Great place to stay! Greg was very responsive. We were within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall it was a great location for visiting Washington DC. Not far from the main attractions. We took a short Uber ride to and from the National Mall.

Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

My family and I loved our time in DC and Nathan’s home was a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was tidy & beautifully decorated! Nathan was a gracious host that made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you! Until next time… 💛

The house was beautiful ands the perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, and bars. Bruce was super responsive and accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. He answered all of our questions very promptly. We will definitely return!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Michael's house was a great spot for visiting DC. The nearby metro was very convenient to get to the capital mall and onsite parking was helpful for us driving in from North Carolina. The home is smallish (as is normal in that part of the city) but the space is well designed and was plenty comfortable for our family of 4. The cherry tree in front of the house was also in full bloom and made the home one of the prettiest on the block. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful place on a canal i didn’t even know existed in DC. Even with the canal empty of water, which does reduce the charm a bit, it’s still very charming and the location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Georgetown, but manages to be quite quiet. 2 blocks from the river and about a 25 minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial end of the mall. Closest metro stop is foggy bottom, about a 15 minute walk. Uber never took more than 3-5 minutes to arrive. We used all of these ways of getting around. We are a family of four, two adults and two kids aged 8 and 12. The two bedrooms upstairs both have their own bathrooms. We didn’t use the outdoor area at all since it’s in the alley behind the property, but it’s nicely set up. Kitchen had ask the basics for us to have most of our meals at home, but the sushi restaurant next door (!) and Il Canale, an Italian restaurant about 100 feet from our door around the corner, both gave us great meals too.

It was a good vacation, the house was cozy in good condition, comfortable, the bed was very good for me, I slept quite similar to my bed so I really liked that part. I just wanted you to take into account that large families like mine, which was 6 members, found the bath soap short, but for the rest I was 100% comfortable and happy to have been there and the city was beautiful. I recommend everyone to visit it and stay here.

We will definitely be staying here again if we get the chance! This place is stocked with toiletries and snacks/food just in case you need them. Owners were checking in, but we had no issues! Lovely spot to walk to the park or downtown shops and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Sherri is definitely an awesome host. She treats her customers with great respect and is both flexible and understanding. It was really nice communicating with her.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights while sightseeing in DC. The location was easy for getting downtown to the main attractions. A few times we Uber'd when we didn't want to have the hassle of parking, and that was quick and affordable as well. Our host was very proactive and responsive. We recommend getting the parking permit from the host if you do have a car. We were slow to realize the benefit of that, but thankful that we did. Home was as advertised and very clean with all the amenities we needed, even high speed internet for a few business meetings we had to take.

Nusrat is very responsive to communication & checks in every morning to make sure your accommodations are what you are looking for. Great place to stay if you’re going into DC for the day & close to the metro station. Had a wonderful girls weekend!

A small group stayed here in order to attend a conference at the Washington Convention Center. And the house was perfect. It was near lots of eating options. We used the three separate bedrooms. We appreciated having the dining room as space to work in the evening. And it was an easy walk to the metro and a quick ride to the convention center. It was just what we needed. Thank you!

Parking is not the best but the home was great

Our weekend stay in Frederick was amazing, largely thanks to this Airbnb and its perfect location! You truly cannot beat being able to walk anywhere downtown in just a few minutes. On top of the location, the place was incredibly clean and looked just like the pictures. It was so cozy and comfortable for the three of us. The decor and attention to detail was impressive. And the backyard/garden area was too cute! Ashley was an amazing host, giving us all of the info we needed ahead of time. Checkin/out was super easy, and we had no issues during our stay. We could not have been happier with our time here, and we would recommend to anyone planning a stay in downtown Frederick!

A little further away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but has a nice quiet porch to hang out on. Can’t beat a pool table and the beds were all very comfy. Would stay again!

Great spot and exactly as described. 2nd bedroom has no door and is in your bath from the primary bedroom to the bathroom. Was a minor inconvenience and something I missed on the description, but a minor inconvenience. Again amazing place and location.

Sparkling clean apartment and great location. We were traveling with our adult son, so it was really great to have two full bathrooms. The deck was our favorite part of the apartment. Please note that it is a basement apartment... and there aren't many windows. We had fun exploring the restaurants - ate delicious Mexican and El Salavadoran food, and loved Elle Bakery.

Great place, great location. Stayed here with my husb and 2 kids, and the place had everything we needed. Walkable to the sights and to a metro station. With the craziness of the cherry blossom/spring break crowds, we were super happy to have stayed at such a great location. Place was clean and quiet!

Stayed 3 days and it was the best three days I’ve ever spent at a bnb, space is beautiful and squeaky clean it’s right value for your money

Me, my hubs and 2 young kiddos stayed at Kellys place for spring break. We had a great time. It was conveniently located to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, metro and etc. The first night it was LOUD, I think this place is near a fire station and hospital because we heard them non-stop that afternoon/evening. But for the rest of the trip, we rarely heard them. Rooms & beds were nice. There are a lot of steps (as noted in the info). She did have baby gates and a pack-n-play for us onsite which was super helpful. Just to note, this was on us, but we did rent a car because we didn't want to uber/metro with all of our kids stuff. We did park in front of the airbnb during the time we were allowed too. My hubs credit cards were stolen out of his wallet and used at a market around the corner. So, if you do happen to leave your car outside the place, double check to make sure your doors are locked because there are people checking. Other than that, had a great time!
