Had a great stay for a couple nights! Apartment was plenty spacious, clean, and had a great cafe a 2 min walk away

This cozy apartment was perfect for my stay in Biddeford. Ian's instructions for key retrieval and parking were crystal clear. The apartment was tidy and clean, and the bed was really comfortable! It was helpful to read about the steep stairs from others' reviews, but they didn't impede our stay at all. The location is perfect--close to Portland, Biddeford beaches, and great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance--and Ian was really responsive host--we were even able to arrange a later check out when breakfast ran late on our final morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The place was spotless and Valorie was very communicative. The view of the river is beautiful and I appreciated the parking spot right in front of the apartment. The apartment is split level with the bedrooms downstairs (and a toilet and sink) and the main bath, kitchen and living area upstairs. It worked out great for me and 2 teenage kids.

Great place to stay if you're looking to ski the whites. Reasonable price, very accommodating host. Stayed here with 3 friends and a dog, it did get a little crowded but it was still a good spot to relax after long days on skis.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and all accommodations were met and exceeded. We cooked dinner in the kitchen two of the nights we were there and found everything we needed very easily. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, yet felt extremely homey and welcoming! The fire pit and outdoor bar were an amazing benefit, the whole back/front yards and patios in general were amazing. It’s safe to say we truly enjoyed our time in this home and will be checking here first next time we come! Highly recommended stay!

Our winter stay at the River House was perfect! The space brings a sense of comfort and tranquility - a true retreat from the craziness of life! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

The place was exactly as described. It was super cute and cozy. Everything was tidy and in working order. The instructions for getting into the home were easy and had no issues. We did drive by when first looking for the home, but that's because it was dark outside, so not an issue from the instructions. It is on a busier road, but we knew that as we are familiar with the area. If you get nervous backing into parking spots, this home may not be for you because you do have to hurry to get out of the road for oncoming traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. The check-out list was also the shortest list I've encountered at any Airbnb I've stayed in, so that was a nice plus! It was an enjoyable vacation and would definitely rent again.

Or stay exceeded or expectations. We rented the place for my 60th birthday with seven other women! Everything was top notch, very clean, very comfortable very cozy. Everything we needed to cook was available the beds we are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean organized. We could not have asked for anything more. This was one of the most organized, clean places easy accessible to town. Kennebunkport is stunning. I will definitely rent this place again. Thank you so much Tim for your kind hospitality and all your help and for the beautiful Maine goodies, you left us ! So thoughtful and sweet !

We like loon Mt area in the winter for skiing, Eric's unit is literally 2 min drive to mountain, (Nordic Inn ) The unit itself is huge with 2 levels of living space, 2 bedrooms on first floor have huge beds (california kings ) each bedroom has walk in closets and full baths, upstairs has another full bed and 2 bunk beds, massive super comfortable couch that reclines on either end. huge tv and full bath, walk out deck. Perfect for 2 family to split. The pictures on airBnb are accurate. I would highly recommend Eric's place year round . I will definitely will be back next year!!!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

I stayed at Jared’s place with my parents and elementary aged son. The place was a great deal and we would definitely return. Kitchen had everything we needed and having two full baths was great. Beds were comfy and the living room had plenty of seating. My son LOVED the clubhouse, especially the pool. It’s super convenient to Attitash, a five minute drive to the parking lot.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.
