My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at The Cottage. We spent a day antiquing and had the best evenings hanging out on the deck despite it being chilly and windy. Highly recommend!

My group and I had a great time during our stay. The property was just as it was shown in the pictures and even better. Plenty of room for the 10 guests I had. Between the games in the garage, using the outdoor kitchen, or hanging out by the fire there was plenty to do. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is very cool! it accommodated our group of 8 adults and 3 kids very well. The pool and hottub were awesome and well kept. We would love to return this location. Thank you for accommodating us.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as described and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was also very clean, from the bedrooms and living room to the kitchen, which had all of the utensils, pot and pans you'd need for cooking. We also unexpectedly needed to stay an extra night and Lori quickly responded and made it happen seamlessly for us.

Very comfortable and had every thing needed for cooking and hanging out. Loved the closeness to great hiking and enjoyed watching all the birds at the feeder

We loved the little cabin and every place around that we tried was phenomenal! The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and private makes you feel right at home even if all you’d like to do is stay in and watch a movie.Marilynn is super helpful and super sweet we loved meeting her at the fish house! If you have a chance, definitely give crazy Joe’s fish house a try everything we got was delicious. We also loved how close it was to Ava and to the national forest, gave us so much to do and explore without driving hours to get there. This really was the perfect get away and we hope to stay again when we have time to go again!

Wonderful little getaway to a farm house. The cows and ranch dog like to say hello. Very peaceful and serene. The house itself is very cozy. My family enjoyed it a lot. The owner was very helpful. For the hot tub enthusiasts, know the hot tub is a 110v, not the regular 220v. It lacks a bit of heating and jet power.

The house is a wonderful combination of historic charm and modern convenience. It is beautiful while being comfortable and welcoming. We found the furniture comfortable and the provided supplies and amenities ready to meet all our needs. The grounds are gorgeous and although the house is conveniently located off a main road - you feel as though you have escaped to a beautiful haven. Jerri was a great host that helped answer all our question before and during our visit- Thank you Jerri! We had a few small issues when we were at the place, but these were all resolved quickly and did not impact our overall positive experience. When we arrived, the lock was not working and ultimately it needed batteries changed. This required a 20-30 min wait to get. We also had a few maintenance issues, but again Jerri was extremely responsive to these and got everything working quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again or at any property managed by Jerri!
