Place was clean and exactly like pictures. Kitchen had everything needed. Felt more like hotel vibe vs homey but overall comfortable and great.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Though our stay was short, it was thoroughly enjoyed! Not only did we love the cleanliness, the setup and view, our kids did as well! Very close to many things, walking distance actually. Will definitely book again!

The spot was very spacious and clean. It was the perfect place to hide in plain sight while being productive and getting some work done.

Cute cottage in a nice town. The cottage was very clean and had everything you would need during your stay. The hosts were very nice and responded quickly. The town had some nice restaurants, was walkable, had a super cool playground, and felt really safe. Would 100% stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s place in a beautiful location with marina views and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Bathrooms were small, but having two was a bonus with this spacious one-bedroom unit. Daniel was very prompt with answering questions and providing instructions for accessing this gated property.

Mary’s place was wonderful. Area is great, beach access is great, and it is so convenient to restaurants and shopping! She was so accommodating and detailed with communication, above and beyond any host I’ve stayed with! Definitely will be back, thanks for a great stay!!

Great stay, in a clean, comfortable condo, with fantastic hosts. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the setting was quiet and peaceful. Would come back again.

Great place to stay in Seabrook Island! The space was perfect for my friend and I to stay for a weekend marathon in nearby Kiawah Island. The home is close to shopping and restaurants, but has a fantastic marsh view from the screened in porch and back of the home. Very peaceful! We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable in the space. Would recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights on a family trip and the property was great. My kids loved having their own floor and bedroom and bathroom, and my wife and I liked the fact that we could do our own thing. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance or a short drive, it's clean, modern, and really comfortable. We'd stay here again when we return to Charleston

We absolutely loved waking up to the beyond beautiful views over the sand dunes and out across the water!! Private, secure location with great amenities and lots of charm! The back porch and private locked entry out to the walkway to beach was an added pleasant surprise. We look forward to a return visit!!

Location is fantastic! Enjoyed delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches from the Odd Duck both mornings. Loved the high ceilings and big windows overlooking all the activity. So many great places for food and drinks and wonderful to be able to walk and not have to deal with parking. Convenient to downtown CHS and Mt Pleasant/IOP. It was the perfect spot for a long weekend stay. It is clearly stated in the property description that the rental does not have a washer or dryer, but I missed it since it is further down in the details, so that is on me. But just thought I would highlight that for anyone else that might not have made that connection.

Place was perfect for a couple. King bed very comfortable, bathroom shower modern and very clean. Can slightly hear the people above you, that was the only drawback, but even with that, we would definitely stay there again. I also recommended this to my sister who lives in complex, for information to give to people who are coming to visit her and need a place to stay.

Great home in an even better location! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to rent. Thank you to the hosts!

Beautiful and quaint little home in the perfect location. This home had a perfect historical charm about it while having modern and up to date appliances. It was extremely clean upon our arrival and had everything we needed. We all loved the original flooring, doors and door knobs complete with skeleton key holes, and simple design touches throughout that added to the charm and character of the home. Very comfortable, very quiet, and very spacious for our group of 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 pup. Their home even came with a high chair, super convenient! Joshua’s instructions were clear and concise and we had no issues finding and accessing the home. If you tire yourselves out in park circle or downtown during the day, don’t worry about resting because the beds here are extremely comfortable and will put you right to sleep! If it wasn’t for the plans we had we probably would’ve stayed in bed all day. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are in town!

We came in town for a wedding and this place was perfect for our group. The beds were comfy and the house was super clean and spacious. Wesal was friendly, flexible and always responsive! She’s a wonderful host. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt safe. Great house, will definitely stay again next time we come back to the Charleston area!! Thank you Wesal!

Kyle and Alexis really blew us out of the water with everything. They are truly kindhearted, honest, incredible people. They spent time with us around the fire when we asked them to, and it was an honor. The kitchen was spotless. This is something I always check and have never found a place this clean. Even the pots and pans were super clean. Nothing smelled. We had everything we could need. The house is definitely a place I would highly recommend to anyone. There were restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. They were so helpful, and so quick to reply to any questions we had. There is actually nothing negative I have to say about our stay. The fact that the house was baby proofed and there were plenty of things for our kids to play with were a huge bonus!! Book your stay here. You won’t regret it.

We absolutely loved this home! My son & his bestie particularly enjoyed the theatre room and having a space of their own to relax and hang out. The large dining table with comfortable seating was ideal for playing card games, as well as dining. The beds were comfortable and the decor was unique and fun! Winston & Jain were wonderful hosts & we would 100% stay in their home again!

Very nice and convenient place, with a helpful host. Clean, airy, and it looks just like the photos. We had a very minor plumbing issue, as all places can have, and they were right on it. I would happily return.
