Loved our time in the loft. Beautiful place with an amazing view, clean and nicely arranged. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us lots of clear instructions and tips before we got there. The area was lovely, perfect for walking and easy access to the beach. Great pub with the sea view on the door step. Beautiful place, couldn't recommend enough, thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Picklecombe Fort. The views were spectacular, as everyone says. We arrived in the rain & wind but nothing dampened our spirits as we gazed out from the truly cosy apartment to the mesmerising view. Over the next days it brightened up, so we were able to sit on the private balcony, and enjoy looking over to Kingsand & Cawsand. The coastal path is close at hand and we would recommend the Cawsand ferry over to Plymouth for a little wander. The facilities were excellent, bed very comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Thank you Tiffany for hosting and your friendly messages. We would love to come back again to explore more of the surrounding area. We couldn’t recommend it enough.

Leisha communicated great, gave clear instructions to find the home. The house had everything and more. There was also a welcome gift of all of the necessary items. Plus bonus scones. My favourite part was the board with ideas of what was nearby to visit. We definitely will be coming again!

Cannot fault this place and if this is the area you wish to visit, this is the place to stay. The loft is spotless with ample room and a lovely sunrise over the lake across the road is not to be missed. Jen is a terrific host and extremely friendly and approachable. She is proactive in the communication and offers extremely helpful advice on directions and things to do in the area. I will be looking to go back to the area again later this summer and will certainly be looking to stay with Jen again!

Great location, picturesque views, spacious living room and kitchen with all appliances, we also enjoyed sunny weather in the decking area. Good value for money. Overall, very pleased with the stay.

Perfect self contained flat in a peaceful part of the Ram Peninsula. Very clean tidy and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Penny was very helpful and responsive throughout. The coastal towns are within an easy walk or a very short drive. Recommended !

We had a wonderful stay—this place is a gem. The view over the sea is absolutely stunning, with sunsets that felt like something out of a painting. Access to the beach made it ideal for our family of three (plus one very happy dog). Peaceful, comfortable, and the perfect setting to properly switch off and recharge.

We had an amazing time here. Perfect for dog walks along the beach just a stones throw away. Lovely pubs within a few miles and a great all round location to stay. Will definitely be back!

We stayed with our two young daughters, 5yrs and 20months, for a week after the local Easter holidays so it was quieter. We loved Tina's and found it very homely with some real nice design elements and luxuries, thinking of the Sauna. Never felt it small, or cramped even with the two kids, local area had lots of options, Kingsand and Cawsand both lovely and only 10 mins away. Plenty of day trips too for young families within reach making it a good option for young families. Maren was helpful and very responsive too when we needed support. Highly recommended destination.
