We loved staying here for a long weekend to celebrate my brother's birthday. The manager, Christy, was great to work with. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilling steaks at the stone and hiking nearby. Definitely planning to come back to this spot at some point for more!

We had a great time at the Coalmont cabin! The hosts are wonderful, the cabin was spotless and had lots of amenities. Will definitely return!

First of all Shelia was there to let us in and show us around to make sure she answered all of our questions and knew where everything was. Shelia is so kind and her cabin was so beautiful and cozy. The surprise was having coffee in the morning at the end of the little trail in the back. My kids had a blast blazing a trail though the dry creek bed and s'mores by the fire. The cabin has a surprise around every corner. Wonderful place to vacation.

Our family of 5 loved staying at Amazing Grace! The location on the water was absolutely perfect and peaceful. My kids, 9, 6, and 4, spent hours skipping rocks as we watched from the deck. The king and queen beds were some of the most comfy we've ever slept in on a trip. The kids loved the loft area. The nearby hikes were gorgeous and we loved coming back to grill out and have some hot tub time! We will be back!

Michael's A-Frame was a beautiful place for us to stay on our honeymoon:) we stayed for 1 week and everything was perfect, the hot tub was great and private, the big glass front was beautiful and let in so much sunshine without getting in our eyes too much, the record player and decor was very aesthetic and was exactly the type of place we wanted to be able to relax at:) it was very safe, the back door automatically locked and the front sliding glass doors locked easily, so safety amd security was never an issue for us. Michael was very informative with all the information necessary for our stay, and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns:) I would definitely recommend staying here

Very off grid, but that was perfect for what we were looking for. Nick was super friendly and had great recommendations for food and activities around the area. Highly recommend if youre looking to unplug or escape the city!

A perfect retreat for my wife, our daughter, and me after the Thanksgiving rush. So homey, peaceful, and quiet, with just the right amount of kitsch. Comfy beds, beautiful setting, cozy furnishings, everything we needed to unwind. This unit is a surprisingly roomy two bedroom (king bed and bunk beds) with a full bath and spacious living room/kitchen combo. We’d love to come back when it’s warm enough to be outside, but the 20 degree temps kept us inside and toasty, watching tv, playing games, reading, etc. We highly recommend!

So beautiful! Perfect for a special occasion. We love the architectural style of the cabin, the high ceilings, lighting, views, and hot tub was needed after the trails. Very clean and spacious place. I would come back.

Very lovely cabin. Actually looked better in person than it did in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and attentive. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and cooking supplies. We loved the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. Only downfalls were a good bit of the dishes that were put away were not cleaned, but you are expected to load those into the dishwasher yourself. My assumption is that previous guests did not rinse the dishes before running them through the wash and someone put them up after not checking them first. Not a huge deal. We can't speak much on the amenities offered at the cabin because we stayed during bad weather, but it was the perfect cabin for an unplugged weekend with just board games and food. Overall, it was a really great place to stay and we would personally go back.

We had an amazing time at Jacob’s Airbnb. We brought along our toddlers and two small dogs- it was the perfect place to relax as a family. The gated and fenced back yard made the stay worry free with pets and children. Views were amazing and the house was very clean. Highly recommend- we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much in the cabin! The area was quiet, remote and just what we wanted.

Let me start by saying, the cabin was incredible. Felt like stepping back in time. Very well done. Our host even dropped off fresh baked cinnamon rolls and cake for us. Excellent surprise. Now the rest of the story… My wife and I chose this location to escape from the storms in mid TN. Weather reports looked decent. 1:00 in the morning we were woke up to tornado warnings and then it hit. Horrible experience and terrifying to be in a strange place during a tornado but, the cabin survived and kept us safe. Cindy the host was in immediate contact with us making sure we were safe and her husband came in person to check on us. Our terrible experience has nothing to do with the property or the host, both were beyond fantastic and for that alone deserve your business. We will definitely be back hopefully when the weather is better. Thank you Cindy for being a caring and wonderful person. Mostly thankful for the cabin that did its job and kept my wife and I safe.

We had a wonderful, quiet stay celebrating our anniversary (other than a tornado warning in the middle of the night 😵‍💫 lol)! There isn’t much to do in the surrounding areas, but we enjoyed just relaxing in the quiet, watching tv, doing a puzzle and reading. We would love to come back and bring our two littles!

This is the perfect place to stay in Sewanee. The location can't be beat - walkable to everything in the village and on campus. Susan and Bob are the most friendly hosts. We had everything we needed. It was absolutely ideal!

The perfect little cabin getaway! The place was super clean and private and stocked with the essentials. It was so nice to unplug and enjoy the river views off the patio. We went on a walk down to the gravel bar with two 2 year olds and they loved exploring and jumping in “muddy puddles”. We loved that it truly is at the River’s Edge!Communication was great and hospitality was super- they even put a happy birthday banner up for my husband. We talked about a return trip the whole time we were there!

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, close to the lake. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches throughout the space. The home itself was spotless, corky but well-decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful weekend! The place was spotless! Once you are inside you are surrounded by trees and nature and it feels very secluded. The cabin had plenty of space and comfortable seating options. Very close to a boat ramp, Tims Ford Lake and the Elk River. The Curly Willow is a fun little antique store with reasonable prices and the farmers market in Winchester had great produce! One of our favorite vacations!
