The house was absolutely perfect for our family! It had everything we needed for our two kids and was in a great location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a beautiful and well appointed home. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need (which was great since we ate at the house a bunch). Close to great hikes. We loved the view from the hot tub looking at the mountains. The communication from our host was super thorough. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was awesome! It is close to Shenandoah National Park where we spent most of our time. The house was spotless, had a great vibe and everything we needed for a great stay. The table tennis was enjoyed by our teens! The hot tub was extremely clean and a great way to end each day of hiking. We even got to see deer on the property. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommend staying here!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house on the river. The views from the balconies and living room on the second floor are amazing. We really liked that you have the option of both a gas fire pit and a wood burning one. The kids loved kayaking up and down the river. Viktar was very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or issues that needed to be tended to, and gave good recommendations for scenic places to hike. Also, the rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a scenic and peaceful spot to vacation by the river.

Such a peaceful and welcoming stay! The cottage felt like a home away from home… cozy, quiet, and full of charm. The fireplace added a lovely touch, and the hosts were incredibly warm and kind. Outside was even better, a pool, hot tub, stunning starry skies at night, places to sit, and beautiful birds in the morning that you don’t see often in the city. A perfect escape from the city, highly recommend!

This is a lovely farm with several cottages and homes available for stays. The grounds are spectacular with pastures filled with horses, gorgeous ponds, and amazing landscapes. The servants cottage met our needs perfectly. We stayed for only one night while traveling home to NY after snowbirds a couple months further south. I have family nearby and hope to stop here again in the future for a longer time. The cottage was well kept with a BBQ grill that my husband happily made our dinner on! There was also a portable fire pit that we enjoyed while having our after dinner cocktails. Super responsive and helpful! We highly recommend staying at this farm and can't wait to go back.

I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was not only stylish but also super comfortable—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends for my daughter’s birthday. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, and the surrounding nature made for a peaceful and refreshing escape. We stayed here on a warm weekend in late March and it was perfect! The house is on a quiet road with flowering trees everywhere and conveniently close to town. The interior space was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was perfectly quiet at night. We also enjoyed the outdoor area with chairs to sit and relax around a fire pit. All in all a fantastic find!

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. There were five adults and two children in our group and all of us fit comfortably in the house. My two grandsons (4 &7) loved their “special bedroom”. The location is a short ride to downtown. We loved that the property was gated and next to a park. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and watching the kids run around. We absolutely would stay here again if we come to town with family members.

This was a wonderful place for my family to stay. The swing, river walk, and backyard were great for my children to run around in. The place was clean and stocked with all kinds of thoughtful touches and amenities. And the place was convenient to find and get in, and looked just like the pictures.

The hosts were welcoming and kind. They welcomed us when we first arrived and then let us be. We needed some help turning the TV on and they were super quick to pop over and help. Gave us recommendations on restaurants and gave us a heads up that a crew would be there doing some construction on their property. Loved how close amenities were, like food lion and restaurants. An absolutely amazing stay!

Billy's has become our hideaway from Northern Virginia over the last 3 years. Love the peace and quiet and natural surroundings. If you love to hike, there are numerous trails to visit and, of course, excellent breweries and wineries nearby as well.

We love this cottage and these hosts! This location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful scenery, a very large fenced in yard for our dogs, and so quiet! We've stayed several times and the house is always clean, stocked, and so comfortable! Kelly is so kind, easy to communicate with, and super fast with her responses. If you're looking for a cozy spot in the mountainside, this is the perfect choice.

Great stay! Loved the pet friendly aspect for our dog! Check in/out was very easy and smooth and everything was very clean. Location is very secluded and a bit away from many restaurants/stores but we loved the peacefulness.

Excellent stay at a super reasonable price for the area over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very cozy, super comfortable and clean, and walkable to shops and restaurants in Upperville. Only a short drive to Middleburg. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This charming home was perfect for our holiday trip to Virginia. Leigh was a wonderful and accommodating host. Her home was clean and exceeded our expectations. The location was wonderful. Conveniently located near the water as well as being walking distance to a lovely coffee shop. Our family throughly enjoyed our time here & would highly recommend. If we return to Virginia we’d love to rebook!

This is our yearly spot to visit for our family beach trip, and it again did not disappoint. IMO this home provides one of the best values you will find, with a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, and plenty of room to spread out. It is also walkable to the beach and restaurants, and the hosts treat us (and everyone) like family. Just book it and you won’t regret it!

Quiet and cozy home in the perfect location. We had a wonderful stay with beautiful views of the water (too cold in Feb to fully enjoy), and it was so convenient to be able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

What a perfect place to stay to enjoy Old Rag! Less than 1.5 miles to the trailhead, it was a tranquil, serene retreat that was just perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

The Shade Tree cottage was super comfortable. We felt right at home! We loved the little extras like charging stations, spices in the kitchen, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The large kitchen table was great for having friends join us for dinner. We greatly appreciated Matt providing the shower chair we requested. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely stay at the Shade Tree cottage!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The cottage is completely remodeled and provides a great space for a small family to interact and enjoy the lake. We had a mix of cooking on the Blackstone/kitchen and eating at some of the local restaurants on the lake. Christine and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful week on the lake. We used paddleboards and rented boats and wave runners from the local marinas. Smores by the fire pit were a bonus!
