L’esperienza nell’appartamento di Fabrizio è stata meravigliosa. Fabrizio si è dimostrato un host cordiale e super disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento si trova in un carinissimo residence estivo, che nei giorni della nostra prenotazione (a cavallo del capodanno) si presentava silenziosissimo e super tranquillo. Lo abbiamo scelto per questo e per la posizione privilegiata, a due passi dall’autostrada, così da permetterci facilmente gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente sia in inverno che in estate per la posizione, le spiagge bellissime e i luoghi stupendi e facili da raggiungere in macchina.

We had a fantastic time in Noto. The town is fabulous, even during off season. Erin's apartment is clean, beautifully designed and the kitchen is super equipped. Some problems we had with the heating were solved immediately and courteously. We had an unforgettable time - and will definitely be back. Thank you very much!

Very nice place with an excellent terrace. I did not realize that the terrace and the flat are on separate floors, but this still worked out great for us.

Thanks Andrea for a great stay! So many restaurants in walking distance and the perfect location to explore Ortigia. Andrea was very responsive and super accommodating during our stay. One of the most comfortable stays, very clean!

Beautiful apartment, nice rooms. Everything was exactly as you expect. We enjoy the location, you can just walk to everywhere and even in this time of the year, the shops and restaurants were open. I recommend this place.

Das ist ein Appartment der Extraklasse, die Terrasse ist ein Hit und die gesamte Anlage wunderschön und super gepflegt, das Pool liegt direkt vor der Tür, spitze!

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Francesco war fantastisch. Wir wurden mit Mandeln aus dem eigenen Garten begrüßt, das Haus war total schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft, alles ist brandneu und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber Vincenzo und Norma sind sehr nett, sprechen allerdings nur italienisch. Wir haben uns trotzdem gut verstanden. Der Kühlschrank und die Vorratsschränke waren bei unserer Ankunft so gut gefüllt, dass man ein einfaches Frühstück und Abendessen hätte machen können. Im Bad gibt es auch allerlei Produkte zur freien Verfügung. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und sehr schön, war jetzt (im Oktober) auch nur wenig besucht. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen

Die Unterkunft von Sebastiano befindet sich in dem alten Fischerviertel in Ortigia. Kleine verwinkelte Gassen , kleine zweistöckige Häuser. Alles sehr romantisch. Auch über zwei Minuten Fußweg ist der tägliche Markt (8-14 uhr geöffnet) erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein altes aber total restauriertes Haus in zwei Etagen und einer Terasse auf dem Dach. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige zeigt wie es aussieht. Alles in Ortigia ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber der öffentliche Verkehr ist auch überall mit kleinen Bussen vertreten. Und der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 20 minuten zu erreichen, wenn man nicht auf den Bus warten möchte. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus und konnten auf der Terasse frühstücken. mit einem Blick auf die schönen alten Häuser, die nach und nach restauriert werden. Der MArkt war immer wieder ein Erlebnis, und ist auch für die touristischen Mitbringsel um ein wesentliches billiger als in den Tousistshops. Alles in allem hatten wir wunderschöne 10 Tage in dem Haus.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

Ruhiges und rustikales Anwesen mit mehreren Appartements und schönem Pool der allerdings nicht beleuchtet und nur bis 19:00 zugänglich war. Die Unterkunft war Ende August zum Glück klimatisiert und allgemein sehr sauber. Die Anreise ist nur mit einem Auto möglich für das es aber einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt.

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

We stayed there in February, and the apartment is perfect for cooler days: it is well-insulated, the upper floor has wooden floors and feels especially cozy – just like the bed with its stunning sea view and the soothing sound of the waves. We received a very warm welcome, and if we asked for anything we were promptly provided the next day. The residential complex is also well-secured. During the winter months, many houses in the area are not occupied, and restaurants are closed. Unfortunately, many beaches are also not cleared of washed-up plastic waste during this time, which was disappointing but is a general issue in Sicily. However, we can absolutely recommend the accommodation itself and the host! thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa!! It was better than the photos, and in a very private, idyllic spot in an orchard. We were happy to be able to spend a day and just about every evening in the pool. The villa was an easy drive to the beach and to Noto for meals, as well as to Avola for groceries and necessities, so the location was perfect as long as you have a rental car. The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to deal with, and gave great local recommendations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Gabriele è stato un host cordiale e accogliente, ho trovato un vassoietto di biscotti al burro per accompagnare il mio soggiorno. Casa è nuova, frigo americano che dispensa acqua e ghiaccio. Il Wi-Fi è di una velocità sorprendente, ho lavorato da remoto senza avere nessun intoppo. La casa è situata nel secondo centro storico della città a soli 4 minuti a piedi si può ammirare il dipinto del Caravaggio ( Michelangelo Merisi), il museo Paolo Orsi, Il teatro Greco e parco archeologico e a soli 8 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico Ortigia. Vicino casa inoltre si hanno più di 2 supermercati ove è possibile acquistare di tutto. Se dovessi tornare a Siracusa soggiornerò sicuramente al Cappero Home.

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

There are so many wonderful things I could say about Lucia’s family home, but the lovely updates and attention to little things a guest might need, Lucia covers it all. And her posted descriptions in each room are witty yet helpful. Lastly, the building’s location is primo, so easy to walk out the door and see everything in Ortigia. We would definitely come back!

Con un gruppo di nove persone, siamo stati ospiti da Sara per quattro giorni a metà novembre, invogliati in particolare dalle foto della terrazza. La nostra esperienza è stata assolutamente perfetta, sotto ogni punto di vista! La comunicazione con Sara è stata chiara, precisa, e di una cortesia squisita, con suggerimenti perfetti su attività e ristoranti. L’accoglienza altrettanto gentile: siamo arrivati un po’ troppo presto, ma ci è stato permesso di anticipare il check-in ed utilizzare subito la casa. E proprio quest’ultima - la casa - si è rivelata un’assoluta perla! Curatissima, stanze belle e molto ben mantenute, fornite di tutto il necessario, e anche molto ben collocate logisticamente; posizione difficile da migliorare, in pieno centro storico ad Ortigia. Punta di diamante è il terrazzo, dove abbiamo sempre fatto colazione e passato le nostre serate! Se ci sarà occasione di tornare in Sicilia con un gruppo di questo numero, non ci sarà nemmeno bisogno di pensare a dove staremo!

Although we only stayed in Guiseppe's flat for one night, I recommend it. It is walking distance to Ortiga, where we had dinner. Although the weather was not nice the day we arrived, the next morning it was sunny and we enjoyed the beautiful terrace very much. Guiseppe was very approachable and friendly.

Lovely apartment, very spacious - would recommend. Great location right by the market and some great bars & restaurants (you will hear some early morning noise, so pack some earplugs!). Good, proactive comms from the host and a very friendly welcome.

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
