Our stay at Ashley’s rental was exactly as described. Nice, spacious, and clean condo right next to a little river. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks. Ashley‘s condo was close to everything we like to do. Near all the popular attractions and restaurants that we enjoy. I would definitely book here again.

Lindsay’s place was exactly as described and perfect for us. Unfortunately, we were only in the area overnight and wasn’t able to enjoy the Lake Lure area more than we did. Lindsay’s place was extremely clean, cozy and peaceful. We will definitely reach out to Lindsay to stay in her home when we are in the area again!

Visited for about 7 weeks...very relaxing and the views during the day and the nights over the lake are beautiful. The condo has been remodeled and everything is first class...definitely a 5 star vacation spot. We were visiting in the off season...have stay in the Tall Ship condos on many other occasions...this unit was the best! Highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want a easily accessible place to go skiing at Sugar. My husband and I had a blast on the slope, and it was so nice and convenient to have a place to stay so close and easy to drive to. Kevin was great and very detailed with his instructions and quick to respond to any of our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Diana did a great job communicating with us through our stay and made sure everything was taken care of. The place was clean and was perfect for our vacation.

Fran and Ron's place was just amazing and was perfect for our family. The best part was after having another AirBnB booked for over 6 months before this huge family trip we had been planning for a year, the day before we're going to leave the other owner messaged us and said the place was no longer available, so sorry, and just dropped us. Fran and Ron came to the rescue. Great communication, a beautiful place, and a great price. We could not have been happier and are so glad we ended up finding their place because it was better than where we were originally going to stay. If you're considering staying at Fran and Ron's condo, don't hesitate to book it and enjoy everything it has to offer.

The place was in a beautiful complex with lots of amenities and gorgeous views. The unit itself was a bit dated inside and could use some upgrades but was comfortable and did the job. The bed was very hard and the pillows were too flat for our liking. Overall we were happy with the place and felt we got our money’s worth. Although we did not enjoy the pressure we got at the front desk to sit through a 2 hour presentation for their timeshares. I was firm and said no but had to do so over and over to get them to back off. Having been on the road over 13 hours that day, I just wanted my room key and not be pressured into that. I will leave it with the view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking!

This was our 3rd stay at Chuck’s place, different unit this time. As with our previous stays, everything was clean, comfortable and worked properly. We love the coziness the condos offer while still having plenty of room for our family! The balcony is so peaceful and the sounds of the river make you forget you’re right off the main road. We look forward to our next visit and will stay here again without a doubt.

Lovely, charming condo for a weekend stay. Beautiful views; thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch with my coffee in the mornings. Pet-friendly, which we greatly appreciated. Host was responsive and flexible.

We took a trip to the mountains for some late season snowboarding. We did 1 day at Sugar Mountain (approx 20 min drive from here) and 1 day at Beech mountain (easy walk/1min drive to from here). The space worked for what we needed which ultimately was a bed to sleep in between days on the mountain. We did not use much of the space except for the toaster for morning bagels and the fridge for storing drinks. The location/access to Beech Mountain is the real selling point for this place. I'm not a fan of Airbnb's charging cleaning fees greater than $25 AND requesting that you check off cleaning tasks beyond leaving the place is a reasonable state such as putting things back where you found them, collect used towels/linens, etc but recognize this may be a personal preference. I'm happy to pay a cleaning fee but would expect to do fewer cleaning tasks at check out in exchange.

Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.

Great view of downtown. Very close to sugar and beech ski resorts.

Great space and perfect location for exploring downtown Greenville. The space was very comfortable and clean. Loved the little extras provided- a few snacks, drinks, waters and K-cups. We were in town for SEC women’s basketball tournament. Location could not have been better for going to Bon Secours Arena, and then also exploring the downtown area.

Ashleigh made my stay a breeze. She was informative and thoughtful about providing me with information knowing it was my first time in Knoxville. She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions. I was able to explore the town on foot which I highly recommend. Thanks again Ashleigh for making my experience so memorable.

This is a nice space in Asheville, walkable to many areas of downtown. This spot, being above a busy bar, is probably better served for night owls than folks who go to bed early. Bar closes at 10 or 11, so nothing too late.

The whole team was very responsive the entire stay. I appreciated that the place was not overly decorated, it was beautiful. I have small children so lots of decoration calls for lots of stress. I felt safe in the space/location. Directions were clear making for an easy/smooth check in/check out! You get what you see!

Easy process, great location near everything, and lovely, large space. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place to stay for Ober Mountain visit.

This is our 3rd time using Julie’s homes and we have always had the best experiences, which is why we keep using her! The place is always clean and she’s always helpful. Our daughter loves the jacuzzi tub! She’s replaced the wine cooler with a mini fridge, which is much appreciated. We always have great things to say about Julie’s place! You won’t regret booking. The location is great and we always stay on baskin creek rd.

I stayed here for a few days with a couple friends who I don't often get to see, and it was the perfect space for us! Views were gorgeous, plenty of space for everyone, and we felt right at home. We decided to do this every year, and we all agreed that we'd stay here again.

Long week-end with life long friends was a perfect place. Simple beautiful area. Neighbors were friendly as well.

We loved our stay! 1. Host is very responsive, offers great recommendations, and gives detailed information before you arrive. Easy check in and easy check out. 2. Location is walkable to the main strip in town, restaurants, aquarium, and Anakeesta. Entrances to the Smoky Mountains very close! We walked with kids to the shops daily. (Sidewalk most of the way!) 3. Bears! Bears! Bears! There was a bear that must live in the woods behind the complex. He sat around and walked by two nights during our trip. He wandered into town after walking by. Kids loved seeing the bear! 4. Parking lot is very tight when full. If you drive a large vehicle, be prepared to park in tight spots. 5. Laundry on lowest level is 2.50 per wash and 2.50 per dry. We didn’t end up using but was there if we needed it.

We enjoyed our visit - great place with lots of room. Easily walked to the Island and the Old Mill area. Great location. Will for sure be looking to book again.
