This was our second stay here. Our daughter's family lives in the neighborhood and this is the perfect location for us to stay while visiting. It is quiet, comfortable and just what we need. The yard is very cute and we love to look at the animals with our grandchildren. We lucked out and saw the planets aligned from the driveway on the 25th, as it is dark enough to view the stars without city lights. Don and Lori are great hosts- there are treats and fresh eggs in the fridge, and everything we needed was right there. We will be back.

Jess is very communicative! The cottage was so cute and perfectly clean, felt super cozy. The hottub at night was lovely and the location is cute.

We stayed here for almost a month and it was a nice spot for a long term stay. Beautiful kitchen, well stocked, nice touches throughout the home. Its really private in the back of a complex. The hottub was lovely as well. I have an SUV and the driveway was just fine - its super nice to have a private parking spot and felt really secure. Overall would recommend!

Mara is very friendly and considerate. She provided everything my dog and I need during the full month of stay. The house rules are clear and fair, which elevates the whole experience and simplifies communication needs. The view is fantastic in the garden. You can enjoy a very nice sauna in the early morning while overlooking the valley and listening to birds chirping. The whole experience is a good combination of natural connection, self reflection, easy access to school and city, plus safe and friendly living environment provided by Mara. Will definitely want to be here longer.

This spot is AMAZING! It really is a beautiful little oasis in the middle of the big city. We were able to make ourselves right at home and the space is free of clutter so it was pretty easy to babyproof it for our 10 month old. The amenities are awesome and the host is SUPER responsive. Additionally, check in is SO easy and specific, with pictures included. I'd stay here again in a second especially in the spring & summer when we can take advantage of the garden out back.

Steve’s place was amazing! The ocean views were incredible, and the opportunity to see wild birds was so fun. The rooms are spacious, and it has everything you need. The home is close to local shops/hiking, and is only 20-30 minutes from Half moon Bay and Santa Cruz. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be staying here again.

Riza and Miguel’s place was spacious and cozy. The bedrooms were a good distance away from each other which provided privacy. The house heated up quickly, even though it was a little drafty by the windows. The private parking spot and entrance (long driveway) made it feel safe and tucked away from the street. Communication was quick, even when my parents had trouble getting in one night. They helped out right away and got my parents in the door. My only ask is that they put in a motion sensor light or something similar by the front door. The smart key pad is hard to see in the dark and often when you push it to turn on its light, you accidentally push a button on the keypad to start your key code. Very central location, close to lots of restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful time at the ranch—the location was beautiful, and the unit was spacious. There was hot water and strong WiFi. Dogs on the property were friendly and adorable. However, the cleanliness of the unit could use some improvement. It would benefit from a professional deep cleaning to really match the quality of the overall experience. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Thoughtfully curated, well-maintained home in a stellar location for a girls’ weekend for 4. Home is walking distance to Fitzgerald Marine Reserve and Coastal Bluff Trail, Moss Beach Distillery, with a cozy front porch fire pit and kitchen / living room to gather in and extra plush bedding. Loved reading the memories of other guests in the guest book. Responsive host. Would book again!

We really enjoyed staying at this location. Some highlights: very quiet, plenty of parking, comfortable king-sized bed, lovely fireplace that kept the space warm on chilly mornings and evenings, private patio, locked gate for extra security (not that the neighborhood felt unsafe because it didn't), extra supplies available (towels, TP, kitchen items, etc), and convenient location to stores and restaurants. Sabine was a great host and we would consider staying here again if we were back in the area.

April's place in Los Altos Hills was perfect for my stay in the Bay Area. Gorgeous property that's well maintained and private. April & team were very responsive for anything I needed during my stay. Would recommend anyone staying here particularly for longer stays given the amazing kitchen. I'll be back. Thanks again!

What a gem! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The surrounding redwoods are beautiful! The home was very cozy with attractive decor. It was both comfortable and clean. The location was great and close to State Parks, Roaring Camp redwood forest steam train and a shopping center. SC is about 20 minutes away, so convenient as well. The host Lynn was courteous and friendly which added to our positive experience. Hope to be back again sometime! Thank you!

Nice place, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Good value for the Bay Area... You need a car as it is not close to downtown restaurants or other amenities. Easy to get to. Quite and private, as it is a backyard suite... Quite new, and clean and comfortable.

Absolutely one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever experienced. Great hosts, awesome location, beautiful cottage and getting to enjoy the sweet dogs was so nice. Can’t wait to come back.

It's absolutely magical space for a peaceful personal retreat. Just amazing surroundings with beautiful views from the house and the yard, park with century-old trees just a few minutes walk away and beautiful walking paths. Something that I really needed for a recovery after a long business trip.

En’s place is a great spot for a quick overnight. Check-in was smooth and easy and En was very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay, and interfacing with Tom. The place was clean, tranquil, and well appointed. Tom was responsive, flexible, and kind. To top it off, their two chickens were the quietest, cutest little beings to be adjacent to and were welcome companions on the property. It was such an oasis, comfortable bed, great desk, and could hear the creek just below the window. Will definitely return.

I love staying at the cottage. It's a perfect location for both BART into the city and Walnut Creek downtown with all its restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It's easy to access, very private, and they always check that you got inside okay, which makes me feel at home when away from my wife and kids. Always a pleasant experience here, and I'm looking forward to the next time I get to stay there.
