Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Friuli-Venecia Julia

Ottima soluzione per famiglie grazie alla posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia di Levante e al centro di Caorle. Casa completa, pulita e manutenuta. Unica nota forse da segnalare la zona sala/cucina un po’ piccola (noi siamo 2 adulti e 3 bambini) e sui balconi non si può pranzare/cenare. La notte essendo vicinissima al centro un po’ rumorosa per chi dovesse amare più la tranquillità. Comunque da consigliare e magari ritornarci

Andrea il nostro host è sempre stato disponibile gentile e amichevole. La casa è in una zona silenziosa e pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dal primo supermercato è stata per me e la mia famiglia un ottima esperienza .Consigliato vivamente.

Giuliana hat uns persönlich begrüßt und den Schlüssel übergeben, sie hat eine sehr freundliche Art Und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und hat eine tolle Lage, fast direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas spärlich, aber das notwendigste ist vorhanden. Das Klappbett ist sehr bequem, das Schlafsofa sehr praktisch, aber es klappert bei jeder Bewegung. An der Sauberkeit in der Wohnung kann man noch arbeiten, es wurde nicht gründlich genug geputzt, da wir noch einiges an Haaren, Staub und Sand und etwas an geschmutztes Geschirr vorfanden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und danken Giuliana noch einmal für die schöne Zeit bei ihr.

Wow, Sandra's apartment is a real Italian pearl! The Balcony and all bedroom windows face the sea so that you always have an amazing panorama view. There is a sea shore walk right in front of the house which allows you to walk for 10km along the sea shore. A few minutes walk to the left and right is the beach. We were there with our three kids in early March, the weather was super sunny and we had an amazing time walking the beach, collecting beautiful shells, enjoying the many restaurants around, and just relaxing. The apartment is very comfy, with heating and AC working beautifully over a smart device. A bottle of each - wine, water, and juice were a nice welcoming gift. What a refreshing and calming experience! Thank you so much, Sandra!

Dario host molto disponibile, ha sempre risposto velocemente alle mie richieste. La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e vicinissima al centro di Bibione. Bagno appena rimodernato. Posto auto disponibile. Casa che mi sento di consigliare a tutti. Peccato per la città...Bibione d'inverno è desolata...vie piene di negozi e ristoranti...quasi tutti chiusi...meglio venirci d'estate!

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e in una posizione perfetta, edificio molto tranquillo, quartiere sicuro. Romano e le sue figlie sono molto solidale, reattivi e amichevole....un grande aprezzamento, l'alloggio lo prenoterei di nuovo in qualsiasi momento

Nádherné ubytování v centru Caorle. Hostitelka byla skvělá. Okamžitě reagovala, setkání s ní bylo velmi příjemné. Vždy nám pomohla, poradila i vysvětlila cokoliv, na co jsme se zeptali. Dům byl čistý, pohodlný a stylový. Je to nejkrásnější dům v okolí. I proto se u něj téměř všichni kolemjdoucí fotí. To nám ale nevadilo. Jediné, co by mohlo být lepší, bylo wifi připojení k internetu. Ale kvůli tomu jsme do Caorle nejeli, takže nám to taky nevadilo. Až se do Caorle vrátíme, tak jedině sem.

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. Es hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und komplett ausgestattet. Der Strand und das Zentrum mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants sind sehr gut zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir waren 4 Schwestern die das Vergnügen hatten in Alessandros Unterkunft Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Die Unterkunft ist groß und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Alessandro hat uns jede Frage schnell beantwortet und sogar geholfen ein passendes Angebot für ein Ausflug nach Venedig zu finden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen drauf nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

stayed with a toddler and baby. was great. Toddler had the playground to himself. Great tea and coffee provided and place was spotless. sitting area outside was brilliant.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober in Bibione und zu dieser Jahreszeit ist wirklich wenig los und es war auch schon etwas kalt. Für uns war das aber kein Problem und wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Die Kommunikation mit Harald war einwandfrei, er hat immer schnell und entgegenkommend reagiert! Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen, aber eher in den Sommermonaten.

Wow! This place is amazing! The view is spectacular, the amount of space is perfect, the location is spot-on with the beach just steps away and, tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping all very close by. The private elevator entrance makes you feel so important and royal! The host was very responsive throughout our stay. I loved everything about this penthouse and so did my family. We were already taking about when we can return!

ottimo alloggio, pulito e molto ben organizzato. La cucina è molto accessoriata, in bagno è presente il phon e in salotto ci sono alcuni giochi in scatola e una cucinetta per bimbi: apprezzati dai figli e dai genitori per passare una vacanza in serenità! Bello spazio esterno con tavolo e anche doccia per togliere la sabbia. La zona è tranquilla, c'è una spiaggia libera raggiungibile a piedi. Elisa è stata una host molto gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha lasciato anche un pensierino di benvenuto 💞 Alloggio super consigliato anche per famiglie!

Perfekte Wohnung für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand, Pool, Einkaufen und Restaurants. Trotzdem die gewünschte Ruhe, also nicht mitten im Trubel.

Nice and practical flat in an excellent position 5 minutes far from the beach, surrounded by pines, with an allocated parking spot. Supermarket and other shops are all at walking distance. Overall a very positive experience.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Nagyon jó helyen található a szállás, közel a tengerpart és csendes a környék. Szuper a 2 nagy terasz. Marco kifejezetten kommunikatív gyorsan válaszol.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! The view is incredible, and the modern decor with all the little details made it feel so cozy. Elsa went above and beyond with a super generous welcome pack of food and drinks, which really made us feel at home. Communication was great, and we really appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and relaxing by the rock pools on the sun loungers provided. Lots of towels provided and comfortable beds. 20 minute drive to Trieste and a short drive to Sistiana for local restaurants. We could have stayed here forever!

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende mit unserem 18 Monate alten Sohn verbracht, die Wohnung war topp ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber haben die Wohnung bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir werden gerne wiederkommen

Casa bellissima, tra le migliori in cui ho mai alloggiato tramite AirBnB, ampia e comodamente raggiungibile dai mezzi. Inoltre i ristoranti nella zona sono molto validi

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Luiginas Wohnung. Sie ist eine überaus freundliche und herzliche Frau. Für unsere Familie war die Raumaufteilung perfekt. Die Ausstattung war modern und passend für den Aufenthalt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

5 stelle sono riduttive! Un appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, pulito, ordinato, come sentirsi a casa e avendo tutto. Non mancava nulla. Gentilissimo nell’attenderci al check-in e nella flessibilità dell’orario. Ci torneremo sicuramente e come hanno detto i nostri bambini “l’appartamento più bello del mondo”
