This home has such a great layout. Monica was a wonderful and attentive host. This location is close to everything Orlando has to offer. The pool and hot tub were lovely. This home looked even better in person. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back.

Mariela replied to any questions within 10 minutes or less. A spacious home with 4 bathrooms. What really is telling of a good host is how they respond to an issue you are experiencing with your stay. Mariela responded back to us within minutes and continued to communicate with us until the issue was solved with a positive outcome. That to me is a super host!

This place was absolutely fantastic... I would definitely stay again. The hosts were very responsive when needed... Amazing place to stay and enjoy... we had a family of 9 and still had more then enough room. Place was very very nice!!!!

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were here for 1 month in January. Tatyana was always very responsive and considerate. One night the smoke alarms went off for some reason. The fire department was called and they suspected that the system was too old. Tatyana immediately had a handyman come in the next day and replace them all. Anyone’s house may need some minor maintenance from time to time. Tatyana has a regular routine of maintenance that she adheres to strictly. We felt very much at home. The property was clean. The provisions were more than adequate. Thank you Tatyana!

we stayed here for 17 nights and what a beautiful place and stay. We were 3 couples and the house was so spacious and comfortable for us all. We especially loved the beautiful pool (we had it heated and was well worth it as so warm), hot tub and spacious deck area. The furnishing in the living areas is so comfortable and there is plenty of it. We also enjoyed the pool table and games table in the garage. A major highlight for me was the neighbourhood alligator, Clarence, who frequently showed up on the lake behind us. He was well behaved and just watched from the lake edge 🙂 What a blessing to watch him safely from the screened in area but to be able to be so close, such an amazing creature. Just remember however to never feed the gators as it can be a death penalty for them 😥. And keep your distance as they are wild animals. We loved this place and would return again in the future if in that area.

Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

This cozy and modern place is very quiet very clean was just perfect and exactly like the pictures we came to spend Xmas away from our home to spend it in a very quiet place and that’s exactly what we got . Thank you so much for having us all the way from the Virgin Islands .

Horace’s place was exceptional both inside and outside! Unfortunately I cannot say the same for all the similar places in this neighbor hood. But since I did not have access to the association bylaws, I cannot make a good judgement that is required of all places. Whatever the requirements, Horace exceeded them. I have stayed in many Holiday Inns in my lifetime. His attention to details and cleanliness is exceptional if compared to the HOLIDAY INN’S. If I return to Winter Haven in the future. I definitely want to stay at this place!

This place was fantastic! We have 5 boys and the pool and accommodations were amazing! Close to Disney and other attractions. Loved paying a little extra to have the pool heated! The kitchen had lots of amenities which was nice! Place was very clean would book again!

House was exactly as described. Pool was a toasty 86F and worked flawlessly. Internet worked great. Would stay here again. Kitchen appliances all worked well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. We travelled with families with young children and we were right at home with the accommodations. It is fairly close attractions for anyone who wants to visit them. The host was helpful and accommodating when we had questions or concerns. Great spot!

Stayed here for 6 nights with 2 grandparents, myself and husband and our 4 year old daughter, and it was perfect for our needs. 5 large bedrooms gave us loads of space. downstairs master was a plus when travelling with grandparents, as meant it was easily accessible for them and loads of space. Themed bedrooms were ideal for children too. Beds were very comfortable. Place was spotless, felt like a hotel. Decor was beautiful and the space well thought out. We were all really impressed. The kitchen was very usable with nearly everything needed. We paid extra for the swimming pool heating and for us it was worth it. Rogrigo and co were very responsive and when we had a small issue with the pool responded and sorted promptly and with no fuss. I did worry a little bit when reading the reviews for the resort itself (not this property) as the gate staff had some negative feedback. But our experience with them was quite the opposite. Really friendly and efficent.

Here for a work trip, only thing available. Was great, there to sleep and my guys had no complaints. Thank you!

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

This place was perfect and tranquil. We were in town for a wedding at the Adam Estate, which was 6 min away and easy commute. Linda was super responsive.

Great place for my family to spend Christmas together. The place had enough space, quite, easy access, and mostly the kitchen space was more than enough to cook a holiday dinner.

We booked this airbnb for our stay during our Disney trip and it was great! The location is about a 20 minute drive to the parks without traffic. The house was spacious and clean

Walk in the door of the main house and first thing is “wow.” Spaciousness and high ceilings and the view all the way through to the back windows of the golf course was impressive. Neighborhood very walkable and safe Little traffic within the complex for kids. Nice to have easy driveway parking right out front for unloading. Plenty of space to fit my people. Nicely decorated and not full of a bunch of bling on end tables and shelves that the kids would run into and break. I was not just clean but had a sense of clean, design-wise, with the modern but comfy furniture, giant kitchen island, table surfaces… all that and, again, the spaciousness gives you the ability to breathe! But it still had a homey feel – way better than a hotel setting where we would have all been on top of each other. The cute coffee station was a really nice touch with everything you needed right there in one spot off the kitchen. Because the house is set back on the property it was like a real get-away, and with the guest house, my parents were able to have their privacy and we could have ours – when we needed it. The guest house is exactly what they needed. Separated from main house it is perfect for the grandparents to spend alone time with the kids for a while. But it’s also like a real house by itself! Very open and comfortable – and a great view of the action in the pool and courtyard. Pool is just big enough to enjoy and with the protective fence, you don’t really have to worry about the kids running around in the yard – that was also a nice touch. And even though there’s a Wa Wa right outside the complex gate, for quick lunches and coffee – and gas – we discovered an area ChampionsGate, a suburban community with all the restaurants and shops and places to do errands. About a 5-10 minute drive. Lastly, I really liked the big walk-in shower, and my partner absolutely loved the big tub – all that in the en suite bathroom off the master bedroom. It was out of the way and private –  like our own a retreat spot.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in th e area. Anni was friendly and responded quickly.
