This place was great for our multifamily spring break gathering. The house is extremely well stocked with all the things to make your stay great. Josh was very responsive with the few questions that we had. Excellent location with a short walk to the beach and also a short walk to a great park with sports fields, a playground, and basketball courts. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

I wanted a peaceful and quiet place to get away that would allow me to bring my dog. Ashley’s home was just that. I could walk across the street right to the beach and it was especially nice to be able to take my dog on the beach as well. We both had a great stay and Ashley was a great host Deanne

Beautiful home and a great location

Beautiful house with everything you need to make yourself at home. When you walk in the front door, it is very charming and inviting. It's a short, straight walk to a great beach. There is a 4 lane street to cross, but 95% of the time you can walk straight across without stopping. We had 8 adults staying in this lovely place and there was plenty of room and we shared a lot of great meals in the huge kitchen. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our "go to" house!

Our entire group thought this was the possibly the nicest airbnb we've ever rented. The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location with easy access. We had another unit rented thru this same host but the AC went out a few days before check-in but they were proactive and switched us to an equally great unit that I think our group was even more excited to stay in after they saw the photos. All around great experience and we plan on coming back next year

The location can't be beat! We LOVED the easy access to the beach and the short walk to dining, shopping, coffee and ice cream! Michelle was a great host and very responsive. We had a great long weekend away on the island and look forward to returning!

I stayed here with my family and friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. We had a blast and enjoyed relaxing in our own private space. I would highly recommend!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

Absolutely beautiful home in the heart of Edisto Beach! Easy access to the bike path, directly in front of the house. Short walk to the beach, approximately 5 minutes. The backyard is so dreamy with a pristine pool, oak trees and Spanish moss shading the area. We loved our visit and hope to return!

Nicole's house is absolutely perfect. We were in town for a family wedding and it was so nice to stay together but with plenty of room for privacy also. Everything was exactly as described and there is not a single negative! All amenities are so helpful especially since most of us came by plane with limited luggage. The home was very easy to find. Right on the water. Beautiful ocean views from practically every window. Peaceful, serene setting. Private access to a white sandy beach just steps away. The home was spotless, match the pictures perfectly, and had everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Everything worked like it was supposed to and there were no unpleasant surprises. The kitchen and amenities were fantastic. Bedding and towels were lovely. And the standout feature was the large, gorgeous deck Looking right out onto the sound. The other residents were friendly enough and we enjoyed walking on the beach several times a day. Please note that it is not a curated beach and has a lot of sharp seashells both on the beach and in the shallows underwater. I recommend some type of beach or surf shoe. But the spot could not have been more beautiful or peaceful.

We stayed for almost 1 month and had a fabulous time!!! House is clean and is located in a wonderful quiet location with amazing access to beach with gorgeous sunsets. Very comfortable with bedrooms and bathrooms at both ends of the house so works well for multiple guests with different sleeping schedules. Had a lovely desk in masterbedroom overlooking the beach…perfect for working remotely with excellent WiFi. For road cyclists is very close to several roads recently repaved with impressive views. House is apx 20 minutes to Beaufort with a huge selection of stores/restaurants but equally close to Hunting Island Beach…not to be missed! Also, not too far from Savannah or Charleston for day exploration. Easy drive from Savannah airport to house. Host, Kristi was super responsive with any questions we had! We loved exploring the areas, cooking at home with delicious low country ingredients & making new friends. Can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for a truly relaxing vacation!

This was such a great house on Edisto Island. It was close enough to the beach to walk while being very peaceful. Having a heated pool in March was great, especially on cooler days at the beach. Close enough to walk or drive to coffee shop, ice cream and dinner. House was well laid out and had everything we needed. Host was really helpful if we had any questions. Would definitely book again!

We are family if five and a dog. We had a great time staying in this house. The place is clean and neat with a fenced backyard. Great location- less than five minutes walking distance to the beach; bike/walking path right outside the house; close to a shopping plaza and many cafes and restaurants. Most importantly the house is pet friendly and doesn’t cost extra to bring my dog. The beach is very dog friendly as well and everyone had s fantastic time here.

We so enjoyed our time in Hilton Head, Marty's place is beautiful and just as described, had everything and then some for a perfect beach vacation. Really loved the location and proximity to the beach. Our visit was in late September and we did request to have the pool heated which I would recommend if traveling with kids. Would absolutely recommend Marty's place and we will book again when traveling to HH. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Really beautiful home in Sea Pines, an easy walk to the beach and right alongside the bike paths. The house was even bigger than shown in the pictures, and super clean. I was amazed that even the inside of the oven was pristine! The beach is huge and uncrowded, the beds in the house are comfy, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds which are perfect for kids. Plus, our dog was welcome (and very happy) in the home. We'd definitely recommend this home!

We loved this house. It was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! It was a perfect size house for our family. The kids loved playing with all the toys provided. Everyone loved the Hot Tub and the pool. We will plan to stay there again in the future. The Host was there if we had any questions. It wasn't a bad walk to the beach either. Beautiful house! The pictures of the place are spot on as to what you can expect. I found this house probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Also, randomly, I thought the mattress in the main bedroom was super comfortable! Wish I had remembered to see what brand it was! There are of course beaches all over the place there, but there is one right down the road -as listed- that you can easily walk back and forth from if you needed to hop back to the house for some reason. Great clean beach house!!!
