This house was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Even though we packed a lot of things, the house had everything you would need plus some. It was extremely clean when we arrived. I LOVE the fact it had a washer and dryer already there. The kitchen was spacious and it had an awesome gas stove. The rooms were very spacious along with the bathrooms. Overall I was very impressed and we will 100% be back 🩷

This is our first time renting a house at Reunion, typically stay in a villa. It was a fantastic stay! Andrew was very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We had a minor issue out of anyone’s control, Andrew dealt with it swiftly. The house was beautiful, plenty of space for a family of 7. Gorgeous views off of the balcony. Super comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Absolutely recommend not only the home, but the host.

We've been taking our boys to Davenport for spring break for over 10 years. We love Watersong. It's a quiet and nice area. Security at the gate wasn't given our names for the day of check in. We had to find a hotel for the night and the management company never answered their phone. The host, Alison, is in a different time zone, but responded the next day and had the situation resolved. The house was very nice and well appointed. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was available. The pool pump wasn't working when we arrived. Within a couple days a new one was installed. Mechanical things that break down are no one's fault and Alison had it resolved quickly. I've seen some negative comments about the BBQ not being hot enough. The burners aren't flamethrowers, but they don't need to be. It has a heavy insulated top and just needs a few minutes to reach excellent BBQ temperature. It worked great! Thanks Alison for an enjoyable stay and responding when issues arised.

The home was as described in the listing. Home's location makes for easy access to all central FL attractions. Quiet development which made walks and runs enjoyable. We stayed for almost a month and had no complaints. The only suggestion would be to install a hand rail to get into the hot tub. Thanks

The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was exactly like it was listed. Felt very safe with gated entry. Fully stocked kitchen like described including blender. :)

Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

We loved this condo! We felt right at home and we loved the amount of space we had there. It was close to Disney world (around 25 minutes) which was perfect for us since we spent most of our trip there. Great restaurants and stores up the road from us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Check in and check out was super simple and our host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place and we would love staying here again in the future!

“A little peace on earth” Janet was there to meet us when we arrived. She let us know if we needed anything to let her know. A great place to relax and take your mind off of things. A pool right out side your door a grill for bbq cooking if you choose. Janet place definitely reflects her love for her family and passion for horses. We had the pleasure of meeting her adorable grandson that took a liking to my husband. He was such a sweet boy. Fishing off the dock was our favorite thing to do while we were here. My son couldn’t get enough! My family and I love nature and animals, Janet place was the perfect place to unwind and experience that. We highly recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and unwind.

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

Mohamed was an excellent host. The home was of great value and was close to everything.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said! Jason’s place was more than we expected, from the moment we walked into the entry way. The home was so spacious yet comfy, it was clean and beautiful! The lanai was so comfortable with its up to date furnishings! The heated pool and hot tub was everything, and we spent relaxing time in both, after our long days at the parks. Between Jason and Christian checking in on us and proving extra household goods like paper towels and toilet paper, the customer service was 150% better than what we expected! The sound system was amazing, so much so my husband wants something like it in our home. Thanks for making our first Christmas vacation such a huge success.

we where only there for just a few days of the month we rented the vacation home. Due to the fact my husband became I'll.Some of the active that I did use was the Camp Mack food truck, fishing dock, dancing, music they had on Saturday night. They also had Bass tournament. The state park had bird watching and hiking trails. Fishing was available there too. If you like to fish you should know that Florida only have licenses on line. Didn't get to the Bok Towers or the flee market. Stores are a distance away. The air boat trip is a must. They showed a lot of the swamp.

Craig was a gracious and helpful host. We were fleeing Tampa and Hurricane Milton and Craig worked with us about bringing our pets. He was very accommodating in letting us repeatedly extend our stay based on the extenuating circumstances. The house was as described, spacious, and clean.

We had a wonderful time! The house was comfortable and seemed to be in a really safe neighborhood. The pool was great and extremely relaxing. We also were surprised at check in that there was even a little game room in the garage with foosball and darts which were both a ton of fun for the kids. Thank you for everything! We'll definitely be back!

This was a beautiful home. it was clean, clutter free and felt at home. The pool was clean and very warm due to the temperature at the time we went. Wendie was an awesome host. responds very quickly and efficiently. Has everything you need for outings, going to the beach or just to relax in house. We will use her home again in the future.

sleeps 6 is accurate but a bit of a stretch. beds i. second room are small, couch and recliner are old and worn BUT... it is 100% clean and what we needed. communication was great and check in was super easy. I'd definitely stay there again. it could just use an update in some areas.

We had a fantastic stay at Amy and Raub’s Airbnb in Winter Haven! The house was perfect for our family—it had everything we needed and was spacious enough to host my in-laws for a couple of dinners. The location was ideal, close to anything we could need, with quick food delivery and a nice area for dog walks. The backyard was a great bonus, giving our pup plenty of space to run around. Amy and Raub were excellent hosts—quick to respond whenever we had a question, and check-in/out was completely seamless. We also appreciated their brewery recommendation, which we got to check out before heading to visit family in Frostproof. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return!

It was a great place to stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.
