Beautiful secluded home. Fire pit and hot tub were awesome and just minutes from Distilleries.

We were looking for a property for the 3 of us, which included our adult son. So, it was great to have 2 nice bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house had all the kitchen amenities we could want, plenty of bath and kitchen towels, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Our hosts included dish soap, hand soaps at all the sinks, washer pods and dryer sheets, and dishwasher pods. They had labeled all the light switches, so we never had to wonder which one turned on which light! There was a lot of literature on what to do in the area, and the home was "decorated" with photos, signs, and other decor having to do with the bourbon industry - not to mention, several complementary mini bottles of bourbon! The outdoor deck, fire pit, and grill were added bonuses, though it was too cool to use them. TJ and Bobbie were excellent hosts, very responsive and very friendly, and really gave us a wonderful home to enjoy while we explored the KTB distilleries, race tracks, and horse farms. Thank you!

The place was lovely and so convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. We really appreciated having some coffee and condiments provided for our stay. The checkout time, 3 pm was great as was the checkout time of 11 am. We stayed in Frankfort to visit distilleries. Spent most of the time not too far away and one day in Louisville. Great central location! Highly recommend Phyllis' place if you are in the area.

We loved this property! The host was fantastic and super communicative during the KY floods leading up to our stay this past weekend. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the house was spotless! We will definitely be coming back to stay at this property once Buffalo Trace opens back up!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! The inside doesn't match the neighborhood and is exactly as pictured. It is well thought out and great central location. Would stay there again, for sure!

Great place for a trip to the bourbon trail! Clean and comfortable, plus the hot tub and pool table are fun additions!

Our previous Air B&B reservation was cancelled due to flooding in the area. We were able to find this property instead and were more than pleased. The home was in a perfect location, and property was very clean and inviting. The hosts were very friendly and responsive before check-in and provided all information needed. Would love to stay again for our next trip. Thanks again!
