Best location ever! We enjoyed our stay!

Delightful little getaway that was right on the main strip. Our only feedback/suggestion for other guest is bring ear plugs. Since it's right there near a church, those bells ring hourly through the morning and night before. Woke us up every hour essentially. Also the walls depending on the room you are in are shared so you can hear your neighbor/suite mate in the other unit. This isn't a fault of the host, so again, not a complaint, just an FYI for those coming to stay at a historic place.

I loved everything about this place from booking until my trip ended. Jennifer had instructions clear and precise. She was quick to answer all questions before my trip and that made my stay all the more memorable and enjoyable. There wasn’t a thing that I needed or had questions about that she hadn’t answered beforehand or had information in the room that gave much needed information. I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a nice getaway. The location is perfect and you aren’t too far from things to do.

Extremely responsive and proactive hosts for a gorgeous property. They even setup their green egg for grilling. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Perfect spot! Walkable to Main Street yet secluded and quiet. The suite was everything that the pictures boasted and more! Clean, mid-century vibes, and pet-friendly. The hosts were responsive and kind, which elevated the experience! Would definitely come back!

Loved our stay at the Blanco Rapids Ranch!! Beautiful property with amazing views of the Blanco River and lots of room to roam! Perfect for a romantic sunset walk and wonderful to wake up here, it was all we imagined and more. Loved the peaceful vibe of the place, and the goats all around. Even made friends with the owners' dog who we took a walk with--- Definitely want to come back again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Laurina (Rina) is a magnificent host. She made us feel like family even before we checked in. Her place is spacious, she has thought of practically every kitchen amenity you could want, including stocking the fridge with all sorts of condiments and the bathroom with lots of extra items. The bed is comfortable, there are lots of towels and her place is private and quiet. A+++

Beautifully decorated and modern new home. Deer walks right up to the home so keep an eye out for that especially at night. I was actually sitting outside and within 10 mins a large doe was about 5 yards from me so that was a great experience. It is a close drive to tubing/kayaking the gorgeous Guadalupe River. Canyon Lake is a short drive as well.

Despite the freezing weather, this was an awesome experience. Definitely want to come back when it’s warmer though

Angela was a wonderful host and her Airbnb is beautiful ! perfect for a couples getaway with private access to the water. If you love the river, kayaking and fishing this is the best spot ! we will be back!

Perfect and convenient location to drive/walk to Main St. The unit was very cozy and clean. Amelia was a flexible host with fast responses and great communication. Would 100% recommend and book again!

We felt very welcome and comfortable staying at Woody's Texan #2...The atmosphere was very inviting, seemed as if it was a second home...The Rustic accommodations where quite pleasant. The stay was great, It was nice and clean. we felt comfortable in the house and it's not too far from Main St

The place was very peaceful and the area was beautiful. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas and the land around. It’s nice to get away from the city! The area is very quiet and you see a lot of animals roaming around. Andy was very friendly and responsive, overall recommend to anyone looming for something peaceful! Lots of swimming spots too !! They were also pretty stocked up on everything, even makeup removing wipes which is very thoughtful.

I booked the Cibolo Flats Treehouse for a couple of family members over the New Years weekend. They loved the apartment and greatly appreciated Nancy's hospitality, including the new year's hats and sparkling wine!

Great host. Great rental. Great neighborhood. Rental was clean, spacious and perfect for a sisters' weekend. The beds were incredibly comfortable (even the sleepers), and with 3 of them, we all got to enjoy our own sleeping space. The AC and ceiling fan kept us cool & comfortable throughout our trip. The kitchen had all we needed for our morning breakfast and evening dessert/wine. The neighborhood was safe, quiet & super close to everything in Boerne. Shaded streets in the evening made it perfect for getting our walking steps. Overall, we could not have asked for a better place or host in Boerne.

Claire is just Wonderful. Was there to greet us upon arrival. Full tour of our unit. Explained everything. Huge parking lot. Quiet, Peaceful, and full of charm.

Such a cute place! Walking distance to all the fun places in Gruene. Cute cafes and restaurants nearby! Easy rental with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!
