Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Fregenae

El departamento esta muy cerca del metro Ostia Centro. Cumple con todas las descripciones me permitió llegar muy rápido a los lugares más concurridos. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí de nuevo.

Appart au top, hôte impeccable. Arrivée à l'appartement très facile avec les instructions de Mélanie. Plage a 30 mètres, places de voiture toujours a dispo juste au pied de l'immeuble, appartement privé très calme, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, au top pour accéder aux bars et restos de Nettuno sans prendre la voiture. Mélanie est super réactive et connait parfaitement les lieux. Elle nous a conseillé pour dégoter les meilleurs bars, restos et plages avec des instructions claires et précises. Mention spéciale aux conseils de Mélanie pour se rendre sur l'île de Ponza et pour savoir comment profiter au maximum de l'île, île qui au passage est une vraie pépite. Je recommande vivement Mélanie et Edo si vous souhaitez passer un superbe moment a Nettuno et ses alentours, sans perdre de temps inutilement. Grazie Mille a entrambi, Ciao

這是一個傳統豪宅，房子很大，安靜又干淨。房東很貼心知道我們很晚才到怕我們餓。準備了四個麵包放在桌上給我們。 住宿位置位於郊區，鄰近沒有商店巴士站，我們步行了20分鐘才有交通回羅馬市中心 但建議由開車的才選擇，因為意大利的Uber很貴🤣15分鐘車程從機場到住宿30歐。

Everything perfect! Luca was a great host. Beautiful spacious apartment..terrace with a view of the sea, comfortable bed, conveniently located to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and metro. I highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Aufgrund eines nationalen Streiks konnte ich kaum von dem Flughafen anreisen, Vito war sehr entgegenkommend und hat lange Zeit auf mich gewartet und mich schließlich auch von dem Bahnhof in Ostia abgeholt. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

l'appartement de Simone est conforme à sa description. Lumineux, très confortable, au calme entouré d'un espace arboré, à 10 mn à pied de la gare ferroviaire, à 100m de la mer, tout équipé . Notre hôte s'est montré très disponible et bienveillant. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement pour un court ou un long séjour, à 35mn de Rome par le train.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

Hi, for us Andrea was a perfect host.. Always replying on time/ friendly/ supporting/.. The location was beautiful.. Private garden with bbq and close to the sea.. The house was clean and everything was available.. We had a very good time there!! J* from Belgium

After a 15 hour flight this is the perfect place to chill relax and refresh. We sat on the beach for hours just starting at the water. A perfect place to land before facing the crowds of Rome. Highly recommend this little place in heaven on earth.

Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet bezüglich Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation klappte schnell und einfach.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Das Penthouse in Fiumicino war wirklich toll! Die Aussicht war wunderschön, die Heizung hat super funktioniert – perfekt für kühlere Tage. Besonders genossen haben wir den riesigen privaten Balkon. Naoki hat außerdem eine hervorragende Gastfreundschaft gezeigt – wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!

What can I say besides a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. Stefano was extremely kind and helpful before we got to the apartment, at our meeting with him at check in, during our stay and at check out. We wanted for nothing during our stay as we he apartment has everything we needed. The supermarket was walking distance and a nice bakery was nearby as well. Even in late October, the sea was awesome to jump into and the balcony and sunset were a plus. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Stefano!

I was looking for a last minute place for my family, and Beatrice was extremely accommodating and supportive. The place was exactly what they needed and they had an amazing experience. I got all my requests answered within minutes and Beatrice is actually an outstanding host. I'd always consider her place whenever I have a long stopover in Rome. thanks a lot for everything.

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.
