Ryan was a wonderful and responsive host! He accurately described his rental and it was a perfect place to be in the beginning of March for a week! My husband, our dog, and I enjoyed the location and Ryan’s rental!! The unit was clean and well kept - the king size bed was comfortable! Note: there is wonderful coffee available at the nearby (within walking distance) Chillas Hall and the local beaches and establishments were pet friendly! Thank you again Ryan for providing us with this amazing opportunity!!

Allison is a great host and communicates very quickly! It was easy to check in to her place and it was private and they were great hosts. I highly recommend her place for a single person or a couple. Everything you need is there and it is in a nice location. She described her place very well! I give it 5 stars!

First off, we love St. George so a trip there is always well worth it! The island is perfect if you really want some rest and relaxation, super peaceful and never crowded compared to other beaches. Secondly, Craig is WONDERFUL to work with, he was so helpful, responsive, and proactive about making our stay as easy and smooth as possible. Super thankful for him, and will definitely book with him the next time we come back to SGI!

We were looking for a peaceful, pet friendly location for spring break and this property delivered. Privacy, beautiful views, a unique location and easy access to downtown Apalachicola were provided. The home itself was as-described and we had a comfortable stay. We will be checking for availability at this property when we plan our next vacation.

This place is an excellent location. it's very close to downtown so all stores, restaurants, and bars are in walking distance. Our place was very clean and has lots of room inside. Parking was very easy and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, amazing views of St. George bay and a couple of blocks away from the gulf. A true treasure of an area with minimal crowds and friendly folks. Quick response to any questions we had while there, within minutes. Sunsets, sunrises, and stars at night were unbelievable.

The location of the apartment is superb: in the heart of Apalachicola, yet plenty of privacy! The patio provides a great sitting area, looking down over Market Street. Yet, you hear very little road noise at night. Close to everything. A few miles from St George Island and the St Joseph Peninsula. Clean, well appointed kitchen and living area, comfortable King bed. And Tony is a responsive host.

Our family was fortunate to have booked both units upstairs in adjoining apts. All was comfortable, well-appointed, everything we needed was in walking distance. Donna was superb to work with. Would stay again!
