Our family had the most amazing stay at the Otter House!! The location was perfect! The neighborhood is so peaceful, and the views of the sound are breathtaking! We enjoyed walking down the beautiful docks to take in the stunning views and sunsets!! The house itself is beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious, and immaculate making our stay so comfortable. From the well-stocked kitchen (they have thought of everything you could ever need!), to such comfortable beds with beautiful bedding in each room, every detail was thoughtfully considered. We loved waking up to the beautiful views and having coffee on the back deck! The kids loved the game room, and hot tub!! The owners were the best, and made us feel so welcomed! We would give this home and owners more than 5 stars if we could! Best experience and stay, we will absolutely be back!! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with our family!!

Location, location, location! Stunning views and you couldn’t be any closer to the ocean without getting wet. The location is also great for exploring the Outer Banks and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house is well laid out and practically equipped. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house!

True Rest & Relaxation with beautiful views! Mark and Paul have designed a beautiful home that is expertly decorated and thoughtfully supplied with all the essentials for a week at the beach. We love the beach off-season and we truly relaxed here as never before. The proximity to the beach is ideal and the upper decks made it easy to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets over the water on the ocean side and the sound side. We were cozy and warm with comfy places to hang out inside even when it was snowy outside. They even made the home perfect for our furry companion with baby/doggie gates perfectly placed and even a cute spot under the stairs. Thank you for great communication, an impeccably clean and updated home, and the most relaxing week we have had in a very long time.

Mila was great to deal with. Very responsive when I had questions. Everything was labeled within the home which made it easy to find things. I loved the setup, very quiet neighborhood. Home was beautiful inside and out. Would highly recommend and will probable rent again.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our family vacation. The location is ideal if you want a peaceful place that’s away from the hubbub but close enough that you can easily pop out to the grocery store or a restaurant. The view from the deck was lovely and it was so nice to be across the street from the beach access. The place was clean and spacious and Debbie was super helpful in giving us the instructions for check-in and check-out and making the process smooth.

Lovely new home that's perfect for a small family...well-stocked and comfortable, particularly the beds. Close to stores and beach access. We'll be back. :-)

This was our second time staying at Hatteras Happy Times and we love it there. The location is beautiful and peaceful . The house is located at the end of a street with views of the sound all around. We spent lots of time on the deck watching the birds and relaxing. We could put our paddle boards in directly across from the house. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin, very comfortable and cozy. We would like to stay again sometime.
