What an amazing and unique place to stay! The guest house itself is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully furnished, never mind the absolutely incredible garden it’s located in. Comfortable bedding and any amenities you could possibly want (coffee, creamer, beverages, toiletries, etc). Apparently other guests took issues with the sounds of the city, but we never had any complaints about the noise level, especially on a busy weekend. The host was so accommodating and kind, and did a great job of communicating with us. We will absolutely be back, this place was one of a kind!

Wonderful stay at Marty's place! Great location, good communicative host, nice and quiet neighborhood, and accommodations are comfortable and perfect for two people. Everything you need/want to do is close by and we would definitely return. The only thing to note is the heater/ac is very loud when it comes on and runs so if you're a light sleeper keep that in mind. But the unit is very clean and comfortable. Thanks, Marty!

Scott's place was really, really convenient and private! This clean, simple studio apartment was within easy walking distance of everything I needed. Lots of food and drink within just a couple blocks, and the .9 mile walk to and from the convention center felt way shorter than that. It also felt very safe for a woman walking around and staying alone. The bed was comfortable, and the space was well-laid out for working and just chilling out. I didn't use it, but the kitchen seemed to have all of the basics for making simple meals. The shower water got hot quickly, though the pressure was just adequate. If you are here for a longer stay, the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit would be fantastic. If you stay here, I HIGHLY suggest trying Fox in the Snow on 4th for breakfast-- the Strawberry pastry lured me back three times, and the coffee was SO good.

Nice, private place for a few days away. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Kitchen is functional enough, fridge was cute and retro, even though the placement is more in the living area than the kitchen, and is still close enough. Washer and dryer in a convenient spot. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Bathroom a bit tight but functional, and the towels are very nice and high quality. A little bit confusing to find but if you read the instructions closely, it is not actually too hard to get to. Easy check in and was nice to be able to park in the integral garage. Would stay here again!

Nina and her place can be described in one word: lovely! Their guest house is clean, cozy, and stocked with everything you may need for a short or long term stay. There are eggs, snacks, drinks, and homemade salad dressing that are available for your use. Your drinking water comes out of a reverse osmosis dispenser. You'll find bath products, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss in case you forgot them, plus a fully stocked kitchen with grilling and fire supplies. All of these touches speak to Nina's thoughtfulness. Nina lives on the property and is available in case you need anything, but respects your privacy if you don't. And other than straigtening up, you do not have to clean. The check out time is flexible. The place is easy to find, even in the dark, and Nina left the light on for us. The farm is peaceful and quiet, and you can meet the chickens and the farm cats, weather permitting. Unfortunately, it was wet while we were there so we couldn't enjoy the property more.

Most accommodating in soooo many ways!!! We will definitely be returning. We just hope it’s not booked. It is one of the few renovated properties in the neighborhood that is super clean and stocked with all the Amenities. It’s better than the best!!

Lovely place to say, cute little house that was just for us. But make sure you park on the road and not in the driveway next to the house, also could have had easier instruction on how to get to the house. I was unsure on what she meant by the house was behind her house, kind of confusing but overall it was a great place to stay
