Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

It was a real home not the usual stuff you see on the apps. 2 fireplaces , huge outdoors and clean as could be. It was a perfect space inside and outside especially for the holidays. Definitely worth it.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for where we wanted to go in the area. The house is nice and met was a comfortable place to stay.

Cozy house in a wooded cul-de-sac. Conveniently located in Lexington. House offered many amenities for my teenagers as we celebrated a Birthday. We all enjoyed the Game Room, Pool Table, Jacuzzi and beautiful backyard. Dining room table is a nice gathering spot for a family and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. Thanks Harrison!

We loved this Victorian home full of character! The beds were comfortable as were the gathering room couches. (Yes a new loveseat not shown in the pictures). The back porch was perfect for relaxing any time of the day and we used the table out there for meals too. We sat in the back yard to stargaze. The kitchen was extremely well stocked!! It is just delightful when a host/hostess takes the “B and B” part of this traditionally - with some breakfast items available! SO nice! 😊 We had some trouble with the shared bathroom not draining but were able to get it resolved. Great communication with our hosts! We loved the location- one block off the main strip of shops and restaurants in Midway! And as stated 15 - 20 mins to at least 3 distilleries, more cute shops in Versailles and to Keenland. Only about 30 mins into Lexington. Just perfect!

Jenni’s house was the perfect place to gather, relax and enjoy our family time in KY. Jenni should write a “How To” book for Airbnb hosts! Jenni started communication prior to our arrival which was not only helpful, but made me comfortable if/when I needed to reach out during our stay. Next, not only is this house perfectly decorated (looks exactly like the photos), but it is perfectly appointed as well! I have been to Airbnb’s that either have nothing or the absolute bare minimum with regard to things like, kitchen accessories…even utensils! NOT this house! We made three big dinners during our stay and we had EVERYTHING we needed to cook a full spread each time-there’s an air fryer, a crock pot, frying pans, cookie sheets, baking dishes, oven mitts (yes, I stayed in a house once that did not have oven mitts…and I didn’t even realize it until I needed to take something OUT of the oven). I could go on and on, and would, but I’m out of space. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Loved our stay at Deb’s. Excellent location and tons of amenities! Huge plus for being pet friendly. Our pup felt right at home!

This house was PERFECT! There was plenty to do or just relax and enjoy the property. It is very close to distilleries, wineries and restaurants. We hope to visit again sometime!

We really enjoyed our stay. Weather was terrible so we had to improvise on our plans but the fact that the house was so close to many restaurants and bars made it easy. House is about 130 yrs old but well maintained. There is a house on both sides with only a small walkway in between houses. Bathrooms were very clean and we had plenty of towels. Kitchen was nice and there were plenty of dishes to use. We would return if we come back to Frankfort.

Sheree’s place was as pictured and described: very spacious, big bedrooms, and a nice front porch to relax on. The price is a value for the place. Immediate surroundings weren’t the prettiest but no issues to report in terms of feeling safe or having any disturbances. Location to downtown was awesome, walkable even. If ever back in the area I’ll be sure to see if Sheree’s place is available.

This place was stunning! Very spacious & clean. Close to town, yet secluded! It perfectly accommodated our family of 5 adults & 9 children PLUS it’s pet friendly!! The kids & my dog had so much room to play inside & outside! We enjoyed the large hot tub the most. We had snacks/drinks at our arrival, 5 TVs with installed Netflix, a game room that included an additional “living room” area, cooking utensils + seasonings, covered parking for 3 vehicles, perfect lighting, fire pit, washer/dryer, hiking & an indoor/outdoor dining area including LARGE tables. Bunks have one pull out bed! Our stay was around Christmas & we had a Christmas tree + holiday decor! This place has a beautiful front yard view. The master bedroom is massive! The master bath room has installed heating for the open shower. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect for large families/multiple small families. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay with such a wonderful/responsive host! 10/10!!!

Chuck was truly an amazing host. He helped us deal with the snow prior to our arrival. Incredible stay, felt right at home. Will be back!

The most comfortable bed. Rented it for the Thanksgiving holiday. They allowed an early check in which was great responded right away. We was a large group and had plenty of space. Definitely at the top favorites list

Convenient location and cozy home. Home presented as shown on listing. Beds were comfortable with TV's in every room. Backyard was nice for our dog. Easy 8 minute drive to Buffalo Trace. Liked the bourbon theme decor! Would stay again.

Loved this property! Felt like we were at home. Lauren was extremely friendly and responsive. The location was great. Very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we were looking for. Bonus that it is only 15 mins from Buffalo Trace so very convenient to get there in the morning for the daily release. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property. There are lots of great spaces to enjoy in the house and everything was well thought out. We loved watching the cows in the pasture and wandering the grounds. We can’t wait to come back again.

Stayed here with 2 other coworkers for a business trip. Much cheaper and nicer than staying in a hotel.

Wendy is a great host. The home is centrally located which made it a perfect place to stay. The home was well stocked with everything we needed to have a great stay.

This is a very nice AirBNB! The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and the location is close to downtown Frankfort. Perfect for a visit with family or friends!

Such a cozy place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. The yard was great for my dog. I was a little unsure from the pictures, but the fenced in yard IS accessible from inside the house (through the kitchen). Overall it was great place! I will be happy to stay there again if / when I am back in Frankfort.
