Easy to find and perfectly located near the marina, walkable to bars and restaurants. The underground parking is excellent as the area is very busy. The apartment is accessible by an elevator, so it is easy. The plaice is well equipped. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there's a grill on the balcony where we grilled steaks. Check-in was easy and checkout fine too, handing over the keys, etc. It's the location that makes it mainly. Central but quiet at night, the street outside didn't impact at all. Thanks.

Sehr schöner Urlaub. Toller Blick auf Port Grimaud. Direkt an der Anlegestelle für Wassertaxi (im Preis inkl.) zum Strand oder ins Zentrum. Der Strand war sehr ruhig und schön fast wie ein Privatstrand, da er nur von Gästen der Wohnungen benutzt wird. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig hat Platz für 3 Personen und bietet alles was man braucht (ein Liegestuhl wäre noch schön). Ein Supermarkt ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Ein Bäcker ist in 5min. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, Yael hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert hatte auch ein paar gut Tips... Wir kommen gerne wieder

Si vous souhaitez le calme, une vue imprenable sur la mer et un logement propre, clair, bien agencé, alors je vous conseille celui-ci les yeux fermés ! Nous avons apprécié le coin terrasse pour la vue, l’équipement de l’appartement et la possibilité d’avoir la voiture devant. Bonheur absolu. Un départ tardif car nous attendions le médecin nous a été proposé. Anne charlotte est tout ce qu’il y a de plus charmante et agréable, ça fait hyper chaud au cœur pour notre seule journée à Grimaud. S’il y a de la place cet été, c’est sûr on vient ! Merci infiniment.

Lieber Arthur, danke für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation hat immer gut geklappt. Netterweise durften wir am Abreisetag sogar ein paar Stunden länger bleiben, was super für uns war. Insbesondere das Badezimmer könnte bei Gelegenheit etwas renoviert werden und die Straße war uns manchmal etwas laut, aber der Blick auf das Meer ist wirklich traumhaft. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub! Henni

l'appartement est très bien situé, au calme mais tout près du port, de la plage et non loin du centre ville. Il est spacieux pour un studio et possède une terrasse agréable.

We had a lovely stay in Florences's beautiful apartment. It is very conveniently located The apartment complex is very clean and tidy and we enjoyed the tennis courts and swimming pool.

Sehr gemütliches Häuschen mit einem großen Garten, schönem Pool und Whirlpool. Super nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Riesige Küche, besonders gut ausgestattet! Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub 👌

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cette petite maison très agréable . je pense que le logement est quand même plus adapté pour le printemps l’été et l’automne. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons mangé le midi mais le soir début mars on a été obligé de manger à l’intérieur et ce n’est pas très grand à quatre personnes.Mais quel plaisir de ramasser des oranges et des mandarines directement tombé de l’arbre… Nicolas a été sympathique et discret . Impeccably styled with so much character, making for a very special stay. The kind of house that feels like it tells a story. The house is extremely spacious, with comfortable beds (cozy pillows and duvets), a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful dining room overlooking the Alpes-Maritimes, which would easily be at home on the pages of a design magazine. Tasteful decoration, lots of space and very much a home. Thank you for a beautiful week. We’re looking forward to renting this again with some friends.

Cet appartement charmant et chaleureux a proximité du Verdon est aménagé simplement mais avec goût. Ce coeur de village est paisible et la terrasse au soleil du matin parfaite pour un petit déjeuner au calme. On recommande !

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die zwei Bäder und zwei Toiletten sind für vier Personen sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist extrem sauber und schön eingerichtet. Toll sind auch die drei unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, plus Grill - nur die zeitweise stark befahrene Straße ist manchmal etwas störend. Von der Unterkunft aus ist man mit dem Auto in drei Minuten an einem wunderschönen Strand wo man auch kostenlos parken kann. In die Stadt kann man super zu Fuß laufen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo e rilassante soggiorno. La villa è arredata con gusto, pulita e molto confortevole. Ciascuna delle 4 camere da letto ha un bagno privato. La vista è splendida e la zona estremamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Françoise e Didier sono stati accoglienti, estremamente reattivi e sempre disponibili. Una splendida sistemazione che raccomandiamo ad una famiglia numerosa o ad un gruppo di amici.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Von dort aus kann man jeden Tag eine andere Aktion starten. Fußläufig war eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Laden erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft gerne weiter empfehlen.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans l’appartement de jack avec nos 2 enfants, tout été parfait, très bien équipé et emplacement idéal 🤩 un vrai havre de paix. Nous y retournerons !

Fabien was very friendly and accomodating and responded well to all communications. Met us at the apartment and showed us in. The private car park for the apartments was very secure. The accomodation is on the edge of the village and it is very quick to get on the main roads as well as access the local amenities. Shops, Post Office, Tourist centre, cafes bars and restaurants/bistro and pharmacy all within a few minutes walking distance. Also a great food market on Thursdays.

Logement où rien ne manque pour passer un très bon séjour. Place de parking gratuite disponible, cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle, literie très confortable mais surtout une vue imprenable sur la marina de Port-Grimaud que l'on admire aisément depuis la terrasse. Très bon accueil de l'hôte proposant aisément des lieux à découvrir.

I can write a book about this place. It was perfect in every way. First of all, the view was phenomenal each morning and night. The host was very attentive even before arriving to care about easy check-in. There were plenty of linens, supplies, dishes, and cooking utensils. Everything was carefully selected and I was impressed with the beauty of presentation. The decorations inside house is stunning. The bed is large and very very comfortable. I am very sensitive about noise. The heating sound was almost none. At night, the neighbor and surroundings were very quiet. The place is located at the top of hill. Some people wrote reviews about lots of stairs but I did not have any problems. Plenty of stores were within 5 minutes walk. Very convenient. I can’t wait to return.
