Well appointed apartment in a historic building. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. Within walking distance of trail, kayaking, yoga, food and drink.

Had a great weekend with a college friend. We get together every 6 months in Frederick & have already booked with Marc & Leah for October. Super cute apartment with everything we needed. Perfect location. Very quiet & safe neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was exactly what we were hoping for a quick anniversary getaway. It was very clean, cozy, and there were thoughtful extra details that made it easy to navigate a new place. There is a fairly extensive “renters agreement” to sign that opens you up to the potential for extra charges for negative situations but we didn’t run into any of that. Overall a lovely stay for a good price and location.

This was our second time renting from Pamela and we were impressed as always! The unit is beautiful and full of charming historical touches that are absolutely delightful, and Pamela is an outstanding, friendly, and responsive host. We'd recommend it for anyone visiting downtown Frederick who wants a walkable location and a wonderfully maintained historical stay.

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and tucked away but also close to everything and quick access to the highway. I felt like everything was a quick 5-10 minutes away if I wanted to go out and do something, try a restaurant, etc. The room was so comfortable, inviting and clean. I also loved the personal touches Gyasi takes for his guests. It made the stay that more memorable. He was very responsive and very accommodating. I would absolutely book there again when I am in the area. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. It was great.

Violette's place was the sanctuary I needed on this trip. Well cared for. Unique charm. Easy location. I will certainly come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the sunroom and some of the outdoor amenities.

I needed a break after selling my home and retiring - this little spot was just the remedy for me and my pup. Rustic, but clean and comfortable. Private, but convenient for amenities close by. I enjoyed my stay there immensely and would highly recommend it for those looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful locale.

Kristopher was a very responsive and flexible host. The house is something to behold--very eclectic, and wonderfully decorated. The beds were also some of the most comfortable I've had at an AirBNB. It's an easy walk to downtown Frederick from here. Absolutely worth staying!

This was our 2nd stay at Danny's place. We were extremely happy both times. It's easy to walk to downtown, plenty of dining options and shopping. House is spacious, clean, great parking. I highly recommend this house for your next Frederick stay!

This home is in the hotbed of Frederick. It's extremely walkable, with a plethora of great eateries. I personally recommend Maxwell's and Bean & Bagel. The home itself is a little quirky due to it being built in 1890, but Steve has added amenities which will not leave you feeling as though you're living in the past. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. If you choose to stay here, I will caution you to read the signs carefully. Every night is a game of musical chairs with parking spaces, and I wasn't in on it (I got a parking citation). But if anything, this only encourages you to walk and see beautiful Frederick. Just stick to the main roads at night.

Andrea was very accommodating for our family visit. It was a get together for my brother who is very ill. We had family and friends from Wyoming, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, etc. It was a wonderful time for all. My brother got to visit his childhood home and neighborhood friends. We had every single thing we needed. A well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels for the bathrooms, clean sheets, etc.

Great spot, within walking distance of all the charm that Frederick has to offer. Great spot for a family exploring the battlefields and the DC area OR for someone like me, meeting colleagues and collaborating over a two day workshop. Thank you for the great space.

House was perfect for a large group and very clean when we arrived. There were all the necessary pans, pots, silverware, etc. for cooking for meals in the house. The host (Amber) was quick to communicate and adjust to audibles/questions from our end. Great stay for a large group. Would highly recommend.

Thanks for the wonderful hospitality! Loved access to great restaurants like BLOOM! Lovely neighborhood. We felt very safe. Any issues were addressed promptly by owners. The beds were firm, the kitchen is nicely updated, and excellent bathrooms. Would love to stay again!

This was our second time staying at this awesome place! Located in the historic district of downtown Frederick it was close to everything we were looking for in food, drinks, and the theatre. Everything in the condo is new and very clean. Incredible amenities including a full coffee bar and a stocked kitchen pantry. The two parking spots were very convenient. Anne was super easy to work with and very communicative.

Perfect spot for a quick trip. Very clean and close to lots of restaurants and shops! The signs could be better because we did have trouble finding the house at first but once we did it was easy to get inside.

We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It’s a great layout, well decorated, and the deck has a terrific view of the sunsets. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and Baker Park. We will be glad to return.

I enjoyed my stay because it felt like home away from home. Also, it smelled amazing. The accent of yellow was great and the small touches like chocolate on my bed and an Alexa to play music. I enjoyed myself and got much needed rest and writing done!

I loved this place, I would definitely stay again. Only thing is it is A LOT of steps just FYI. It was fine for me & my family(oldest was 28, youngest was 17).
