Nice little camper . Very relaxing . Would have loved to have been able to use the beautiful pool but was still a little too cool so couldn't use it. Even though it's next to the house it's still very private and secluded.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The house itself was clean, cozy, and perfect for our week getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub! It was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings after a day at the beach. The outdoor space was also great, with a nice seating area to enjoy the fresh ocean air. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and the whole experience seamless. If you’re looking for a peaceful beach retreat with the added luxury of a hot tub, this is the place to book! We can’t wait to come back.

The Sand Bar is a beautiful home. The 5 bedrooms met our needs. The hot tub and pool being private really made the place more inviting. We used the two decks to sit bar and relax to the sounds of the Ocean. We cooked several meals and all the appliances including the fabulous grill . The beds were very comfortable and had quality linens. The elevator was fantastic and helped get the coolers of food and drinks to the 3rd floor.

Amber is a wonderful host! She was very helpful with instructions and was very quick to answer any questions I had. The house was the cutest little house, with multiple amenities on site. If you want someone who cares and goes above and beyond, I would highly recommend Amber and her properties!!! I will be booking again with her in the near future.

House was beautiful. Golf course was beautiful, if your golf. Both pools was clean, almost private, beach wasn’t that close but within 15 minute drive.

We brought together multiple family members to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. The space was ideal for everyone - ranging in ages from early 20s to late 70s. Extremely walkable to the beach. The digitable guide provided by the owner helped everyone plan what we needed to bring vs what was supplied. The hot tub was cleaned and refilled while we were there - during off season! When the owner says it is treated regularly, they are being honest (clean hot tub is always a worry with a rental for me). Everyone also praised how comfortable the beds were. Wish every rental was this good.

My husband and I stayed with our two pups and my mother came down with her two dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone and we appreciated the fully fenced yard. The hot tub was amazing. Beautiful views of the sky and pretty private backyard. Withing walking distance of everything you'd need. Furnished kitchen. It was the best Christmas we've ever had!
