In short, the Hobbit house was amazing. I do like to make note that there were various places with spider webs that were visually unpleasant, inbetween the door slider to the balcony, on the way to the little sauna-like room accessible in the bathroom of the main bedroom, or the fireplace that is clearly never used. These are nitpicks that dings a bit but nothing to undermine how great this place is. There are many special places I've stayed and this is one of the few that I would actually mean it when i say I'll be back.

Rebeca's listing was beautiful and clean - just like the listing described. Rebeca was quick at responding and made our check in very easy and smooth. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Our family and friends enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when we visit.

Super responsive host! The house sleeps eight people comfortably and was perfect for our family. Overall the home is beautifully decorated and you feel right at home as soon as you walk thru the front door. Great neighborhood, quiet and safe. Will def return for our next stay!

Perla and Chris have a beautiful home that we were able to stay in for about 4 months after we had a flood at our own house. The house was perfect for us, with lots of activities and games for the kids to play. They were responsive to any questions we had and helped us work through issues with our insurance company. I highly recommend the house for everyone, and especially advise it for any long stays!

Very clean and cozy, wish the pool was warmer, but the pool table was a great addition for added fun. Would work best for 4 adults and 2 kids, but we made it work just fine for our 5 adults and 2 children and it was great for our pups too. We had a birthday dinner for my son who lives locally and there was plenty of room to enjoy the company, eat, and cook in the beautiful kitchen. Thanks!

We were in town for our son’s wedding shower for the weekend. Bethany was responsive from the get-go. Our room was clean, comfortable and very cozy. She really did everything she could to make us feel comfortable. We’re definitely stay again.

Shannon's place is so beautiful and peaceful. My family enjoyed all the entertainment they had. It was like being at home. Everything we needed was provided, also items for my baby. They left a portable speaker for us to use that came in handy for the outdoor play and pool time. We brought our family dog with us and they provide items for her too. This place is a must! For everything they provided and how beautiful it is inside and out is so worth the price. We will for sure be back.

This was our first Airbnb experience. It was much more convenient than booking multiple hotel rooms in the area for our family of six. The neighborhood is well established and felt safe. We noticed families utilizing the nearby, nicely paved walking trail that is also biking friendly. There are many restaurants and shopping centers a short distance from the home. The host was friendly and quick to reply to our questions via the app. The photos are true to the actual location. It was very clean and comfortable. The television was not working during our weekend stay, but the host let us know that it was going to be fixed the following Monday. Definitely looking forward to booking more with Airbnb in the future.

I have an affection for Spanish style houses so it was perfect…love the natural lighting in the kitchen…I work nights so it could have better blackout curtains in the bedrooms but otherwise it was a great rental

Best Air B&B I have experienced so far Usually a long term renter and all previous hosts were fantastic. This location was perfect for my assignment, quiet, serene and so well built and appointed. Jami is the perfect host with 5 star accommodations

Old town Clovis is probably the best location to stay in the central Valley. Plenty of shops and food walking distance to the Airbnb. It's close to the fwy for any type of commuting and it's a safe location for anyone. The space is wonderful and clean inside. if I had to rate it more accurately I would give it 4.5 stars and only because the rooms do not have ceiling fans or TVs. Fortunately for us winters in Fresno are cold so opening the windows at night were sufficient to cool the house but if it's summer and you need a fan, this needs to be considered for this location. There is no way I'd get an hour of sleep at this location in the summer with no fan. I'd definitely return to this location, host is responsive, location is clean and all the necessary amenities are included.

Perfect location for a single traveler, or a cozy couple. I loved every bit of this place. Easy, safe location with in-front parking. Private fenced in patio which was PERFECT as I was travelling with my dog. While small, the compact organization was masterful. I actually snapped some pictures so I could remember what I loved and try to replicate it at home. Every detail was considered and well executed. Even a card and nice welcome basket upon my arrival! Five stars. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cottage in the heart of Old Fig. Quiet, and comfortable and a spacious studio. Will certainly come back next time I need a room in Fresno. Heather was very responsive. Excellent hosts.
