Beth’s place was great! Couldn’t ask for better location. She was extremely accommodating for us at check in and out. Quick to respond. We definitely will be back!

Great location and unit for us and our two small children. It's an older unit with some signs of wear but overall well maintained and decorated. Nice to have a wagon, beach chairs, and toys. The king bed is very soft (which is a matter of preference). The lock on the door can be challenging. Overall a good value.

Really cute spot. Loved the walk to the beach across the marsh, we got to see so many great birds and other animals. The beach access was away from the primary HHI beach access which was fantastic. Loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings while watching the birds. Jason was always very responsive. There were great amenities at the complex, as well, we just didn't use them!

Lovely place to stay. Well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated. We didn’t have the best weather during our visit so we really enjoyed the indoor pool and track.

WE LOVED IT. Felt like home. Easy to get to many stores, beaches and pools. If you might’ve forgotten anything they have it to use. Apartment was super clean! Will be visiting again.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway in Hilton Head thanks to this place! Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very reachable but not overbearing. It was so great to have access to all of the amenities as well as many delicious local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head!

Clear instructions on entrance to the apartment complex and the apartment. We used the grill for dinner one night - worked great. Lots of things available to do right there but we did day trips to the lighthouse, the Pinckney wildlife preserve, CAT water adventure and Mitchell beach. Everyone had hot water for showers. This was a great home base for us.

We had a lovely stay at Steve and Jenna’s. Perfect for a family, easy access (walkable) to the beach. The location was great, the resort full of charm. We were very close to a tennis court, and the pool was easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this place. It was a good, quiet location and convenient to restaurants, retail and grocery stores. Eric was quick to respond to any questions that arose.

Great stay. The condo was everything we expected and the pictures were not deceiving. Excellent location to beach access. Very comfortable and cozy stay.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

Sheena was responsive and this place is perfect for a family with small kids. The indoor pool is perfect for cooler weather. The walk to the beach was gorgeous with a great little restaurant right by the beach. There was a convenient storage garage for all of our beach supplies and they had some beach supplies available to borrow. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well each night! Sheena even allowed us to book an extra day at the last minute. Shelter Cove is a 3 min drive - groceries, restaurants, shopping - EVERYTHING! We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at island resort…and the condo fit our needs perfectly. Did I mention it was during hurricane Debby?! They were kind enough to work with us and we ended up arriving a couple days later but got to stay an extra day! Perfect beach weather. The beach is a short 5 min walk with the friendliness of other families enjoying their vacation. Wld love to come back next summer. 🏖️

This home is STUNNING! The pictures are beautiful, but the home is actually even more beautiful in person. The hosts thought of everything! The amenities in the home were top notch and everything in the kitchen was so organized and labeled. The home was absolutely immaculate. The hosts were very responsive and so accommodating when we had a last minute need for a place to stay. We hope to stay here again on future trips and would recommend this home to family and friends!

this condo is amazing! the location is perfect and it was just what we needed. I love that it's on the quieter end of the island but everything is still so accessible. the pools are great, the beach is wonderful, coconuts is delicious! slushy drinks on the beach was great for my soul. i came stressed and overwhelmed. i left rejuvenated and with a new perspective. I fell in love with all that HHI has to offer. I will definitely be back and would love to stay in the same location. thank you for sharing your home!

We loved staying at Sam’s place on Fripp Island. The home was lovely and there were lots of beach chairs and fun things for the kids to do in the garage area. It was also really nice having access to the golf carts. The beach is a golf cart ride away, you would not want to walk. We loved all the wildlife we saw while there! Alligators, dear, lizards, starfish, sandollars and lots more!

A terrific experience! Linda & Jay were outstanding hosts, quick to respond to any inquiry, & they definitely went above & beyond, ensuring we had all questions answered & that we had everything we needed. The location was very convenient & we all enjoyed the beautiful home. Thank you for a relaxing & enjoyable stay at Hilton Head!

We had the absolute BEST time at the Hampton House. The location cannot be matched, right at the end of the island it was a quiet peaceful spot for our family to enjoy. We kayaked and saw dolphins, walked down the beach and felt like we were on our own private island. Our kids made ever lasting memories with their cousins that are priceless. Derrick checked on us through out our stay and was very responsive to any questions! The house was just perfect for our vacation ❤️

Julie’s place was very clean, well decorated and stocked with anything we might need. Loved the coffee grinder and pour over set up! Peaceful screened in porches were perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and beautiful scenery. King bed was super comfy. Julie was very responsive and helpful and even ordered some items that the kitchen needed and they arrived during our stay. Would 100% stay here again!
