This was our third stay at The Drakensberg Creek Cottage and as always, we loved it! It’s the perfect place to just get away and relax in a beautiful and peaceful environment. Not to mention the comfort of the place itself. Jenny is always very welcoming and responsive and just a pleasure to communicate with. Thea was there to greet us and let us in. We will definitely be back!

Grosses Haus mit weitläufigem und schönen Garten. See direkt hinter dem Garten. Ruhige Umgebung. Nikki war bei Problemen immer einfach zu erreichen und war äusserst Hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für die Sani-Pass Tour.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and Ruben was very helpful when we needed his help. His home is very beautiful. We really loved it.

Absolutely love this house and it was perfect for our family! We only stayed one night because we were passing through but we would have enjoyed longer because of this house. The house was very clean, classy /cozy and the beds very comfortable. As an added bonus, we were able to have dinner at the Oppiedek restaurant (delicious). We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Jessica's place is really beautiful and perfectly located for a weekend out in the mountains. Nice hikes are nearby and all you need for a nice weekend available. Jessica is a great and helpful host. Would definitely stay at her place again.

Accommodating 5 adults, one 5 year old boy and a baby under one roof is a challenge at the best of time. Louise’s accommodation was a perfect fit for us. We all really appreciated this. The view of the “Berg” was fantastic too. Definitely to be recommended. Many thanks, Louise!

Beautiful surroundings, creates a peaceful atmosphere. Each room has its own fully equipped en suite bathroom, often overlooked but comes in quite handy when there’s 8 individuals.

Awesome views of the river and grapevine. Walking distance from the spa, restaurants and waterfront (for water activities).

Pont de Val was an absolute delight to stay at. The host, Cedric, was extremely informative with flexible check in. The place had paved road until the reception entrance which is appreciated in a farm town. The security and restaurant at the estate were very helpful and kind. Furthermore, the interior design of the apartment was modern with Netflix and the fridge being stocked with beverages. The apartment also has a lovely view of the Vaal River and easy access to the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider booking again!

Hannes helped out at the last minute and was super helpful with our boat.

We had a wonderful time at Basil's place. It is beautiful and peaceful, with many beautiful hikes that you can start from the house. The view from the house overlooking the forest, river and mountains is incredible. Basil was a very friendly, informative and helpful host. We will definitely be back soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Thimble Cottage and have already booked a return trip. Our highlights were the magnificent view and sunsets from the veranda as well as swimming and fishing in the dam. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place with an awesome view and homely feel in the beautiful Drakensberg mountains. Great place for hikers and nature lovers or if you just want to relax. Well equipped home that lacks nothing. Host is very responsive and friendly. We just loved it there and will return. Thank you!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an incredible experience staying at the Bronkhors’s.The place was exactly as described (if not better) – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy bedding to the fully stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area next to the Vaal dam. Liezel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, providing clear instructions, helpful local tips on fishing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The setting of the lodge is second to none. Scenery for days and not another person in sight! We were 2 families with kids and had an amazing stay. The house itself was very comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
