I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, but this was one of my favorites. It was definitely a very nice house, great location, and the amenities in the house were items people want in their homes, not cheap. The dishes and pots and pans were really nice, which make a big difference. The hosts were awesome and very responsive. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay here and the location is unbeatable! The sofa bed off the living room is very private and was essentially like having an extra bedroom.

This was our second stay at Rio Vista, and it was once again great. We’re looking forward to being back in March for our third stay, likely with more to come. The location, view, and home setup/amenities are all excellent and Karen has always been very responsive.

We had a wonderful week in Salida with our adult children and this lovely home was the perfect landing spot us. The location on the river was beautiful and we enjoyed being outside on the deck around the fire table listening to the river. We walked around town and liked that we could easily walk to the grocery stores nearby. Salida is such a charming and fun town and its proximity to Monarch mountain and Ski Cooper made it the perfect location for our family vacation. The house is clean, spacious and had everything we needed. 10/10 from our whole group!

Dolly’s Dream was amazing! It was exactly as pictured and the location could not have been better! It was an easy walk into town for shops/ restaurants. It was ideal as a base for Monarch Mountain. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were perfect for our family. Everything was updated and clean. Thank you for the welcome champagne! We would definitely return when back in area.

We stayed for a week for a small (3) family ski vacation and Holly's place was perfect for us. The location is great for an easy walk to restaurants and shops downtown, even in the winter. It's a quick drive to Monarch for skiing and the jetted tub was a huge hit with our son and is great for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The house was cozy and stayed nice and warm even with temps in the teens. Highly recommend.

Labor Day Weekend, last minute stay. Unit #3 is newly constructed, clean, with brand new furniture and mattresses. The little pond in front of the cabin was dry, which is to be expected at this time of year. First weekend of September weather was perfect: warm and breezy during day, cool nights, buzzing grasshoppers and aspen trees just starting to turn yellow. Lots of private acreage to explore with my dogs. There was another guest in the other cottages on site, but they're far enough away that you still have privacy. I'm grateful for the ability to clean it myself, to save on the cleaning fee. I made sure to leave it perfectly clean and washed. I suggest leaving a note about the electric candlelights - they must be turned to "on" to use the remotes. Then then work great! Thanks for the extra lighting. Thanks for the good instructions about the propane tank firepit - I was able to enjoy everything to the fullest. Will be returning. Thanks!

I loved my stay in Liz’s caravan!! I needed a place to stay last minute on a road trip and came across Liz’s property. She was quick to respond and had the caravan alive ready for me when I arrived. Despite its size, it was so cozy and the perfect place for me and my dog to escape the cold for the night. There was a small heater that I only needed to use before bed and in the morning to cut the chill. I also thoooroughly enjoyed her hot tub under the desert stars! Liz made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and put effort into many small details that make this truly a hidden gem. I’d highly recommend staying here for a magical little getaway. Thank you for everything Liz, Gypsy and Epiphany!
