Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

Comfortable setting.

Krista was an amazingly accommodating and responsive host. When the Wi-Fi was a little glitchey, she took off work to make sure it was available for my work call that evening! The space was stylish and extremely clean. Location is very convenient yet secluded. Quiet and comfy place that I'll be using whenever I'm traveling and it is available. A+!

Amazing place right near downtown.

This place is clean, cozy with lots of complimentary amenities. It was easy to find and close to downtown. We easily walked to the downtown area. We will definitely be coming back and staying here

We really enjoyed staying at Kevin's place. We were in Midland for an event at the Midland Center for the Arts, & it was so close, we could have walked there if it hadn't been 20 degrees! And it was perfect for us and another couple, we each had our own living area, & could easily communicate as needed. The house was beautifully decorated with lots of art & other interesting table pieces. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the Midland area. Highly Recommended! My family & I had the most wonderful stay at Mallory’s Airbnb in Mount Morris ! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed & at home. She is an incredibly kind & gracious host, making sure every detail was taken care of. The home itself is absolutely spotless—easily one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Every need was thoughtfully anticipated, from fresh linens & toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, & the décor was simply stunning- elegant, cozy, & beautifully curated. Location is safe & quiet. It’s clear that Mallory takes great pride in her home & in providing an exceptional experience for her guests. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for privacy and a nice place to stay, it look like the pictures and the neighborhood is quite. There are a lot of good places to go close to the apartment. Elizabeth is very communicative. I'll definitely stay here next time when I come to Fenton.

Avram was a fantastic host. He was always available to answer any questions that we had. The space itself was just as described, and his art and decor really added to the atmosphere. I felt comfortable and safe in the apartment, and felt as though I was able to reach out with ease if anything would have gone wrong. Avram left refreshments in the fridge as well, which was a welcome surprise. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Bay City!

Caitlyn's place was perfect for my trip to (East) Lansing. I visited purely for fun and to visit friends, but the location is convenient for easily getting around town for any business you might have! It's in a peaceful neighborhood too. We walked just a mile to check out Red Cedar Spirits, and the walk feels great after sampling their strong gin! You'll definitely enjoy it here.

A great place to stay!

The time spent in Daniels place has been a wonderful experience. He has been very accommodating. The location is convenient with many things to do in walking distance. Tons of restraunts, bars, and activities. If you enjoy a stroll along the river side, its only a block away. The place is very quiet and well furnished. There is onsite security monitoring parking and entry to the residence. If you enjoy the downtown experience, this is the place for you. Well worth the stay.

We felt right at home - the space was extremely clean and very cozy. Entering the apartment was easy and the garage was perfect to keep my car in during the cold weather. There’s also a nice space in the basement for laundry, gym, and gaming. My girlfriend and I would come back here in a heartbeat. Thanks again for great service!

The decorations are a Winter wonderland and so close to Frankenmuth, but within our price range. It felt like a home away from home with the cozy ambiance and so much attention to detail. All within walking distance to downtown, it made our time here incredible. A perfect place to take a friend, spouse , children and grandchildren. I will be back and share my excitement with others. Great little place for frankenmouth weekend getaway! My partner and I rented this place so we can go to frankenmouth on Saturday and it was perfect! it's only a 20 minute drive to frankenmouth and it's so much more affordable than getting an airbnb there! the neighborhood is quiet and the bath tub is perfect for a couples bath. the shower is pretty big too. it is nicely decorated and it is a full kitchen so we were able to cook with the pots and pans provided. also there was a washer and dryer in the unit so that made things so much more convenient. The host was also very responsive with any questions we had. its a great place! We are planning on staying here again when we visit frankenmouth again in the spring!
