Courtney's house was awesome! Beautiful views, great area! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group. The trip was amazing and Courtney was an amazing host. We definitely recommend staying at Courtney's. We will be coming back!!!

I really don’t know where to start with all the joys of this experience. From the moment you pull into the covered, and paved outdoor park and play area, you know it’s different. Jackie is not a robot hosting you in a cookie cutter home. She is someone who really knows the area and what you need to have the most relaxing stay. You have everything you need. I can’t tell you how many times, my husband and I would look at each other and say, “OMG!, it has this or it has that!” The saloon and generous welcome gift is something I never experienced renting a home. The home is very comfortable with views that immediately set your soul at ease. The outdoor space is where we spent 80% of our time. From the beach to the porch, you have every luxury you need to unwind and reconnect in the salty breeze. Sunrise and sunset photos are stunning. The best part is that my dog Mallie, who is a member of our family, was not only permitted but spoiled with amenities just for her. You deserve to book it.

We just returned from a lovely stay at Face in the Wind. Patrick's place was pristine and had everything you could need. The beach was much closer than it looked on Google Maps—it was a super quick walk to a private, white sandy beach. We saw dolphins every afternoon and enjoyed shell collecting on walks. We brought our bikes and did some riding on the trail as well. Played corn hole in the evenings, but never got to use the fire pit -- you can't do everything. We cooked about every meal - the kitchen is well equipped everything you could need. Loved that our fur baby was able to be with us, & he loved sitting on the back porch to look at the canal out back. Saw great blue herons, egrets & an otter (though the fishing wasn't great on this trip). Patrick was super responsive & helpful. Beautiful place!

Good central location off the main highway. Easy access to gas, the island, and over to Apalachicola. It was easy to go either East or West and find activities along with restaurants. Driveway is good for a truck and motorcycle trailer.

Carrie’s place was beautiful and spotless! There was anything and everything available that you could possibly need…lots of beach towels, beach chairs, floats, nice beach cart, and the house was stocked with anything you need! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The house felt private because it was surrounded by trees and shrubs. Carrie’s local recommendations were spot on and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at Suzi’s place! We wanted to go to a beach that allowed dogs, and St George Island was everything we had hoped for. Suzi was super kind and responsive, always getting back to us promptly. Her place has a laid back atmosphere just like the entire island. Amazingly, you can see Apalachicola Bay from the kitchen window, and the Gulf from the beautiful screened in porch. We spent every morning enjoying long coffees outside. Her place is in a quiet part of the island. But the best part was definitely being a block and a half from the public beach access! We took multiple long walks every day with our dog Earl, who had never seen the ocean. The beds in Suzi’s place are comfy, and we loved that there was plenty of space to stretch out. Also not having to worry about carpets with a dog was a nice bonus. The place is very dog and people friendly! We will definitely be staying at Suzi’s place again! Highly recommend!

They really delivered for a fishing vacation. The house was pristine and everything worked as advertised. The furnishings were modern and gracious. The kitchen was VERY well appointed and modern. Now to the GOOD STUFF: we had everything we needed to fish either off the dock or by boat into the bay or gulf. The dock was modern, sturdy and had a boat lift (although the lift was not available to use). There is a cleaning station, water with hose and sprayer, and electric hookup. The only drawback is there’s no way to safely get to your docked boat at low tide.The carport is a boat fisherman’s dream. There is a professional grade large capacity ice machine that works. Next to that is a deep chest freezer with bagged ice ready to grab and go and also for any frozen bait or chum. A gas grill and griddle are provided. Ample hose and water are provided for a trailered boat. There is a lot of area dedicated to relaxing and socializing after the fishing adventure with a great view from the porch

We had an amazing stay at River Sanctuary Retreat! It is so peaceful! It was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed. Dawn was an exceptional host and super responsive. The check-in process was seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning if I'm in the area again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!

We’ve stayed at this rental twice. Great both times!!

Beautiful home. We loved all the marine life we were able to find. The only complaints we had was there wasn’t a grill and the pool not being in the neighborhood. Overall a great week. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

Julie was exceptionally helpful and hospitable as we stayed in their home during hurricane evacuation. It is a lovely and very comfortable place. Furnishings and linens are high end and tasteful. Both my friend and I slept very well in the beds. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. It's a short drive to the gulf, to grocery store and a few local restaurants. If you like seafood, this is the area for the best!! I would highly recommend this Air Bnb if you're looking for a place in the big bend or Carrabelle. Pet Friendly was a definite plus as well!

Perfect little house for a long weekend getaway with our kids and dog. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the pup, and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and hiking paths. The house was super clean, the kitchen was well supplied, and the bed was comfy.

This place was perfect! Some friends and I went to have a nice real break and everything was perfect! The beach is so easy to get to and the other restaurants and beach access points were an easy walk or quick ride. The house had everything we needed and it was so nice to have the back porch and the pretty views!!

I had an extremely pleasurable experience in my short getaway at Alligator Point being hosted in Nick’s air BNB. Him & his family were always extremely responsive, the space was clean and as promised on the website, and everything that was offered was available just where it was stated to be. The home had more than enough room for me and my family, and a beautiful sand front as soon as you stepped off the stairs. I will most definitely be staying here or another property hosted by Nick & his family.

Looking for a quick getaway weekend and came upon Z shack . Great location to go eat or if you have a boat. I read another review of the cleanliness but that was not the case. Very clean, nice little back porch. No problems or issues.

We stayed for the month of February and had a great time. We used the charcoal grill and relaxed on the deck. Coastal Simplicity was comfortable, cozy and in a great location . It’s a short drive to great places to eat , the beaches and state parks for walks.

What a phenomenal view! Such a great place for a family vacation with kids! We caught fish in the back yard every day. We also got to see stingrays, horse shoe crabs, blue crabs, and a thousand fiddler crabs. Best back porch view of any place that we’ve ever stayed. And the house is very close to two of the best seafood restaurants around, Trident and Angelo’s. If you want a very unique and exciting outdoor experience, this is the place to go. You can truly get back to the basics and enjoy life at this place! The house is very comfortable and cozy with a decent sized kitchen and plenty of space for hanging out downstairs as well. The back porch was our favorite place to be every morning and evening. Can’t wait to come back!

It was a memorable Thanksgiving. We were able to travel to Tallahassee with ease for UF vs. FSU to cheer for a house divided. Beautiful setting and the dog loved not having to be on a leash. The dock provided a magnificent sunrise location.

This was a great peaceful location for everything we wanted to do in the area….we will definitely be back!
