Our 3rd Airbnb stay in St. Kitts, and this was the best one we’ve experienced. We had an amazing 8 days at this condo. While the property is older, you cannot beat the location, the pool, walk-ability, ocean beach, etc. we had a slight issue in the beginning with one of the AC units not working well, and they had AC vendor out there installing a new unit on a Sunday; amazing customer service!!! The place ia very large, and could have easily slept more people. Beds are very comfortable, and had all the items we needed for the week. Would definitely consider this place on our next trip to St. Kitts.

We absolutely LOVED Cassandra's home. It was a beautiful, spacious home for our family of 6 adults and one infant. The home was beautifully furnished, clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best was the outdoor area. We loved spending time in the pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, watching the waves crash ashore. We spent numerous hours around the outdoor dining table admiring the view and enjoying the peace and quiet. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to spend quality with family and friends.

Amazing beachfront townhouse! The views were spectacular and it was so calming to hear the sounds of the ocean all day and night. The house is clean with a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous balcony with spectacular views. The restaurant on property is nice and there are others that you can walk to in less than 10 minutes. Well worth the cost and we can’t wait to visit again. Nevis is a spectacular island with wonderful beaches, warm people, fun animals, great restaurants and lots of water and land activities.

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach House. Pulmattie arranged transportation from airport to the house well before our trip so we need not worry about that aspect. She also arranged for us to have a crib for our 18 month old as well as a car for ourselves. The House is situated on an amazing plot of land - luscious plants completely surround you making it your own little oasis. The pool is fantastic and when you have the urge to go into the ocean, it is merely a 2-minute walk. You can hear the waves from the house. If you are prone to bug bites, they have plenty of bug spray available at the house. Overall, this was the perfect situation for us because we wanted to unwind and relax and we did just that. Thank you to Pulmattie, her sister and Valerie for giving us a great vacation home/stay!

We had a fantastic time in St Kitts and Sea Lofts met all of our expectations! My husband and I lived on the island 23 years ago and stayed in Fairway Condos only down the road and always wanted to stay in the “blue mushroom houses” and so happy we did! The location was absolutely perfect! I loved that we could walk to the bars and restaurants on Frigate Bay but only minutes from other beaches on the island. We are already talking about our next trip and will definitely contact Joyce for the future trip!

Clean apartment, lovely area in Frigate bay. Walking distance to Marriott, and rams grocery’s store, and many restaurants nearby. Perfect place to stay in Saint Kitts!

I loved my time here! Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect - I walked everywhere and for places that were too far to walk, the taxi stand was only about 5-7 minutes down the street. Timothy Hill to the left, the Marriott and restaurants/shops to the right, and the Strip is just across the street. The apartment itself was so comfortable and had everything I could have needed (the extra sun hats were especially helpful!). Great shower, the bed was so cozy, and the patio was beautiful as well. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Nevis! The host’s hospitality was truly exceptional, making our group of six feel so welcome and cared for throughout our trip. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and it made all the difference. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and perfectly suited to accommodate our group comfortably. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nevis!

We had a wonderful week at the Lighthouse! Chrishi Beach is just gorgeous, and this property places you steps from the most stunning views, where the beautiful beach sits just beside the lush green hills. The food at the beach club was delicious, and we ate there most evenings for dinner. We also took advantage of the kitchen at the property to prepare our own breakfasts and lunches. There are so many things to see on the island beyond the property, too! We went jet skiing one day, visited the beautiful botanical gardens, and saw where Alexander Hamilton was born. One note: the only way to get around is to rent a car or take a taxi. The taxi fees do add up since you also need to take the water taxi over from St. Kitts. But in the end, this fabulous vacation is well worth it!

This is our second time staying at Chris’s. We love how it’s centrally located, close to popular beaches, bars and restaurants but also how quiet it is. We felt like we had our own private beach. The bar downstairs was a plus for after dinner drinks or a quick bite.

Stanleys place was in a very quiet and private neighborhood, with only a short trip to the airport. The apartment had what I needed for my trip and was safe, clean, and a great value. Stanley was very responsive and helpful when I needed directions and providing details on check-in/out. He was a great host.

Driving up the short, and steep road to Tangerine, is WELL worth it! The view from the screened-in porch of the mountains and the sea, is spectacular. The accommodations are extremely comfortable, and there is a constant breeze blowing to keep things cool. Tangerine is very well equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen, to towels, chairs and even a small cooler for the beach. Suzanne is a great host, offering guests local knowledge of good places to hike and eat. Will definitely go back!

Karen's place was nice and spacious and both rooms have good views, one is sea view and another is mountain view. Karen was helpful with instructions and also getting us in. The gym is a nice addition, and WiFi is good. There are no shops within walking distance so it's better to carry groceries/take away from the city.

Jon's place is amazing. Perfectly located, just a few minutes drive to Pinney's Beach (the main beach of Nevis), grocery stores, and restaurants. A quiet and beautifully landscaped yard with monkeys roaming around. Loved the screened-in porch for having meals and listening to the sounds of nature while looking out at the sea. An extremely spacious kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We loved everything about the place AND Nevis. Hope to come back!

Xd's place is a great place to base yourself if you like serenity and walking distance to the oceans ... I do. The surroundings and people (staff) are lovely. I like to cook, the pots and pans are definitely adequate however if you need the oven there are no oven dishes, just a small issue which I did work-around. Communication with the host was excellent, ensuring I was comfortable with everything. Thank you! I'd recommend XD's place to anybody I'll hopefully be back again.
