We had a wonderful spring break at this house! It was close to town and enough space for 2 family’s! Definitely would recommend!

We loved our stay at BaseCamp! Communication with Emily was excellent. The house was amazing & conveniently located. It is beautifully decorated & comfortable. We loved the screened in porch & having access to a wood burning fireplace. The views of the lake & surrounding trees were beautiful & peaceful. The community pool area is within walking distance & offers other beautiful views. Downtown Winchester is so charming! We loved Filo’s Tavern (great service & cocktails, delicious food & get the carrot cake!), Walnut Hill Coffee Co. (cool vibe, great coffee & try their breakfast tacos), and Piezan (great service & generous portions). We loved Basecamp so much we tried to extend our stay but they were already booked up. Such a positive Airbnb experience. We look forward to a future visit!

This is a great house with a huge yard. It was winter, so the pool wasn't used, but the firepit is nice. It's a great location, a bit out of the campus hustle, yet very close to everything "University". Although it did not bother us at all, it's a bit of a noisy spot during the commute hours, as the road beside it brings a good bit of traffic in for work. We highly recommend this listing!

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving at Tara,s house on beautiful Tims Ford Lake . The home had everything our family of seven needed to make our stay cozy and comfortable. The fire pit was a hit for making s’mores after visiting the cute town of Lynchburg nearby. Tara responded quickly and we look forward to coming back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! We stayed at Tims Ford Lake for a family reunion and had family members in 3 other homes in this neighborhood. It was really nice to have everyone within walking distance. It was extra nice to have a golf cart for us to use in going from the various houses and taking people back and forth from the house to the community dock. This is a great house and a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful property in Clifftops near the lake. The house was perfect for our 2 families trip with a great kitchen/living room to gather plus lots of places to spread out. We loved the porch with a fireplace and the grounds with plenty of firewood stacked and ready to burn. It rained most of our trip, but there were still fun spots inside and plenty of games for the kiddos. Great place!

I hosted a work team retreat there to watch an online conference and this was the perfect spot for it! There was plenty of space for everyone, everything you could need in the kitchen (so appreciate the Nespresso machine!), and really set the scene for a peaceful retreat. In the winter the lake is lower, but it's still beautiful. We even did a cold plunge! Grateful for a wonderful stay!

Judith’s home was the perfect stay! At once simple and inviting, stylishly minimal, cozy, clean, and filled with light. We slept great and woke every morning with views of early spring in the Tennessee hardwood forest while sipping our hot coffee. I had to work some while I was there and the internet was strong, no issues at all. I was here to visit my son at Sewanee and I was pleasantly surprised how close I truly was to the campus even though it felt quite tucked away. I honestly hated to leave. I highly recommend staying here and I’ll be coming back as soon as possible!

We’ve stayed at Joanna’s several times now. We absolutely love the house and the location. Joanne is a fantastic host. We’re glad we found her and her home.

Our family had a great time at April’s. We enjoyed playing pool, ping pong, and sitting in the hot tub while watching movies! We also had fun fishing from the dock. The many steps getting back up to the house were challenging but doable with one or two stops on the way up. Our visit was in March and the basement bedroom became uncomfortably cold in the middle of the night. There were enough blankets but was chilly when getting up to use the bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our big family to spread out.

a little tricky getting into the house due to a a wrong door code , but once we were in everything was perfect! Truly wonderful!

Our stay here was perfect. The house was great for a group of friends to stay while seeing a show at The Caverns. The host was responsive and very helpful.

The house is beautiful and so are the views. My grown kids loved the house and loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. The main floor guest room with full bath was perfect for my 82 year old father-in-law. We loved staying here and hope to stay here again for a longer period of time. Also, we loved the paddle board and kayak.

Beautiful Home in a quiet neighbourhood. Quick drive to amenities. House was well stocked with essentials. Lots of space for families, great kitchen for cooking.

Beautiful home with high end finishes. Lots of space for all to sleep, hang out, play games, etc. One bedroom is open to the stairs that leads to the room with 6 beds so that bedroom has little privacy. (They did provide a foldable screen.) Industrial kitchen made meal times a cinch. We had 15 in our group and there were plenty of beds for everyone.

Beautiful and comfortable house with plenty of space for our family. It was so clean and beds were comfortable. It was too cold to really do anything outside but loved that there were options. We enjoyed it!
