The house was perfect and more. It literally had everything we needed plus extras. We would definitely recommend this home to others. Only think I wish we could’ve done was swim in the pool but it was being renovated. Other than that, it was beautiful. Especially waking up to an amazing view.

This was our 2nd stay at Billie's home. Both stays were very welcoming and cozy. Billie is a first rate host, while we had no problems at all we knew she would be there to help if needed. I highly recommend Billie's home for your visit to this area of Colorado.

Jon’s place was great! It was close to town, easy to fine, very clean, and the furnishings are really cute! We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful week in Salida with our adult children and this lovely home was the perfect landing spot us. The location on the river was beautiful and we enjoyed being outside on the deck around the fire table listening to the river. We walked around town and liked that we could easily walk to the grocery stores nearby. Salida is such a charming and fun town and its proximity to Monarch mountain and Ski Cooper made it the perfect location for our family vacation. The house is clean, spacious and had everything we needed. 10/10 from our whole group!

We stayed for a week for a small (3) family ski vacation and Holly's place was perfect for us. The location is great for an easy walk to restaurants and shops downtown, even in the winter. It's a quick drive to Monarch for skiing and the jetted tub was a huge hit with our son and is great for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The house was cozy and stayed nice and warm even with temps in the teens. Highly recommend.

Nice big house with pool and hot tub. Master bedroom could use black out shades but other then that little critique very nice place will stay there again Thank you

we had a great stay - we loved the quiet and solitude, especially out on the deck! we drove into Salida for food and drinks and enjoyed the beautiful 25 minute drive. our furry friend loved the trip too!

My husband and I stayed at the Pond House for our first anniversary trip. Derek and Suzanne were responsive, friendly, and overall great hosts. The Pond House itself was spectacular. Small, but comfortable and clean, and if you're spending your time inside, you're doing it wrong. The surrounding area is secluded and private, offering 360 mountain views, peaceful mornings on the porch, and ample wildlife. The pond is beautiful, and immensely enjoyable with provided paddleboards and loungers on the dock. Public BLM land is accessible right off the property for hiking and exploring. Canon City was a quick, scenic 20 min drive away for great food. The absolute highlight of the trip was Tilly, our fetch-obsessed tour guide who hopped on our paddle boards and came along hiking. 10/10 would book again, could not recommend it enough.

This place was beautiful! It was so peaceful and at night it’s amazing. My boyfriend and I took time to take pictures of the stars (I caught the Milky Way), sat out and had the fire pit going and drank chai. In the morning we got up early to watch the sunrise over the mountain. It was very peaceful, I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a quick drive to the Royal gorge too. The only downsides was its smaller than it appears. And it wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t terrible. I would absolutely stay here again though.

This was an amazing cabin! Highly recommend visiting this place if you are looking for a secluded and peaceful place to stay. Heads up, be sure that you have a car that can drive through snow and rougher roads. Sunshine was a great help with getting us to the cabin when since my car couldn’t make it to the Airbnb itself.

Our little cabin was private and right on the river. Having running water inside was a step up from glamping! Very comfortable beds made our family feel at home.

Such a lovely weekend! We stayed in the cabin for a river rafting trip this past weekend, and we had the best stay! Kimberly was so proactive in making sure we were able to find the house, as it could be tricky especially if your cell signal goes out (which ours did for a bit on the way). The drive can definitely be a little scary if you're going in less than ideal conditions. The cabin itself is exactly as pictured and described: perfectly cozy and peaceful. It was perfect for our 2 couples, and we all said how fun it would be with a few more people, as there's plenty of room. We loved sitting on the deck at sunset, and waking up to cows mooing in the hills in the morning. It's a little drive if you're going to the Royal Gorge, but not too bad at all. Definitely recommend making sure you grab your essentials in Canon City before you head off the paved road. Would love to come back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! 😁

My family and I loved the place it was a nice Christmas Eve gathering with the family sad we had to leave one day early do to the weather and not having one of our vehicles be 4x4 but sure plan to come back in the e future in summer.

Jeff's cabin is the perfect little getaway. We enjoyed our stay, surrounded by mountains ,and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Jeff gave great written directions on how to get to the cabin, so make sure to follow those. The little town of Victor is about 20 minutes away and Cripple Creek about 30 minutes away. We enjoyed driving to Cripple Creek and did a bit of gambling one day, and the next day we went to Victor and did a short hike to "Rita the Rock Planter Troll". When we weren't out exploring, we were enjoying the gas fire pit and quality times with friends playing board games. It was honestly great not having wifi or cellphone service. Jeff's place is very open and fit 5 of us and two dogs comfortably. We will definitely stay at Jeffs cabin again.
