This accommodation is one of the great houses in the rich neighborhood. Everything in the picture is the same as the real thing, and there are marts and shops nearby, so it is a convenient place to live. The homeowner only asked where the microwave is, but the service for guests is so good that he buys the microwave right away. There is a warm-hearted mother and a good son living here. I received a lot of support from the host, who was so kind and caring that he cooked delicious food himself. Thanks to this, life in Vancouver was not lonely and uncomfortable. I will visit here again when I come to Vancouver. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Marie's during Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Vancouver and enjoyed having a quiet, relaxing space to decompress after the show. Marie exhibited impeccable hospitality, always promptly replied to our questions, and was so kind and welcoming. It's clear that she is passionate about hosting and providing an incredible experience for her guests. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend wholeheartedly!

Great Host, clean and quiet place.

The location was absolutely stunning and the views were out of this world. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The host was also responsive and helpful.

I was Dorian's first guest and he was an awesome host. I'm giving him 5 stars cuz he was awesome. There were a few issues but nothing to take away from the great stay. He says he's going to update his profile and listing but here are a few things for you to be aware of if you are thinking about staying with Dorian. The bedroom, exactly as his pictures show. In fact there now is a small desk (a chair is coming) and a small heater. The bed is queen size, all the bedding is there. He's going to get some extra blankets and stuff before too long. The kitchen -- he's got a nice healthy space in the fridge for your food. And space in his freezer too. At this point he doesn't have a space for you to keep your non-refrigerated food, but I'm sure he can find a spot for your food stuff. He's got all the kitchen stuff you could want (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee machine, toaster, stove). He's got condiments and spices for cooking. Don't worry about his dirty dishes, just keep your own clean -- he's on a different work schedule than most of us. The bathroom -- you could die for the love of this room. The picture he has of that doesn't even begin to talk about how lovely it is. This is a basement suite. When you arrive head the left side of the house to the door on the side. Don't ring the bell for the upstairs. The heat is controlled from upstairs so the basement tends to be a bit cold, thus the heater in the bedroom. The living room has a big sofa to sit on, a huge tv. Both tv's (in the living room and the bedroom) are equipped with Chromcast, no tv service. Generate all the shows you want yourself from your laptop, cell or tablet. Netflix, YouTube, etc. Anything that can show in Google Chrome can be cast to the TV. I'm going back again in a couple of weeks and will send a new review once I see the changes he's done. I can recommend this place -- except that the public transit is a good 15+ minutes walk away. Street parking for your car, don't park on the property. Thanks Dorian for a wonderful 10 days. Everything was perfect and I cannot thank Jill enough for her hospitality. I highly recommend Jill's place if you are looking for a place in N. Vancouver. There is a good public golf course nearby and a freeway entrance is also close, so it was extremely convenient for me. The place was big and clean with everything I needed such as : secure parking space for my rental car, refrigerator, microwave and a coffee machine.

Amazing stay at Mary Ann's with my boyfriend and his Mum for 3 nights. We loved the kayaks and garden, especially keeping dry under the deck. The bedroom with the patio doors is absolutely wonderful, so relaxing and lovely comfy bed. We quickly relaxed into the environment and did not mind having shared entrance despite Phoebe the dog barking a few times. But that didn't bother us at all. Mary Ann was respectful of our privacy and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. A good range of food was available for us which was great, especially milk and breakfast items. Definitely recommend this beautiful 2 bedroom home!

Felt just like my grandma’s home. She was extremely friendly and was keen on making sure we were comfortable. Please don’t tell her you are hungry as she will fill up your stomach to the brim😊. Also, a special thanks for the amazing breakfast.

Seamless from start to finish, despite the fact that we never actually met Kimberlei! Her daughter Danica met us at check-in and gave us a quick tour. She also pointed me towards the coffee in the morning, as I was so focused on the amazing spread of food on the dining table that I missed the coffee station on the hutch behind me! The kitties are super sweet — Tigger came bounding up the stairs to say hello when I got up the first morning. We slept incredibly soundly. The room is the perfect size for two, and the bed is so comfortable. We were visiting for such a short time, for a family event nearby, but the area is just so lovely I know that Kimberlei and Rick would have had many ideas of what to do, for those with more time! Thanks for the quick, comfy stay!

Convenient location and friendly host!

Rebecca is a charming and natural hostess who graciously accommodated my requests for early breakfast and early check-in. Her place is comfortable with great family-owned restaurants in walking distance. The outdoor space is attractive and restful.

Great place

I was looking for somewhere close to a wedding we were attending - it was a 5 minute walk! I was greeted by the owner who helped me get into the suite, showed me around and made me feel welcome. No issues at all.

Cathy was very nice and friendly. Sweet lady accepted to host our last minute booking within minutes. She was very attended to our request and provided us with what we needed. The place was right in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, walkable to shops, restaurants,grocery stores and other amenities. Great experience! Thanks Cathy
