We had such a lovely stay at the Pond House! Absolutely gorgeous property, beautiful home & furnishings, perfect for 2 families to stay comfortably. It was so peaceful out there, yet very convenient to activities. Already looking at future dates we could come back!

Spent the weekend for our son’s wedding at Boyden Farms. We were a group of 11 with plenty of space! Multiple bathrooms and 2 kitchens were a big bonus! Clean, well-stocked, spacious, great view of mountain and nice walking trails. Staff is responsive and friendly. A great weekend was had by all! Thank you!!!

Owing to the winter closure of the pass on 108, we had a challenge with Google’s directions. Once we found the resort it was all systems go, great arrival directions, easy entry and comfortable home. The access to all of the amenities of Smugglers Notch was awesome. Both Stacey’s and DJ’s responses to questions were above and beyond. Totally great week! Thanks guys.

Overall, fantastic Airbnb for a ski trip to Jay peak and I can’t wait to go back. Very close to the mountain and perfect for a group. The driveways were plowed anytime there was snowfall. Some great amenities like Level 2 EV charging, temperature controlled garage, and a sauna (which was used daily!). Some minor aspects could use some TLC, for example the pool table could use a felt replacement and some of the beds are a bit worn out. But that wouldn’t stop us from booking this house next time we go up to Jay! Mike was very responsive and helpful as a host and even helped me get something I left there back!

Great place to stay with lots to do. Very close to Jay Peak and had everything you need. clean, lots of room and after ski activities. highly recommend, would stay again. If coming in winter, make sure you have 4wd/awd

The house was in a gorgeous setting not far from the general store. Tami was incredibly helpful and generous.

The Pagoda house is the perfect place to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with nature in a peaceful and beautiful environment. The sauna was wonderful to relax in as well as yoga on the porch overlooking the nearby mountains. My children loved running around the property and exploring the brook, which you can hear outside or inside with the windows open. We felt right at home upon arrival. With Jay peak nearby, we always had options for entertainment. My kids loved the indoor waterpark. Don’t hesitate if you’re looking to get away from it all and enjoy some peace and quiet in beautiful VT.

Sara's old farmhouse was a comfortable, cozy and charming space for our weeklong ski vacation with friends. The kitchen had numerous modern appliances, the beds had comfortable mattresses, and we really appreciated the large capacity washer and dryer! Our hosts were responsive and very helpful with recommendations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just a few things to be aware of, as it is an old house: the glass doorknobs required a delicate touch to not pop off, the downstairs bedroom was colder while the upstairs queen and king bedrooms were quite warm, the downstairs shower (clawfoot tub) was snug for our 6 ft teen and the hot water did not quite last for all 8 people to shower all in a row, so giving it some time in between showers would be recommended. All in all, we had a great week in a lovely home and enjoyed some delicious meals and great skiing. Thank you to Sara and Michael for hosting us in their charming farmhouse.

Michael’s house was exactly as described. It was very spacious, inviting and comfortable. We were within walking distance of the downtown area as well as short driving distance to many stores and amenities. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed stay at Amra’s place! We would definitely go back again! Only a half an hour from Jay Peak. Amra’s communication the whole trip was impeccable. We really felt at home!

Whitney’s camp was exactly what we were looking for—cozy, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the lake view was stunning. While the water for the kitchen and shower comes from the lake and isn’t drinkable, Whitney provides plenty of bottled water for cooking and drinking. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Camp Serenity was perfect for our family gathering. It matches the description perfectly and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the lake from morning coffee on the porch to sitting around a campfire in the evening. The stairs are steep and might be difficult for some folks and the lake has issues with algae blooms. Michelle is an excellent host always answers and question within minutes. Looking forward to going back.

Great experience here. Helpful instructions and spacious rooms which is perfect for group trips with family or friends. Felt like home and it has all you need at home. Our favorite part is the thoughtful welcome packages. It makes it definitely a deluxe addition to the stay. Thank you!

What an incredible Airbnb! Duncan’s place is one of the nicest and most unique places we’ve ever stayed. A group of us were here for a weekend skiing at Jay. Location was great—a bit hard to find in the snow and make sure your car can handle unplowed roads—but once you’re there it’s amazing. You feel very secluded and the views are awesome. The house itself is awesome—very modern and sleek, and so many cool features and gadgets throughout. We really enjoyed the wood stoves and the covered patio. Everyone had more than enough space to spread out and the two living spaces was awesome. Master bedroom is really nice, and the en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and standalone tub were perfect after a long day skiing at Jay. Duncan was so responsive and helpful and made sure we had a great stay throughout. If you’re skiing Jay or just checking out the area, cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! We will definitely be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and when calculated for a party of eight, it was fantastic value - even at solar eclipse rates! The house is rustic, and the upstairs floor slopes a bit, but it is well-appointed and clean. The bunk beds are all king-sized and extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, spices etc. The large garden is perfect for picnics, as well as eclipse viewing. I'll be happy to use this house as a home base for a family vacation, with beautiful nature on both sides of the border. Thanks Elendil, for your warm welcome and great hosting!

Great stay for a larger group, with 8 felt very comfortable without having to share any beds besides one crashing on the couch. Very spacious and conveniently close to ski resorts.

This was our 3rd stay. David is always accommodating when dad could no longer do stairs without assistance I asked if he could install grab bars and he did. The beds are comfortable. Everything you need is in the kitchen. You can enjoy the view from the house or near the lake. Neighborhood is quiet and a pleasure to take a walk in. We look forward to returning next year.
