Loved our stay at Shane's place! It is a fabulous place in a gorgeous location. It is so convenient and close to the ski resort and all Breckenridge activities. Kitchen is well stocked and was a great place to relax after a long day exploring the area. Shane was very responsive to any questions we had and we are looking forward to being back. Great place to stay. Within walking distance to the slopes and downtown area. Clean accommodations. Friendly and responsive host. Would have liked a better view, but overall it was fine as we were hardly there. Would stay there again.

The place was nice and comfortable for a family of 4 or 5 people. The apartment was cozy and well equipped with everything (we had a big snow fall that weekend and they even had a snow shovel). The size and distribution of the rooms is good and the living room is quite spacious. I was in touch with the owner a couple of times and he was very responsive. The location is perfect as we only had to walk about 100 feet to take the free bus to ski at Peak 8 or Breck downtown. Highly recommend this place. We hope to come back for another vacation!

The condo is a great ski in ski out spot AT the snowflake lift. We had easy access to any of the peaks! The space is very comfortable and perfect for 2…maybe 3 people. The bed is super comfy and there were ample pillows and blankets. And the bar off to the side in the room was a great spot to eat and enjoy the winter view. My daughter and I took advantage of the kitchenette and appreciated the “staple items” that were available. We also liked the shower and toilet being in separate spaces! We had an areas to get ready in too. The hot tub was a great way to top off a night on the slopes. The heater parking space with the condo was a nice bonus and came in handy because we had 6in of snow while we were there. We would definitely rent this condo again. We really appreciated how quickly Justin responded and that he checked in to make sure all was good.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in this condo! It was very conveniently located (read: walking distance) to both Main Street and the slopes. You won’t need to drive at all once you get to this place (big perk!). The condo itself was cozy and spacious - more than enough for 2 couples and our babies. Tony made check in / check out a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Kim’s place was perfect for family. The kitchen has everything you need, beds are very comfy and you can’t beat the location. Kim was also very quick to respond when we had questions.

A very clean and nice condo close to many ski resorts. There is amazing views of the mountains and a very convenient bus pick up for going to winter park resort. Spotless place with convenient amount of space for a group and amazing host!

Krista and Scott's place was absolutely perfect for our skiing in Granby. It was so easy to access being on the first floor, meticulously clean, and exactly what we needed. Krista was quick and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect cozy,clean space for a ski getaway at Granby Ranch Comfortable bed and pillows. Other reviewers mentioned the noise from surrounding units. This was quickly solved with the provided box fan to drown out any outside noises. Shower has good water pressure. Hot tubs/pool were a great option after skiing. Would stay again if we return to ski Granby Ranch

The location of Derica's studio was perfect for our ski trip to Winter Park. We have family in Granby and Winter Park is only a 20 minute drive from there. We enjoyed the hots tubs and pool after long days of skiing. Everything in the studio was super clean, and the Murphy bed was comfortable. Although we only cooked breakfast in the room, one could easily prepare full meals in the kitchen. Dishes, utensils, spices, pots and pans were plentiful. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There were many people staying in the building, but the environment was quiet at night, and we had no issues with noise from the units above ours. We also appreciated that Derica's place is dog friendly, and she does supply dog beds, bowls, and pet waste bags. We would definitely stay at this cute little studio again!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our month-long ski-vacation!!! The kitchen is well appointed, and we loved the wood burning fireplace. It is so close to the grocery store ( weather pending you could walk down the hill!!). This unit is super close to a couple of our favorite places to eat and drink- Fuego Azteca and Fisher’s. The community center was fabulous too!! Heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. You can easily fit more people in this unit without feeling crammed- great closet space- 2 full bathrooms and my favorite- stacked washer and dryer! You can run a small load everyday day or so!

I greatly enjoyed the stay my partner and I had at Mike & Lisa’s studio in Granby, CO. The location was very conveniently located and we were able to access all of the towns in Grand County within 20-30 minutes of driving. The room was exactly like the pictures and was very clean and accommodating. Mike and Lisa were very responsive to my questions and were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone considering staying here.

This was our first time staying here and it was a great place. Close to the ski area and very nice house. If we head back to winter park we will be looking at this location again. Very nice location and beautiful place to stay.

We LOVED the home and how convenient it was to the slopes. We are a family of 5 and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, beautiful and cozy! The views and yard are amazing... we built two snowmen in the backyard and my kids played in the snow for hours, right in the backyard. What a gem!

Love this spot for large group ski trips! Easy to coordinate, everyone gets their own space (and more), and a short drive to the mountains. Was my second year staying here (last time was on a friend’s birthday) and will likely book again!

This cute home was perfect for our two families. The space is very well utilized with the bunk beds in the loft. Accommodates a group of 8 very well. Great location! Would stay again.

We loved staying here! It’s super cute and roomy. Inside is much more modern and well decorated than most accommodations in the area. Only downsides for us were the hot tub closes at 9 and the steam room was out of order. Even so 10/10 would stay again.
