Me and 7 of my friends stayed at Brians beautifull lake house. We are all internationall students, but we all felt like we were home while we stayed. Brian was not only communicative and nice, he was ready to help all time and made us feel very welcome while we stayed. There is not much to say about the house rather than how beautifull, spacious, and clean it is. I can guarantee that there is no other place that can be rented in the radius of atleast 100 miles, that is more worth for the money you give. Once again, thank you Brian for letting us stay, and we will for sure look forward to stay again.

We had the best time! The home was lovely, well stocked, and truly felt like home. The dock was great and had an amazing swimming area!

Stayed here with 8 other ladies. We had plenty of space to relax, cook, play games etc. Beds were very comfortable. Location was on the lake. We stayed in the winter so we didn't get to enjoy the lake activities. It's a great place to stay for a big family or group. House is stocked with everything you need.

The lake house was wonderful and very well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and the access to the lake was perfect.

We have stayed here four times now. Once with our three kids, who were adults at the time, and the other three times just the two of us. The kayaks are a great amenity, and sitting on the dock is so lovely and peaceful. We usually stay around Thanksgiving time, and this year was unseasonably cold. While we did not partake of the outdoor amenities, we still enjoyed the indoor fireplace and cozying up on the couch to watch football and our favorite shows. We stay here more-or-less as a place to sleep, since we come in to town to visit my mother-in-law. We spend much of our days at her house, but still are able to enjoy some morning and evening time at the Octagon. In the past we have prepared Thanksgiving dinner at the Octagon and my mother-in-law would come for the day. We did not do that this time, but still enjoyed staying here. I would recommend this place to anyone...you will not regret renting this property. The host is very nice and communicates very well.

This was the second time we stayed at Mary's place and we could not have been happier with our experience once again. Home was clean, comfortable and was exatly what we needed for what were in the area for. Mary is always available if you need somethig and very comunicative. If there were a 10 star rating this stay would get it!!!

Leslie and Sam’s place on beautiful Lake Hartwell was perfect for us. We enjoyed the gorgeous setting overlooking the lake. We loved the open concept with screened porch perched over the lake. It was everything the photos and the listing promised and was perfect for myself and my friend. We would recommend this home and will go back. Thank you so much for helping us ring in the New Year just as we had hoped. We look forward staying with you again.

Bryan’s little cottage was perfect! It was clean and it has a lot of character. We were very comfy. The weather didn’t permit us to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but there would have been plenty to entertain us with a great view! Bryan was very responsive when we had questions. We wholeheartedly recommend this cottage.

Our stay at this A-frame cabin was absolutely perfect. The space is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and a fully equipped setup that made our experience seamless. Every corner felt intentional and inviting. The hosts, Thomas & Morgan, were incredibly communicative and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciated their hospitality. This is a place we would absolutely return to, highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Jonathan's home! We took our boat and was able to put in right around the corner and dock at the house. We wanted a nice, quiet last lake weekend and we sure got it. When we weren't on the water, we spent the majority of our time in the screened back porch area. The weather was amazing and we watched The Dawgs beat Auburn before sitting out in the dark, listening to the owls. We watched a family of deer while having our breakfast each morning in the porch area and just really enjoyed being away from our busy day to day world. Thank you Jonathan and Madison for sharing this wonderful lakehouse, we will definitely be back! ❤️

As soon as we walked in we felt at home. The cabin was clean and beautiful. clear instructions were given for the gas fireplace as well as check in and check out instructions. The surroundings were beautiful and this time of year had a clear view of the river. The pathetic down to it was well marked. Gina was an awesome host!

This cabin is super nice. We felt at home. Swinging on the back porch looking out was SO peaceful!! Simone was very nice, always responded, and gave all the instructions you need ahead of time for check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!!

What a peaceful oasis Natalie has created! We got everything we needed and more out of this weekend getaway from our hectic work life. Natalie was an excellent host, very responsive and informative. Such a great vacation. Memories made. Catch and release fish=10 fish. It was great. House had everything we needed beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. Hammock and hammock chairs were a plus. The nature trails were a hit. We enjoyed everything about the time we were at Pap’s. Pap is a great host and leaves good information. Would give 10 stars if we could. Pap’s will not disappoint.
