The house was perfect and more. It literally had everything we needed plus extras. We would definitely recommend this home to others. Only think I wish we could’ve done was swim in the pool but it was being renovated. Other than that, it was beautiful. Especially waking up to an amazing view.

Super fun place to stay! The water pressure was excellent, and we loved the double shower and the spacious tub—definite highlights. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable for six adults. The host was warm, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful but still close to downtown Salida...it's literally steps from the river and all the shopping and restaurants you want. The little touches, like fresh towels, including for the hot tub, coffee, and local recommendations, made the experience even more special. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough, and I would absolutely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time visiting Anne’s place and she did not disappoint. We had a small issue with the grill and hot tub and it was quickly resolved. I would HIGHLY recommend Anne’s place for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Just don’t rent it when I want to go! Great job Anne! We love your place! See you next year!

The host was fantastic - very responsive and easy to contact. The condo was exactly what we were looking for for a couple families to fit into. There was everything we needed.

Beth is a great host, very responsive, helpful, & understanding. The place was so peaceful. My whole family spent time in the hot tub and massage chair, played corn hole, attempted to fish in icy water, & slept well in the beds. We went to the great sand dunes, the royal gorge bridge, mt Princeton hot springs, and monarch mountain… made loads of wonderful memories! Very appreciative of Beth and this place they shared with us!

This house was beautiful! Our pup loved the fenced in yard. Everything was very cozy and very clean. The historic architecture was amazing. Only thing to keep in mind is the house is pretty cold in winter months. Turning up thermostats didn't work. I'm sure it's to be expected with an old house. Host has thoughtfully provided a space heater in every room. But I would still recommend bringing warm lounge wear and slippers. Overall everything about the home was perfect and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!!

This place was beautiful! It was so peaceful and at night it’s amazing. My boyfriend and I took time to take pictures of the stars (I caught the Milky Way), sat out and had the fire pit going and drank chai. In the morning we got up early to watch the sunrise over the mountain. It was very peaceful, I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a quick drive to the Royal gorge too. The only downsides was its smaller than it appears. And it wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t terrible. I would absolutely stay here again though.

This is a large house with lots of room. My family really enjoyed the Pac-Man, board games, kites, side walk chalk, hot tub, and all the space to walk and enjoy God’s beautiful creation. We also really appreciated the stocked spice cabinet and the black stone on the porch so we could cook our own meals, and the snacks left for us. It felt homey and cozy, would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful place inside and outside. Lots to look at and very relaxing. Be aware of a dirt drive uphill. The road is well packed down but would have been harder in a smaller car. But if you are looking to have quiet and away from the busy area this is where to go!

The cleanest, and most furnished short-term rental we have ever stayed in. From the all natural and local soaps, to all the office supplies you could ask for if you needed to work. Beds and couches were 10/10 comfort. They thought of every big and small detail. We will be back!
