Alleshia's place was perfect for our group of 9 people. We were in a different neighborhood than the usual tourist-laden streets of New Orleans providing a haven after a day of exploring the city. Alleshia was a quick and clear communicator, made check in and checkout super easy, and the place was clean and spacious. I'd recommend staying here for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay here! I traveled with my 3 daughters aged 22, 19 & 12. As you can imagine, we can be hard to please but we all agreed that this house was PERFECT for us. The neighbors have chickens which we all enjoyed thoroughly while hanging on the front porch. The back patio is gorgeous & very private. We had great luck w/ the next door tenants who had kids for my youngest to swim with. Pool was warm & felt so good after a long day walking around! Beds were comfy! We all slept better than any of us have in a long time! We are fan sleepers but left our fans behind. A quick message to Aleks though on our way down & there were fans waiting on us when we arrived! We are planning to return when the beloved Nic Cage passes to pay our respects & will be booking here again!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous, spacious and modern. Very thoughtfully designed and the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day walking and exploring the city. Super comfortable beds, amazing showers, quiet surroundings. I would suggest renting a car as there is not too much in the immediate walking area, however the trolley was very close by and uber/lyft is super efficient throughout the city. Everything felt like a quick 10-15 minute drive away. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to help out. 10/10 would stay here again!

Barry was extremely friendly and helpful during my visit. It was the perfect location and I had a good mix of privacy and also plenty of local spots to check out

This is a beautiful home in the garden district of New Orleans. It was easy to access and the communication was amazing. They checked in with us several times while we were there to see if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything we needed, the heated pool was appreciated. Everything was so clean and it is a perfect place to stay!

Great location - wonderful backyard - the hot tub was great. Wish the pool could have been heated without additional cost. Understand why it wasn’t. Gary answered questions as needed and provided lots of brochures for things to do in the area of which was nice! Would stay here again

If you have a group of 4 or less visiting NOLA, you MUST stay at Doody and Brady’s place! A perfect, cute neighborhood with plenty of walkable places (restaurants, coffee, trolley) and a short 10 minute Uber/trolley ride to French Quarter. Everything was exactly as advertised including the relaxing, perfect pool! Doody is the sweetest, best host! Highly recommend!

This place was just as described and very clean. It was plenty large enough for my entire family and the host allowed us to check in a little early which was super helpful! Would highly recommend!!!

Such a great place to stay. Ian even let us check in early! Which I was extremely thankful for. The house had all the amenities we needed, was clean, & had a nice homey feel with a lot of character. It was a short drive from the French Quarter, giving it a good location. Definitely a great stay for our first time in NOLA!

We had a wonderful stay at Karen's place just after Mardi gras! The weather was perfect. her home is great for getting into the garden District and just a short hop on a trolley or Uber to the French quarter and Frenchman Street. wonderful and restful place. so thankful!

As senior citizens we were delighted with our 2 week stay in this shotgun house in a lovely neighborhood. The home is lovely with wood floors and soaring ceilings. The location is perfect for nearby restaurants, grocery shopping, neighborhood walking, and sitting on the front porch watching New Orleans flow by (including the street car!) We always had a parking place right in front of the house. We knew Blair was available should we need any information. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time here. The house was spacious and great for a big group. Location was excellent, allowing us to walk around the neighborhood in the mornings to grab coffee at Rook. It was on a side street so very quiet at nice. It was also quite easy to get Ubers and quick drive to other neighborhoods in the city. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting that does not want to stay downtown.

This house is gorgeous!!! Comfortable beds, great dining area and a perfect retreat in the back yard. I loved the neighborhood. Lots of places to eat and drink. It was so easy to get around by the trolley. Added bonus is the parade route was a block away! This place is a gem! Thank you for sharing it.

An absolute stunning & spotless home just a few steps from the French Quarter. This home has everything you need and a lot more. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to spending Spring Break there again next year.

We came to Marcelin's home to enjoy the city for my Bachelorette party! I really love easy mornings, good crew, talking and playing games, traditional New Orleans charm- and that's exactly what this gave us. It was a beautiful home with gorgeous details, and it held the group of 8 of us perfectly. I loved every bit of it. We were able to take an easy 25 minute walk (it was beautiful outside) to the St. Charles Streetcar and took it down to Bourbon St! It was a safe neighborhood and immediately felt like home. Thanks Marcy for an easy and memorable weekend in your beautiful home!

It was an awesome place, clean,comfortable beds , well stocked and great location. I definitely plan on staying there again in the future !!!

We enjoyed our stay. The area was very peaceful and quiet. It wasn’t far from everything and very clean as well.

Charles is a great host! He provided very prompt and clear communication, was friendly, and gave us some good local recommendations. As a female traveler who often travels alone or with other females, I felt safe staying at Charles' place. The location is a short walk from a few bus stops, which we appreciated. We met some friendly neighbors while hanging out and taking walks. There is neighborhood/city/dog noise, just a heads up if you have a hard time sleeping you might want to have your sound machine / app handy. The location provided us with a good home base and it was far enough from the congestion of downtown NOLA while still being close enough to easily walk or take a bus to get around.

Great home she was very nice communicated and made shore I was okay very good directions will stay here again my next visit if I can

We absolutely loved our stay at Michelle’s place. This was our first time to New Orleans and she provided great recommendations as well as a blog you can find even more restaurants, tours, and places to visit. For our family of four there was plenty of space, everything was clean and super accessible. Her neighborhood is very walkable with great restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. We felt very comfortable there.

First, I would like to start with the cons… There was ONE. And I won’t remove a star because it’s also my fault because I never once brought it to her attention or gave her the opportunity to fix it, but the WiFi didn’t work. Myself, husband, kids, all tried on different devices and it was a no-go. Again, my fault because I never gave her the chance to fix it. It was only slightly a con anyway because we were so busy the whole time. Now, to the pros… The house was not only BEAUTIFUL but it was prepared EXACTLY PERFECT for my family. I had my grandson and there were plenty of toys for him to play with. The house was IMMACULATE! My nephew slipped on the floor because it was SO CLEAN lol. I mean literally everything was shining! I have OCD and I have issue with germs so it was very refreshing to feel like I was actually in my own home. So nice and clean. Also, a welcome book with nearby amenities (even tho we are from NOLA) really helped! MY HEART IS FULL. Thank you!

The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed to unwind after a long day. The location was close to the work site and local shops for any supplies I needed.
