En otroligt vackert belägen lägenhet med underbar utsikt . Ornella är vänlig och hjälpsam och svarar alltid snabbt hur många frågor du än har . Gav tips på vad man borde se / göra i Modica . Grannfrun tog emot oss och kom med mat vilket uppskattades . Absolut inget att anmärka på .

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Beautiful flat nestled in the streets of Modica. It is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is unbeatable. The apartment is super close to the center and just a few steps away from great restaurants and cafés. The view is absolutely spectacular!

Det aller beste med stedet var den herlige inngjerda hagen hvor vi kunne sitte helt i fred uten innsyn. Her var det rolig, selv om huset ligger midt i en landsby. Det var også kjempepraktisk med et supermarked i nabogaten.

L'alloggio si sviluppa su 3 piani ed è super pulito e molto ben arredato. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sin dall'inizio. Tutto pulito e in ordine, asciugamani e lenzuola puliti. Biagio è un padrone di casa molto simpatico e amichevole, ti mette subito a tuo agio ed è sempre a disposizione se si ha bisogno di qualsiasi qualcosa. Anche la sera, alle 22, risponde e ti aiuta. Un Host assolutamente fantastico e lo consiglio vivamente. Tutto è davvero come nelle foto, assolutamente meraviglioso. Benessere assoluto ! La grotta, la veduta notturna su Ragusa Ibla, la veranda esterna e la SPA privata sono i punti di forza di questo air B&B Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo! Grazie Biagio

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

This is a lovely place to stay, location in Ragusa Ibla was perfect, with the added bonus of private garage on the ground floor. This made parking and unpacking so easy, recommend a small car, we had a Fiat Panda. The apartment has a lovely feel and is well designed, lots of restaurants within walking distance, and the countryside is stunning for walking. Emanuele is a great host who gave us a lovely welcome. Thoroughly recommended.

Modica is delightful and the apartment is a great base to explore it, ideally situated for both Modica Bassa and Alta. The living area and bedroom/bathrooms are across two floors linked by a fabulous staircase, with further stairs up to the terrace, which has great views across the town. Eleanora gave good recommendations for places to eat and drink - Bann bakery is excellent as is the Inno cafe and Casalindolci pasticceria in the same area. We had great pizzas at Sorsi e Morsi, all away from the throng of the main street. Definitely recommend the town and the apartment.

Great host, friendly and flexible. Spacious and light place, good kitchen, large living room and balcony. Fantastic ocean views. Easy parking. Close walk to beaches and restaurants. Pozzallo is not a town with many tourists which we appreciated. Only downside is the local youth gathering in the little park outside on weekend evenings, but the sleeping rooms are in the back and undisturbed. Absolutely good value!

Fajne miejsce na krótki pobyt w Ragusa - spokojna okolica, krótki spacer do centrum i około pół godziny do Ragusa Ibla. Parkowanie na ulicy bezpłatne, jednak przyjeżdżając wieczorem spory problem ze znalezieniem miejsca. W mieszkaniu wszystko, czego potrzeba, jest jednak dość ciemne z powodu małej ilości okien. Gospodarz bardzo miły i komunikatywny. Polecam :)

Un soggiorno fantastico. Tutto perfetto a cominciare dal parcheggio gratuito comodo sotto casa, all'appartamento perfettamente attrezzato e alla gentilezza e disponibilità dell' host. Ci e' dispiaciuto partire.

I stayed for a month remote working and had a lovely time. Vittorio and his sister Barbara were so kind and helpful. Apartment well equipped and wifi super fast. There are good amenities close-by such as a bar, fishmonger and butchers. You are near the bus train station where you can easily travel to places like Modica, Ragusa and Catania (it is possible to travel around without a car). My personal highlight was the roof terrace. Coming from a cold climate, Sicily in November was warm and I spend lots of time up there eating breakfast, lunch etc.

Rosa was an extremely kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is as described in the listing and has a great washer and dryer. We loved our stay in Ragusa and will come back to this place whenever we are able to return.

Soluzione ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della scoperta dei luoghi della costa iblea. Appartamento letteralmente a due passi dal mare, parcheggio interno, aria condizionata e balcone con splendida vista. Comunicazione con l'Host sempre puntuale e precisa. Super consigliato.

Abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi giorni della nostra vacanza in questo alloggio e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio: pulita, ben curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione era perfetta, con il mare a pochi passi e la scelta tra alcuni lidi attrezzati o una grande spiaggia libera. Anche il centro è facilmente raggiungibile, con tante bancarelle, ristorantini tipici e aree gioco per i bambini. Grazie di tutto!

Casa ben arredata comodissima per due coppie che tengono alla privacy. Posizionata al centro di Marina di Ragusa consente di arrivare in centro e nel lungomare senza prendere alcun mezzo. Host disponibile ad ogni richiesta.

Nulla da dire, appartamento molto accogliente, curato, pulito e confortevole. Scicli stupisce per la sua bellezza ed eleganza, negozi aperti anche di sera...da visitare! Host molto gentili e disponibili. Ci ritornerei volentieri!

We had the most beautiful few days in Helena and Giancarlo's apartment. Helena welcomed us so warmly and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and see in Ragusa. The apartment is even more beautiful in person than it already looked in the photos, we felt so at home there. It was clean and had all the amenities you couls need. It is in a great position in Ragusa next to the Ibla area but also easy access to the rest of the city. We cannot recommend it highly enough, we certainly hope to come back one day. Perfect appartment. Salvatore was very open and communication with him was excelent. Appartment looks much better than in photos. Very cosy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Parking lot 100m from flat, beach another 150m+. Many places to go, lunapark for children open daily and was next to the parking lot. We really enjoyed the stay here. Thank you very much.

A great place to stay in Modica. Extremely friendly and helpful host who welcomed us and showed us around the apartment, as well as told us many interesting facts about the city. The apartment has a great view of the city. Highly recommended!
