What a great condo! Exactly what we were looking for in Sea Pines. Came for our anniversary and to escape the cold NC mountain winter. Who knew HH would get over 4” of snow while we were visiting! Made for a memorable trip for sure! Kim was so kind and understanding and reached out to us to offer us another night or so to be able to travel safely out of the area. Enjoyed being able to bring our dog and walk right out across the street to the beach and walk the beautiful paths to salty dog. We’d definitely stay here again (didn’t mind the walk up steps to the 3rd floor at all - happy to get some exercise - but that would be a consideration if you had knee/mobility issues.) All in all, this was a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and well stocked and we are grateful for our lovely stay.

Everything was exactly described, as the reviews said the shower is small but the place was perfect for a family with 2 small kids. Having the detachable shower head helped with their age. The beach access was better than Florida beaches and we saw the sunrise on the beach several times. The kitchen was well stocked. Back yard was good for the dogs. My allergies did flare up but I’m highly allergic to animals so I expect it with dog friendly places (mine are hypoallergenic). Would stay there again.

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Great spot right on the beach! Design inside the house is lovely. Location really can't be beat. I would highly recommend staying here.

We greatly enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. The house was clean and spacious with a variety of bedrooms for us and our friends. The master is on the main floor. There was grass in front and a small backyard for our little pug to go to the bathroom, too. The house is walking distance to a nearby park and even a cat sanctuary. There were a lot of games in the upstairs closet so there was plenty to do on rainy days. Harbour Town is about 25 minutes away and don’t forget your $9 cash. We ate at some great nearby restaurants, but our favorite was OMBRA Cucina Italiana. Highly recommended!

This was our first vacation with our very first grandchild. I didn’t think anything could possibly make it any better, but Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we were ready for anything and completely comfortable. I’m normally a beach person, but that was a little more than we were prepared for with the little one and her time schedule, so the pool was an absolute Godsend. All 3 of our adult sons came and brought their SO and we had plenty of room to spread out or be together and enjoy ourselves. Thanks Jonathan

Wanted a nice, peaceful and relaxing getaway and Jeana's beautiful home provided just that! Had everything it said and was just a quick walk to the beach. There is a basket of blankets for pets and we did use one even though we brought our own. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you needed to cook with. We were able to get plenty of rest and relaxation away from home and decided not to venture too far because we just wanted to relax. We made a point to replace things we used (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper ) just because Jeana was super helpful and a great host! We recommend staying here.

I wanted a peaceful and quiet place to get away that would allow me to bring my dog. Ashley’s home was just that. I could walk across the street right to the beach and it was especially nice to be able to take my dog on the beach as well. We both had a great stay and Ashley was a great host Deanne

We visited Linda and Jay's in November 2024 and had a very special week in this house. With young children, the proximity to the beach and ease of access was a huge difference maker. My wife and I went down the beach several nights after the kids were in bed and star gazed knowing we could be back in the house in under 30 seconds if needed. The home itself was very well appointed for working remotely. See above proximity to beach making it easy to pop out for 30 min or an hour easily if you need to do this. I would also say this house would be perfect for multi family or large family gatherings. We used the bedrooms and full baths as assets to make it easier to care for 2 under 2, but given each bedroom has its own full bath, you could have everyone together while still not needing to share those private spaces. Highly recommended!!

We loved our stay! Excellent location, and truly was steps from the beach. It was also easy to get to other parts of the island, and we loved some of the parks, walking paths, feral cats, etc in the area! The condo was as described. Easy to get into, and all necessary items were available- including beach chairs. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. We enjoyed having the beach so close and the heated pool was great. Across the street was a large plaza wth shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment was lovely with a very comfortable bed and all that we needed to cook meals. The very best was the comfortable balcony overlooking the ocean. We couldn't have found a better place to spend our vacation.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

We had a great stay at Stephen’s place! We loved the peaceful walk to Coligny shopping and the short walk to the very calm beach. The outdoor living areas were wonderful and the natural lighting of the home gave us the true vacation home feel we were looking for. Thank you!!

Perfect relaxing, quiet,beautiful place for our honeymoon, with an easy walk to the beach. So many delicious restaurants to choose from and everyone was nice and pleasant! Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

The condo is great - had everything we needed. The view is spectacular and we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view. Too cold to enjoy the pool but it looked clean and beautiful - every morning someone was cleaning it. The condo is just blocks from Coligny and we walked down there several times to enjoy Coligny circle area. We highly recommend this condo.

Debbie’s place was such a relaxing and wonderful stay! My husband and I had the best time. Not only was the bed super comfortable but the views were amazing and so relaxing! Debbie provides everything you need to have a wonderful stay, and was such a thoughtful host! We definitely will be back!

The place was as described. It had all the amenities that we needed. Beach items was a plus. Location was great. Walk to the beach in minutes was awesome. Heated pool in December was great.

Family trip to Hilton Head- 6 adults, a toddler and a 6 month old. The house was beautiful and had a great layout! They had a few baby items already there (and plates/cups/utensils for toddlers) which was a huge help! Short walk to the beach and the covered pool was great. Toddler loved having movie night with the movie theatre room! We are already hoping to come back next year!

We had the absolute BEST time at the Hampton House. The location cannot be matched, right at the end of the island it was a quiet peaceful spot for our family to enjoy. We kayaked and saw dolphins, walked down the beach and felt like we were on our own private island. Our kids made ever lasting memories with their cousins that are priceless. Derrick checked on us through out our stay and was very responsive to any questions! The house was just perfect for our vacation ❤️

Can’t say enough good things about Vaughn’s place. I’ve been on many tropical vacations but have never stayed right on the water- waking up to the sunrise and opening the screen door to hear the ocean while cooking was amazing. The wildlife on the beach was amazing. We went to the State Park a few days and had a wonderful time. My teenage daughters rated the place 10 stars out of 5!!

Can’t beat the location with the peekaboo view of the beach and the short walk to the ocean! We loved our golf cart rides to the southern end of Tarpon Blvd to witness the spectacular sunsets.

Beautiful house with everything you need to make yourself at home. When you walk in the front door, it is very charming and inviting. It's a short, straight walk to a great beach. There is a 4 lane street to cross, but 95% of the time you can walk straight across without stopping. We had 8 adults staying in this lovely place and there was plenty of room and we shared a lot of great meals in the huge kitchen. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our "go to" house!
