We had a wonderful stay at Abi’s house. The location is fantastic with excellent places to eat and drink nearby. An off-leash doggo park just a short walking distance. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhoods, even the cool breeze in those hot summer days all make this place so awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all friends and family.

Beautiful house in Cottesloe in a great location. Plenty of space with super comfortable beds and a big kitchen. Very homey feel!

This was a great house that was in walking distance to the best part of Fremantle. It's also next door to a great grocery store and one of the best coffee shops we've been to.

We have just returned from Australia, having spent two months there. Anneliese's house was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in a very quiet neighbourhood. When we had an issue with the stove top, Anneliese ensured that someone came to fix it the next day. The house is also very spacious and, although we were just a couple, there was plenty of space for a family. What we particularly appreciated was the homely feel of whole place. We really could not have asked for more and would recommend it anyone visiting this lovely area.

Overall, the room was very clean and nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable.The sofas are very comfortable, the bed mattresses are great, and the inner garden is lovely. Most impressive was the water server attached to the refrigerator. As other reviewers have mentioned, the wine and snacks were a nice touch.She even provided us with a case of beer! When we ran into trouble, our host was kind enough to respond immediately, which was very helpful and appreciated.

Sarah’s place is incredible - this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed! Beautiful location, beautiful views, amazing balcony to enjoy the sunsets, nearby to lovely cafes and shops whereas other areas of the beach would be farther away from these conveniences. Perfect place for a holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks. Here are some of our holiday highlights Relaxing in the gazebo watching our two girls dive for toys at the bottom of the pool. My girls lived in that pool. Wife picking a giant Zucchini from the garden to make soup in the fully equipped kitchen. My parents loved it. It was delish. My cousins kids stayed for a sleep over as there was heaps of room. Definitely the holiday highlight for our girls. Two different supermarkets within walking distance. A life saver on our first day as we didn't have a hire car yet. My parents and sister would just dropping in on a whim to say hi or stay for dinner. This was possible because the Freeway is just down the road, which meant it was quick and easy to get anywhere. Two weeks went too quickly.

We loved our stay in Heather’s tiny home. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. There are little touches throughout the accommodation that make it feel like home and heather even delivered breakfast for us each morning, which was a lovely surprise. Check in was super easy and all instructions were very clear. We would definitely visit again!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because then people will know about this place. Honestly, the stay was everything we could have wanted and more. The location is huge bonus as it’s so close to everything. The outdoor area was our favourite and was a great spot for gathering each night. The pool was a massive plus. Can’t go wrong with the accomodation. Was perfect for my family that came over from the UK and Calvin was so easy to communicate with, taking my booking well in advance and helping to ease my worry of where they would stay. Would return in a heartbeat!

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

We stayed here for my sisters hens in the swan valley. Great location and incredible place to stay. The photos are exactly what is shown. The house was exceptional. Highly recommend Michelle as a host.

This is a great family home with lots of space even for a large family, it has nice gardens and great little pool with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to 3 supermarkets, cinema and lots of different restaurants. It is also in an ideal location for driving to the beach, in just 5 minutes, and to Joondalup Lakeside Mall, plus easy access to the freeway and coastal road.

The house was beautiful and comfortable. Maureen was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Our children absolutely loved the pool. We will definitely be back.

In short, the place is just as amazing as it was on the first occasion and Emma is very helpful as always. Cannot speak highly enough of this accommodation. I intend to stay here on any return trips to Perth!

Outstanding!! Sylvia was the most friendly, helpful and accommodating host that went beyond just providing somewhere to stay. Made me and the 2 dogs feel completely at home and welcome. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

My husband and I are so grateful to have enjoyed a few days on the beautiful orchard, staying in the incredible barn. It was beautifully finished and had all the comforts of home, as well as extra treats we didn’t expect. Although we were on a working farm, we were not disturbed by the goings on around us. The surroundings are so peaceful and quiet and the views are spectacular. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda and the sun warmed us as it rose over the fruit trees. Thank you for allowing us to share in your piece of paradise.

Loved staying at this gorgeous home hosted by Natalie and Jake. Excellent location, really good communication from hosts. A lot bigger than it looked in pictures. Was actually really spacious. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay especially as we had we had two small dogs. Was great walking to piccolo’s. Perfectly clean and great amenities.

The home was lovely and clean, and had everything I needed for a 5-day stay. The yard was great and I loved that the home was pet friendly. The neighbourhood was quiet with easy access to the main roads nearby. The hosts were friendly and responsive and I would definitely recommend a stay here to others. I don't have children - but the home looks really well set up for a stay with kids also.
