I booked this place for some r&r and I liked it so much I booked an additional night. Has everything you could possibly need to recharge your batteries.

Great space. Wonderful communication with host regarding any questions we had. Host was quick to respond. Very happy with the stay, would rent again.

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Beautiful and serene location. Our families stayed here for a wedding weekend. And with everything going on, our weekend experience was enhanced by this beautiful house. The house is conveniently located, with easy access to the arterial roads. It’s also very thoughtfully furnished. The host, Michael, goes the extra mile by setting up for guests with small details like starter groceries and sufficient snacks in the pantry. It’s these small touches that made the difference.

The house worked great for our big group! There was plenty of beds and space. The three bathrooms were great to have. Recommend staying here if you have a bigger family or group!

This was our second time staying at this home, and just like the first time, everything was perfect. The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It suits my family, who visit me every year from abroad, perfectly. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hosts are absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly feel at home here and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

The house, to which the unit is attached around the back, is beautiful. To access it you go around the back from the driveway & across the patio. Although it's pet friendly, it doesn't smell like it in the least. The design is almost minimalist in nature yet very welcoming, calm & cozy. This was ideal for our brief stay. We're thankful it was conveniently located and fit our needs. The host was very responsive, which is always a plus.

Absolutely fantastic place in a perfect location on Fire Island. Maryann is also an incredible host—by far the smoothest communications process of any vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Would love to return to this place and check out some fantastic other properties she has. One word to the wise though— if you come early in FI offseason, there is a lot of maintenance work being done around town—-the neighbors across street somehow had someone power washing their fence for two days straight and there is some car traffic on the island. Not a dealbreaker but worth being mindful of…

Perfect if you’re looking for a spot to feel at home!

The apartment size was perfect for my family of four adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big and roomy. A lot of attention to detail was given in decorating the apartment. We didn’t cook during our stay but we did enjoy the excellent coffee provided and toasting our pastries. The kitchen seemed well stocked with pans and utensils to prepare a nice dinner. We appreciated the snacks and toiletries as well! The assigned parking spot was great! We just left our vehicle and took the bus to and from the city. The host was very responsive and addressed all requests quickly and efficiently. We would recommend this apartment for families with a pet and would like to stay a quick commute away from the city.

This was such a great stay! The apartment looked just like the photos and was extremely clean and comfortable. I had no problems with my stay and the apartment is located in a great neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was less than a ten minute walk from multiple bus routes that all went into the city. Sal let me drop off my bags before check in which was very helpful! Overall, it was a great stay with a great host. I would highly recommend staying here!

Emily's place was perfect. Great location and Hoboken is a very cool city. Walkable, friendly area with easy access to PATH & NYC. Emily was an exceptional host. We got in town earlier than expected & she responded immediately to our text. She allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could explore while the place was being cleaned. We will definitely visit again!

Joanne’s apartment provided all the amenities and comforts of home. I loved the cozy, but spacious and quiet apartment. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. Joanne was a fabulous and friendly host. We will be back!

Loved our stay. Traveled with kids so having a park next door and a restaurant across the street with lots of food options was a huge plus! Lots of other areas in easy walking distance. The home was comfy and everyone had a wonderful time!!

Appartement très bien situé, conforme à la description et vraiment charmant. L'arrêt de bus pour se rendre à New York est tout proche, et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité. La propriétaire et son mari sont des personnes respectueuses, discrets mais très réactifs en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont même gentiment arrangé une sortie tardive. Je les recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Chingi was a very accommodating host and easy to communicate with. He had some rules that it seems like others struggled with but for our stay the rules were clear and fair

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

the views from this castle is spectacular! The space is so airy and bright😇 with good ferries right to Manhattan. The host was very responsive, accommodating and even left us stay a few extra hours! We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back😁

I just stayed here this past weekend for my wedding and it was amazing! The pictures truly don’t do the house justice. Everything was so clean and the host was super accommodating, helpful & responsive. The house was also packed with everything you could possibly need, in case you forget to bring anything. I would definitely stay here again.Thank you so much!!!
