Great place, as described, and super communicative host who provided a lot of great recommendations for the area. Perfect for what we were looking for and dog friendly so we were able to bring the fur kid to visit our college kid. Would def stay again. Thank you!

Katie and Mike are fabulous hosts! Katie provided helpful information prior to our arrival. Mike helped us pump up a flat bike tire and gave us great tips on area activities. The apartment was very clean and spacious given its size because it's not cluttered. The bed is very comfortable, and everything in the apartment worked well. The pool is lovely! It's shared with the family, but Mike and Katie were very thoughtful about making it accessible to us when their kids weren't in the pool. The house is set in a quiet, rural setting but only 20 minutes from downtown Northampton. I would definitely recommend this spot to other travelers!

I visited in winter and had a lovely and very comfortable stay. When I walked in I was greeted by the smell of fresh cut wood from the studio (which was lovely). The host made fires in the wood burning stove downstairs in the workshop that kept the upstairs space cozy warm even in a snow storm. The bed is very comfortable and I loved the infrared heater I could remote control turn on when I woke up to warm up the space before crawling out of bed. It’s literally just a two minute walk to a coffee shop, a market with wonderful bread and other downtown attractions. Also easy parking on premise was very nice and meant I didn’t have to worry about parking on nights the town plowed and parking on the street isn’t allowed.

I was only there mostly to sleep. I had friends staying about 15 minutes away and I spent the day with them. The only thing I would say is that it smelled a little musty when I entered the apartment. It got pretty cold outside at night, but I was nice and warm inside. I was pleased to find K cups for the coffee maker and half and half in the fridge. But I had brought my own. My friends had to bring their own sheets, pillows and towels for the accommodations. Thank you Harold for providing all that.

My 3 sisters, myself and our mom had a fantastic stay! Plenty of space for the 5 of us and our belongings! Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed! Dave was very responsive to our questions and offered insight on what was happening in the area! We are looking forward to going back!

Lovely and cozy. A bit of early morning (6am!) construction nearby on a couple days-as they are sprucing up the Bridge of Flowers…had a GREAT time birdwatching on the back deck, neighbors very sweet, and I just love Shelburne Falls in general…thanks to the great hosts!

This historic home was special to my family—my grandfather was born here, so we were thrilled be able to stay here. The owner, Richard, was on hand to greet us and give us a tour. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and features a lot of thoughtful touches for guests. it's such a peaceful place, and gorgeous during foliage season. we'll look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time staying at this magical place. It had everything we needed for a week of relaxation and activities. The house is incredibly well equipped. Mikaela and Raphael are the best hosts. We would love to return next year.

Katie's house was perfect for our get together. It was clean, cozy, and we especially loved the backyard with pool and hot tubs. Katie was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

No wonder Nancy is a super host. She has combined all those roles into one, a sister, a mother, even a nana. Sitting on the deck, enjoying breezes from the early fall; the waves from Connecticut river and the splashing sounds sooth and rock you like a baby in a mother’s arms. If you seek a home away from your home; if you love nature, then, Riverbank is for you!! Nancy, I wish I could thank you more!

Jim and Michelle were such welcoming and accommodating hosts. Their home is the perfect location tucked away in the countryside. Enjoying coffee and breakfast with Michelle on Sunday and their super friendly dog, Darby, was such a pleasant treat. Would love to come back more and explore the area. One thing to note, if you have Verizon you'll be off the grid here because cell service is sparse - but that's probably the best way to fully immerse yourself in the property and truly enjoy it!

It was a wonderful winter vacation in Shelburne Falls. Nice room - beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay at the Blooming Inn again.
