My husband & I were in town for a Marriage Retreat and the Avenue AirBNB was absolutely perfect for such a trip! Location was easy to find, parking not an issue, easy access in and the apartment was great! Beautiful kitchen with necessities to cook dinner, living space was great, comfortable bed & the hot tub was the BEST addition to relax in at the end of the night. It is possible to hear neighbors in the same building but not to the point of major disruption, when we soaked in the hot tub each night the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We were so glad to stay here over a hotel and would definitely return in the future! The venue we drove to each day was the Hyatt Regency hotel in downtown Columbus and it took us about 13 minutes to travel there. Many great restaurants nearby this location to choose from also.

Evan was an excellent host! The house was the cleanest and most organized home/airbnb I’ve stayed at to date. All my needs were met. The beds were very comfortable and I got well needed rest during my stay. I highly recommend staying at Evan’s Airbnb!

I was there for a month with my wife and my baby and no complaints, we felt like home… the only bad thing was we wanted to stay one more week. It it was already booked… Highly recommended

very quaint loft apartment, with nice amenities. walkable to everything in German Village. Club / Bar/Restaurant below is popular and very loud, and stays open till 2am. We knew this when we booked but keep it in mind if you are a light sleeper. Host was great.

This was my second stay at Nancy's place and I look forward to returning again in the future! Of course a big reason I love it is because it's walking distance from my best friend's house, but also Nancy is such a sweet host and I feel right at home there. The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well.

Ingrid and Mike's place is a wonderful getaway. It has everything one would need in a great location. The space is sooo easy, and it has everything that one would need. The rooms and beds are plentiful. The beds are so comfortable that we didn't even notice the cars passing by overnight while staying in the first floor bedroom which faces the street. The description is accurate and Ingrid and Mike are committed on making ones stay meaningful. Loved the kitchen with its extra large fridge and freezer. Loved the basement to play foosball, ping pong and hoops. Loved the 3 parking spaces. The ability to spend time together and apart in the same space is such a bonus. I would highly recommend this home, and can't wait for the opportunity to stay again. The only negative I would highlight is that in Buckeye country, I would recommend a change in name from Big Blue, 😂. Go Bucks!

A nice comfortable place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet, no problem finding off street parking. The extra amenities like coffee were appreciated so we could have morning coffee, snacks available you can’t ask for more. Thank you for making our family coming together for a celebration in the area very easy. Master bed was really comfy.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect for exploring German Village. The space was well appointed and clean. Amanda proactively communicated and it was a breeze to enter and exit.

The house is updated to all new amenities. The master closet is HUGE!! The appliances are all new and awesome. The house has a lot of charm. We didn’t use the fire pit but it was nice to have as an option. Matt was super helpful any time I contacted him. Very responsive.

Sunny was very responsive and provided clear instructions for my family. The house is lovely and located in a peaceful area of Columbus. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely place!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The pictures matched perfectly to the listing. She had it fully stocked with anything we would possibly need. We would definitely return. We loved the garage door feature.

From the well appointed, immaculate home, to the visual landscape in a park like setting this home was exactly what we needed, when arriving for our Son's wedding. We definitely plan to return

Larry's place was a perfect spot for my husband, dog, and I while we were in town for the weekend! The place was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. I will say the beds are very firm but nothing to complain about. There's plenty of places to eat and shop near by. It was a very convenient location to get to Nationwide Arena for a concert. would reccomend!

Ashley was a wonderful host! The unexpected welcoming note made our mini honeymoon special! The loft exceeded our expectations and I am hoping that come our one year anniversary next year, we’ll be able to take a week long trip to make up for having a shorter honeymoon as long as my husband is healthy and has a working kidney! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s a beautiful loft with plenty of space and very romantic! I would recommend to any newlyweds and couple’s celebrating their anniversary! The German Village was wonderful! We explored the Book Loft and 3rd and Sycamore! We also realized that one of streets name is my husband’s family name, which was really neat! We cannot wait to visit again in the future!

I loved our stay. We were in town to see Deftones and the location was perfect. We were a 10 minute walk from the Nationwide Arena and a 5 minute walk from Goodale Park. There was lots to do and it was right by a great Mexican restaurant. It was very noisy in the airbnb but that was to be expected, being right downtown. The hosts were very kind to provide a white noise machine and ear plugs! Lol. Would stay here again it was nice.

Stayed for 3 nights with our 2 kids while we explored the city. Perfect set up for a family and felt very safe both in condo and surrounding area. Cute, idyllic area with lots of walkable options. Comfortable beds and linens (and I’m typically a fussy sleeper). Jessie made check in a breeze and offered lots of recommendations on what to do.

Very perfect experience here. I love the sweet fragrance in the room. Everything is tidy and bright. It's a real comfortable and quiet place to stay. However, since both my friend and I prefer to sleep on a firmer surface, we didn't use the sofa as a place to sleep. In addition, if you are not used to walking barefoot on the floor, you may need to bring your own slippers for backup. The area is very convenient, with a large Kroger nearby where you can buy things. Overall, it's a really great experience, and we love it here.

Mark's place was perfect for a convention. The proximity to the center (even though hotels were connected) was the closest option to the main entrance. You literally walk across the street right into the doors! The place was immaculate and very clean! Lots of character in the apartment. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed for an extended stay, as well as a keurig and fully packed keurig holder, a regular coffee pot & bew grounds, two different kinds of coffee creamer, popcorn to pop, & some mini cereal packs, and a water britta type filter in the fridge to fill as you go! The bathrooms were stocked with shower essentials. Charges for phones if needed. Nintendo or some kind of game system and games, as well as regular games too! Spacious for a family or a few small groups. Also can take a nice stroll on foot to short north- beautiful and really cool district to walk through. Building itself has a cool speakeasy under the pizza place & other great places! Would stay again!

The place was great. We were able to walk to the Nationwide Arena. The location was perfect. The instructions were very clear. I recommend this place.

The location was perfect—close to North Market, and many restaurants.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing great recommendations and even a few special touches that made me feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!
